The name is too pretentious for an apartment with an average renovation. Overall not bad for the price. The biggest minus is the heating. We stayed in December, despite the street temperature being +15 C, one air conditioner for two rooms simply did not cope with its task. We wrapped ourselves up as best we could and woke up with an icy nose. Be sure to take slippers or warm socks with you, the living room has a tiled floor, there are no disposable slippers in the room, your feet are frozen) The pluses are a gorgeous view, the kitchen is quite well equipped.

Friends who book a room, this hotel has only 5 floors, and the first floor is like living in a basement. I stayed for 3 nights in a row, I was given the first floor, and it was fine to change to the 5th floor. Breakfast is 66 lari per person. The service staff was very nice, they helped us move the bed in case my son would fall off the bed. The coffee and juice on the first floor are delicious. The spa is different from domestic ones, very comfortable, around 500. Opposite is the coastline. I go to see the sea and take a bath after breakfast every day. It is very close to McDonald's. After the hotel turns right, there is a well-known local restaurant on the first floor of the hotel. The location is very good, but the room is not enough for five stars, but the service can be five stars!

I had a very nice experience while checking in as i had two separate booking and i do not want to go in hassle of check in and out and have complete stay at one room , but the Supervisor in the front desk ( David Phutkaradze ) was humble and polite to meet my requirement with a smile in his face and give me multiple option and better recommendation to choose , he reflected what i call unique customer experience with the best quality . thanks to him and because of that i will recommend the hotel to others

Everything the location the Mountain View was perfect next to Europe square the breakfast was amazing the best breakfast in the whole world variety of foods and changing every day and everything was delicious. ❤️ also I want to say that there are very good people on the staff and special thanks to Giorgi who is in the bar and knows English very good, his English is American and I liked it very much. I was friends with him with my family He's a very good bartender, he's always at the bar and good barista. I will even come to this hotel and hopefully meet Giorgi. Thanks for everything, it was amazing holiday.

The room is almost a semi-suite room. Good location, good price, and excellent value for money. I've stayed at Hilton before and for the same price, this place is much better. Best in Batumi!! There seems to be a small casino in the basement.
