Marco Polo Hotel Gudauri

The location is close to the ski lift, the room is good, new, beautiful view from the window, the cleaning is not 100 percent, they took the dishes, forgot to put in a new one, even after calling the reception they didn’t bring it, I had to ask the cleaners in the corridor. Didn't get new capsules for the espresso machine. The breakfast is good, the hotel has a sauna (only Finnish) and a swimming pool with mountain views (included in the price), the jacuzzi did not work. Billiards, bowling, bar for an additional fee, conveniently located in the hotel. We booked a hotel for the sake of a kids club, upon arrival it turned out that there was no babysitting, there was just a playroom in which there were practically no toys ... The reception staff was pleasant, ready to help.
Rooms Hotel Kazbegi

Service is amazing, especially the reception. If they make mistakes, they make up for them. Food is average, nothing special, not a lot of vegan options, but there are some (however, the labels are incorrect for some of them). Beverages are good, wide choice of plant-based milk, fresh juices, non-alco beverages. It's noisy and cold in the rooms, but the beds are very soft. Rooms are too small and basic, especially the bathrooms. The floor in the room is made of wood and polished rather good, but the floor in the bathroom is made with of tile and very cold, you literally feel it even in the slippers. The view is amazing for both sides, do not regret choosing a forest view this time. The selection of coffee/tea in the room isn't something you would remember. They use a lot of plastic and a lot of non-essential packaging, but they are trying to make something towards green lifestyle. The interior in the hotel and the uniform of staff is amazing, you feel that you are in the stylish and thoughtful area that has a good sound system, books and cozy sofas. Wi-fi connection is very poor, around 7mb, and you cannot use it at all. We had to use our mobile network to be able to work or watch something. Cleanliness is average, we had hair in our room, and changing rooms in the spa area were dirty. Cups in the restaurant were broken in some places. Overall, it's a good place to stay with amazing service and location that are probably the main reason for this price. However, they have a long way to go to become a place that deserves this kind of money for their rooms and food.
Alpine Lounge Kazbegi

Someone has clearly spent a lot of time, energy and money creating a small hotel with a really nice interior design. Having done the hard work, the overall experience was let down by the simpler things. The manager (owner?) seemed completely disinterested, never a smile. It was like we were an inconvenience that he was barely tolerating. The food was fine but it was really expensive by Georgian standards. Another night we ate round the corner at Rooms Hotel. Now that is a stunning property and its perfectly fair that it is rather more expensive to stay there. But we ate there as non-guests and the food was markedly better and cheaper than Alpine Lounge. Even a coffee was cheaper there than at AL. I would suggest that if you don't want to walk into town you simply eat at Rooms each night and don't bother with AL. The breakfast at AL was good the first day, then the 2nd day maybe they had fewer guests so the buffet was gone and instead we had a smaller selection on our table. Was it our fault that they didn't have more guests?! Maybe too many people had read reviews like this and gone elsewhere?
Quadrum Hotel

Good: comfortable rooms if a bit on the small side. Very friendly, helpful (and English speaking) manager and staff. Restaurant OK. Pool and sauna are great after a day on the slopes. To note: it is quite a way out of New Gudauri (where the main ski lift, restaurants, bars, ski rentals etc are located). The manager will run you to and pick you up from the base of the ”Shino” lift near the hotel but if you need to get into Gudauri (or fancy eating there after skiing) you will have to call the hotel (they are very efficient about responding) and pay about 20 Lari.
Mountain House Hotel & Restaurant

Very very very perfect 1. The breakfast was very good, very rich, it was a bit late, and it started at nine o'clock. Again, cherish his breakfast. There are really few breakfast restaurants in Georgia that can eat hot meals. 2. The deluxe twin bed was set, the hotel helped me prepare 3 beds, the room was oversized and did not look crowded 3. Mountain view, the absolute son, please see the photo and take pictures directly in the hotel room. Just wait for the sunrise in the morning Many people are talking about rooms and cabins. I went to see the cabin. I feel that the cabin conditions are relatively poor. It is not recommended for people who have requirements for accommodation and meals. Rooms budget and grab rooms are big problems, this price is very high. Talk about the bad place: we are driving, so it is very convenient to go anywhere. The supermarket near this hotel is expected to take 20 minutes to get there, and there are few places to eat nearby, and it is also in a place where the supermarket is more concentrated.

Gudauri Lodge

The room is small, comfortable, skiing is convenient, you can slide in and out of the hotel, the snow field is good, suitable for beginners, the breakfast is rich, and the red wine is very good. The hotel's open-air hot pool is a highlight. If a family brings children, there is an indoor swimming pool on the ground floor of the hotel, which is relatively small, and children can play enough.

Quiet hotel, suitable for skiing masters, as it is right next to the slopes. It's cool to slide all the way! The landlady was very friendly, and when she saw the children like playing with snow, they found a twisting car. Going skiing on the hillside is especially loving!
