If you‘re traveling with the late night plan, it’s not a very good choice cause you‘re still need to take a taxi to the hotel and the and the reception is very dark. I can say it‘s a little bit like not so if it was the price.

They didn't want to give us breakfast. They were also very rude. And the funny thing is that when we left, they were the friendliest people in the whole world.

This place is a party hotel, and if you are put in a room next to the rooftop bar, you’ll get no peace until very early in the morning when they shut the music off. Additionally, I had an issue with the lock on my door. I waited for them to send someone up to fix it, but after a while I gave up Because I wasn’t waiting at the door the repair man didn’t fix the door so when I finally came back, the door still wasn’t fixed this wasted hours of my day. The location of this hotel is really good essentially right on the beach, but there are a lot of other drawbacks that make this place, not ideal

The swimming pool is clean, not small. Breakfast and dinner - depends on the day. Some days are super equipped, some days nothing to choose from. Unfortunately, the receptionist (woman with dark linger hair) was not kind and even asked in advance - denied the request of paying for an additional 2h for late check out in order to pick up an important meeting at work via laptop and denied giving access to one room they have for guests for an emergency stay. Never happened in my life before in this chain of hotels. In the room even the cleaning staff was requested, no recharge of soap or shampoo... And that's the reason I won't recommend the place - bad personnel can destroy good moments.

Upon arrival on the 26/04 after a long journey, we were desperately seeking a nice cold drink. We headed to the rooftop bar however, the bartender was very rude. After waiting to get his attention we asked for 2 drinks. He immediately and without looking up, told us that we would have to wait. He continued to move stuff around the bar and ignored us. We eventually walked off. There were no other customers and it was 11.30 am and the bar was open.This was not a very pleasant first experience.

The breakfast is rich but the quality is more rural. What I am not satisfied with is that the room is not soundproof. The fan in the next room is very loud. You have to be accompanied by noise when enjoying the beautiful view on the terrace, which is a very negative experience.

I booked the Hotel Pabisa Sofia for one night two days after it opened after the winter break. The 4-star hotel was renovated in 2024, which you can see in the foyer and the rooms through the new design and new bathrooms. It's a shame that they didn't take the opportunity and completely renovate it straight away. The tiled floor in my room 33 on the seventh floor was not renewed. I had only booked an overnight stay in a single room, but was given a double room for single occupancy. The rooms are very nicely decorated, but very small. I would therefore not book the Sofia for a longer vacation, especially since there is little closet space and little storage space in the bathroom. The location is OK. The hotel is in one of the back (3rd) rows of the beach. It is about 300 meters to the beach. It is about 5 kilometers to the airport. I did not have breakfast or dinner, so I cannot give a rating. Due to the recent opening, the hotel was extremely cheap to book (for under 50 euros). It will be more expensive in the season. And then it will be loud in the eight-story hotel with more than 300 rooms because of the proximity to Ballermann and the bars there, with the party crowd. As in many Spanish hotels, the rooms are very thin due to the way they are built, the room doors are very, very thin and let in noise. The view is not that great. My room faces the back and overlooks the neighboring Riu Festival hotel. In terms of staff, I only had to deal with reception staff, but they were all very friendly and accommodating.

Emergency layover after a flight delay. Central location in the town, odd looking into a car park from the balcony though. The staff were friendly and the hotel was quite clean, just really dated in decor. In room amenities were fine, can’t comment on the whole hotel as I was only there for a night of sleep.

It was annoying that I woke up shortly before 6 a.m.: I had been sleeping with the balcony door open (my room was on the top/fifth floor) when the ventilation systems on the roof started operating very loudly very early in the morning. Only after I closed the door was I able to go back to sleep. I only ate breakfast. This is served in the rather austere and functional-looking restaurant in the windowless basement. The breakfast is very plentiful and good, meeting the expectations of a 4-star hotel and truly fulfilling the needs of a hotel guest. I noticed that the staff didn't clear guests' plates in between meals and instead engaged in very loud conversations (at least four of them). But for what I paid for the hotel for one night, it was okay.

The room itself was spacious and cool with no air conditioner malfunction. I was satisfied with the cleanliness and well-stocked towels every time I went out. Both the reception and bellboy were friendly. As it was my honeymoon accommodation, I booked a place that was quiet and had a well-equipped restaurant, and I was very satisfied. The tapas bar was delicious, and the breakfast was also excellent. The sound of birds chirping every morning still lingers in my ears! It's quite far from downtown Mallorca, so I recommend coming just to enjoy this hotel! Even though I enjoyed everything during my 3-day stay, including the hotel's restaurant, spa, and swimming pool, it wasn't enough. It was really nice to be able to eat fresh fruit every morning. If you can afford it, I recommend a room with a terrace. A great hotel for families, couples, and friends! A taxi from the airport costs about 100 euros! If I go to Mallorca, I will definitely stay again^^

The view from our balcony is super beautiful. We get to see the whole port and the sea. Room was clean, amenities were enough. And after we checked out, we got to stay at the pool for how long we wanted. The only problem is that the aircon in the room was really bad. We were sweating the whole night. We called the receptionist but he said they only have people to check the next morning.

supper big and good with delicious breakfast and kind staff, they can call the taxi for you and there is a bus stop right at the gate of the hotel, it’s really convenient. We really had a good time at the hotel and it’s near the airport only cost 7mins so we can save time there.

Top Hotel, great roof terrace with pool, bar and spectacular views. Personal is super nice. All in all very recommendable.
