The location is excellent. The design of the hotel and the views of the terrace are spectacular. The staff are very friendly. The very comfortable beds and good couchs. Love this hotel. Definitely will come back for longer stay if ever come to Toledo again. From photos I thought it was nice but when we got there, except check in a bit busy wait for like 15 mins, the room n decor of hotel was stunning! Size of room is huge, free parking. We took a bottle from the minibar n wanted to pay when checking out, the staff said no problem no need to pay, just a little gesture makes an excellent impression.

Locate 20 minutes car from Toledo city, much cheaper than hotels in Toledo so if you have car is a choice. Free parking nearby and they have a small parking on the ground floor that may be available. Some coffe bars and restaurant on the area. The room is clean veeery big and with a big bathtube. Compliment water provided. Check-in until 23h30 but I think they have 24 hours front desk.

This stay was great! The hotel is in a good location, and it's very convenient to eat and shop around. The front desk checked in quickly, and the service was warm and thoughtful. The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities, soft and comfortable bedding, and I slept very well at night. The breakfast was rich in variety and tasted good. The hotel is god friendly. I don’t understand the point of taking the dog with you in a trip and lock the animal alone in the room. It should be forbidden. Dogs get stressed and will make noises, loud noises. Unbelievably I wasn’t disturb by overnights there.

The hotel is easy to find. Just drive directly to the parking lot and don't crowd around in the old town. The roads are dangerous and narrow. The hotel is good in all aspects. There is a bathtub to relieve fatigue. The city of Tredo is full of history and very charming. If I were to choose any city where I could spend the rest of my life, I would choose Florence and Tredo.

Excellent hotel that we repeat every time we go to Toledo. Great quiet pool to go with the children. The buffet breakfast is also excellent. A 10 to the housekeeping service who brought us a forgotten cell phone in the room when we were checking out. We will be back
