I’d looked at previous reviews and wasn’t sure what to expect, however we were really pleased with our stay. Location excellent, staff very pleasant and helpful. Rooms, although bathroom a little tired, everything was clean. Bed was very comfortable and bedding nice quality. Nice touches included toiletries (espa) , kettle and coffee maker. We opted for the breakfast deal. Quality and selection of food both excellent. Would definitely book again.

Memorable Stay at Crowne Plaza Nottingham, Thanks to Maria's Exceptional Service I recently had the pleasure of staying at Crowne Plaza Nottingham, and I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful my experience was. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by Maria, who instantly made me feel welcome with her warm and friendly demeanor. Maria's exceptional customer service skills stood out throughout my entire stay. Her attention to detail and genuine desire to ensure my comfort and satisfaction were truly commendable. She went above and beyond to meet my needs and provide assistance whenever required, leaving a lasting impression on me. The hotel itself was fantastic. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully furnished, creating a comfortable and inviting ambiance. The amenities offered were of top-notch quality, and I particularly enjoyed the well-equipped fitness center and the rejuvenating spa facilities. One of the highlights of Crowne Plaza Nottingham was its prime location. Situated in the heart of the city, it provided convenient access to various attractions, shopping centers, and dining establishments. Whether I wanted to explore the cultural landmarks or indulge in some retail therapy, everything was within easy reach. The dining options at the hotel were exceptional as well. The restaurant featured a diverse menu with a wide range of delectable dishes to choose from. I especially relished the breakfast buffet, which offered a delightful selection of both local and international cuisine. Overall, my stay at Crowne Plaza Nottingham surpassed all expectations, and Maria's exceptional service played a major role in making it so memorable. Her genuine warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism truly elevated my experience. Did have a small issue where i saw how dirty the mattress was underneath the bed, and also a bit of a service issue with the front desk seeming to just not want to be there, but for the price you pay you get what you get! Former student halls so a strange setup but one i enjoyed.

Great place to stay in Nottingham - the staff is really good, and it is conveniently located near the downtown, so close to public transport and Albert Hall/Nottingham Playhouse (if that is of interest - tons of good pubs nearby if your interests differ). The availability of laundry facilities is a real plus.

Clean room with perfect location, right in the centre of town. We got a room just by the fire exit, which spoiled the window view. The room had an air conditioner but you couldn’t open any window to get some fresh air, which was the most significant downside of the room. The double bed was too small for 2 person to sleep on comfortably . The staff were polite and friendly.

The hotel is very nice and the surrounding scenery is very beautiful. The staff service is also very good and gave us a bottle of tap water. I slept for 11 hours and didn't have to adjust to the time difference at all. There was no jet lag at all.

We stayed for two nights in this hotel. The hotel is clean and tidy. The receptionists are nice and helpful. Also, the price is reasonable and the breakfast is great. However, the Nottingham city itself is ****. We paid the tram fare buy still got the penalty and the appeal got rejected. The tram officers are rude and they do not listen to what you say. It is strongly advised not to live and stay in Nottingham, unless you have plenty of money to be fined.

The hotel was lovely, The staff were very polite. The cleanliness was spot on. The breakfast is highly recommended. The room was beautiful, and the bed was comfortable. Their executive suite had a beautiful bath and shower with all towels and other supplies that are needed for your stay including Iron and hair dryer and if you have forgot anything for example a toothbrush they will supply you with these items with there compliments. There is tea and coffee also a ground fresh coffee maker and a mini bar in the room that came with 2 bottles of water and a chocolate bar.The hotel has a gym which you can use between certain hours. You can hire rooms there for meetings and other events. If you are staying as a family my only advice is to ring ahead and make sure that there is a bed for your child because I booked for 3 of us and we did have to share a bed luckily it was us 3 girls myself, my daughter and my niece. The bed was very big so it was suitable it does state on trip they recomend to ring and check if you are unsure so you can get the best out of your stay.

A lovely place. We we're a bit iffy on sraying due to the rating of the hotel but after reading the reviews most were about the rooms being dated. Since we were only planning to be there for a night, who cares? There was an issue with the booking from Trip.com's side which the duty manager Declan was able to resolve in a timely mannor while also making the wait very pleasant with some nice chat. The staff were lovely, including the two young ladys on the bar/food service as well as Declan. Unfortunately didnt get the girls names. The building is stunning and surrounded by lovely woods, perfect for a walk. Rooms are a bit dated, sure, but why are you looking to spend all your time in your room? More than enough to have a comfy sleep in. Also as a side note on that, id imagine It's a listed building and so hard an expensive to update. Overall a lovely night and a pleasant morning having breakfast then a walk. Absolutely would recommend.

My stay was for work and it was lovely. I slept really well in such a comfy bed. I was disappointed by the spa area, the pool water was cold and the jacuzzi water was also cold and not even the slightest bit warm. The breakfast was lovely with such a range to enjoy from. The food in the restaurant just seemed like it’s trying to be too fancy. For the price, there really wasn’t much on the plate and it could have been seasoned more. The bar menu gave more promise than the restaurant so was a shame to have a nice setting but the food just didn’t live up to it. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would return to this hotel. The service was great and the staff were excellent. Thank you for a lovely stay!
