Apartments are very spacious, kitchen, lounge/diner. Large bathroom, bedroom consisted of 2 single beds. These are self catering apartments, which work well for your stay. There is cutlery, plates, bowls, pots and pans, microwave, 2 ring electric hob, very easy to use, there are supermarkets nearby, Also in town. There is a large Aldi and Mercadona supermarket, also Atlantico shopping centre in Caleta, ( nice walk, 15 minute walk away) which has everything you need. We've stayed at these apartments many times and they tick all boxes.

Excellent hotel very clean. Large apartments with everything you need for living. Excellent kitchen where you can cook everything. The bed and sofa bed are gorgeous. Clean bed linen. There is a swimming pool and jacuzzi. They took a deposit of 100 euros (not yet returned)

The hotel is a modern, very central and comfortable hotel. It has a furnished kitchen which is very comfortable, around several supermarkets, the beach a few minutes ... I doubtless recommend it

Marriott's elite package is also available here, and the room was upgraded to a sea view room. The room was nice, but the wind was too strong these days, and the balcony glass door was not soundproof. The hotel's mini train may go to the small beach below. The hotel's architectural design is great, and the swimming pool is also heated. Check-out time can be as late as 2pm or 4pm. The breakfast omelette is pretty good, and the rest is just average, the same every day

I went on holiday with my partner far away to celebrate our anniversary and we were super lucky and got an upgrade to one of the duplex with golf views, absolutely beautiful and massive for the 2 of us, but it was a bit disappointed as the room was not clean enough and the housekeeper had to come to clean the bathroom a bit better and also the horrible stains on the floor in the room but after that everything was perfect and we were very happy. The hotel is very good located if you are looking for a quiet place to stay far away from the hubbub but be aware that you need to take taxi to get the beach or rent a bike or a car, walking distance is not an option. The swimming pools are really good and you have plenty of space to sunbathing. The staff at the hotel are exceptional and with a high level of customer service and always willing to help, special mention to Martin from the restaurant and also Raul and Diana from the Reception, very good customers service and happy to help. The breakfast was really good and we were very impressed with plenty of variety for everyone and the staff really efficient. On the negative side we would like to mention that we would have liked a small touch from the hotel to say congratulations as we got engaged and we mentioned to Diana and Raul from the Reception and also to Martin but not a small little thing to say congratulations like a card or 2 glasses of prosecco or kind of. About the room, we would like to mention that the mattress are not very comfy as you expect from a 4* hotel and even though the room was very well equipped we missed a bin in the room and we had to use the one from the bathroom in the living room. We did not eat at the restaurant so I cannot tell about the food there and we did not use the gym or the spa either. We will definitely come back next year.

The lobby is very nice and modern, the rooms are okay, a little outdated. The shower was not very nice (a bit yellow and the water did not go down the drain properly), but the bed was comfortable. The hotel is cheap compared to other 4* hotels and it is definitely reflected in the quality. The breakfast was very nice and the staff were friendly.

The hotel is in the north, close to the zoo, suitable for self-driving travelers. There is a supermarket nearby and free parking. The hotel facilities are old and the breakfast is average. The hotel has a small garden that is quite suitable for strolling

When the bathtub was waterproofed, there was a very loud resonance for the first time. I had to turn another handle on and off to eliminate it. It is a fairly old hotel in the city centre that has been renovated, so it is quite good. The price is high for the hotel's facilities but it is true that it is very central. For strollers and disabled people there is no lift to get to reception and a freight elevator is used. There is no parking and at reception they offer you a cheaper price by agreement with a nearby public car park although in reality the price is the same if you pay directly in the car park.

I didn't like that 1 week before we called and went to ask if they could change the room for one with a view of the beach and they told us that they would do it the same day we entered and then that day they had no room available and I booked there just because to have a room with a view of the beach for a birthday surprise that I wanted to do. The hotel itself was satisfactory, but we were extremely disappointed with the service provided by a staff member named Cecilia. We stayed at the hotel during Christmas and went on a week-long cruise. On January 1st, we had a flight back and requested to leave our luggage at the hotel for a few hours, as all public luggage lockers were closed that day. We even offered to pay for the service, but Cecilia refused, citing a need to reserve the space for other clients. However, we noticed the storage area was largely empty. This lack of assistance, especially for returning guests and in a special circumstance, felt unnecessarily cold and unhelpful during the New Year. This experience has left us disappointed, and we cannot recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel is located in a square in the historic center of Santa Cruz, so to park we walk about 10 minutes, which is not bad at all, plus you have all kinds of shops nearby. The staff was attentive and polite, the room had a small terrace overlooking the square with good views and was very clean. Without a doubt a great option in relation to quality and price.

We were next to the restaurant on the floor, so a little noise in the evening, but next to enjoy the animations. First of all, the place is very big, and different accommodation units are next to each other. We arrived in the early morning that night. If it weren't for the porter's guidance, I would have gone the wrong way. There are several restaurants and swimming pools in the resort, and it is next to the beach. There is a bus terminal outside, which is very convenient to go out. Famous scenic spots and shopping centers are very close and can be easily reached on foot. The sun on the island is very strong, so you must take protective measures.

It is impressive how seriously the hotel takes the 3pm check in policy. The room I was given was the one on the far right and I had to walk a lot in the hotel because it's a huge hotel. There are also two flights of stairs. Didn't the front desk see me with my huge suitcase? Glad he might think I'm young. The gentlemen at the front desk are still very enthusiastic. The room is also big enough. The location of the hotel is also good. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Yingren Beach. The hotel does not have a parking lot and needs to be parked on the side of the road. The breakfast is very rich.

The apartment block entrance way doesn't look appealing but the hallway is very modern. Some rooms i believe have been renovated but mine room 103 was a bit jaded in the kitchen and mixed tiles were used in the bathroom. The location is great for cafes and snack bars, a long walkway straight outside. My room had a small balcony where you could hang washing, there are 2 laundrettes just a few yards away. You can just see the sea from the balcony which is moments away. There is a very wide promenade for about a mile along the broad beach. The kitchen had two sets of plates, cups and bowls and cutlery. The hotplate is modern and heats up extremely quickly. There is a good sized fridge but mine was dripping onto the floor as it was iced up. The receptionist is nice but only speaks Spanish but was able to help me with my taxi back to the Airport. I thoroughly enjoyed my 5 nights there and would stay there again. There is some street noise during the night especially on Friday. There is a wall mounted colour TV in front of the two single beds.
