"I stayed at NH Frankfurt Airport West and overall had a comfortable experience. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it a great place to relax before a flight.
The location is especially convenient for travelers who prefer to stay outside the city before departure. There is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel with a direct connection to the airport, which takes about 20 minutes. The train station is also accessible, although it requires a bit of a walk. Nearby, there is a Netto Marken-Discount, which is very convenient for picking up snacks or last-minute souvenirs.
However, one downside during my stay was the breakfast experience. There appeared to be a seminar or event taking place, and a large group of guests was standing and talking in the breakfast area, blocking the walkway. It was difficult to move around or enjoy the meal. Unfortunately, the hotel staff did not manage the situation or organize the space effectively.
If the hotel hosts events or conferences, it would be much better to allocate a separate area for such gatherings and ensure that shared spaces like the breakfast area remain accessible for all guests.
Overall, the hotel offers great comfort and a convenient location, but service management in shared spaces could be improved."

"Great experience at this hotel. Room was comfortable and clean. Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful able to communicate well in English and went out of there way to make our stay as smooth as possible. Gym is very clean and good variety of equipment. Hotel has free water dispenser in the lobby with sparkling water available. Breakfast buffet offer a good variety of western and vegetarian options. Location offers a good super market located walking distance if you need to purchase any essentials. A bus stop and ticket machine is located conveniently located in front of the hotel which offers public transportation downtown and to metro stations. FRA airport is located ~20min by Uber or ~40min by metro. Hotel also offers a taxi service with a large +7 people van and reasonable prices (can negotiate and match Uber price)."

"The facilities and services are good, and the room has two separate beds. Although it's compact, it has everything you need. The bathroom's separate wet and dry areas with a sliding door are well-designed, and the mirror has an anti-fog function. The hotel offers breakfast; it's the same every day but quite comprehensive. The location is on the quieter side of the main train station, and tram 37 goes directly there. Getting to the exhibition center is a bit more troublesome, taking about 30 minutes by foot or public transport. There's a small riverside park nearby where you can take a stroll."

"The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the area is just right.
The front desk was very welcoming and responsible and the English was very good.
The hotel serves dinner, but there is pizza, which is not very tasty.
You can take two or three trains to russelsheim station at the airport, then take a taxi (about ten euros) or a bus (15 minutes walk after getting off the bus) to the hotel. The first time I called Uber because of the large luggage, I chose the bus.
It is also very convenient to go to the center of Frankfurt, and the train can be reached in 20 minutes to the central train station.
When checking in and checking out, the front desk said that I didn't pay the room rate in advance, but I had already paid on Trip.com. After explaining to the front desk and showing them the confirmation form in the email, they did not have too much entanglement. I don't know how the Trip.com platform is booked. Their system will show that the reservation is not paid. So the English version of the itinerary is downloaded just in case."

"Excellent value hotel right by the Main River. I stayed for two nights and really enjoyed the relaxing walks along the river. Every morning, after a good night's sleep in a peaceful environment, I joined the locals for their morning exercises, stretching away the travel fatigue and experiencing local life. "I went on a family trip with my children. Good location for a low price for Europe. I have a good rest in a clean hostel. It's about 8 minutes walk from downtown Wisbaden. There was a train station right next door. The staff were friendly and the surroundings were touristy but quiet and pleasant.
The downside was that four people made a reservation, and one had to sleep on the sofa. Because it's on the first floor, I have to put the curtains on. One of the two TVs doesn't know how to turn on, and one doesn't come out of the German TV channel, so I hope it can become Netflix or YouTube. I don't think it's a big problem because it's a laptop I brought.
The parking fee is 28 euros a day, so it's a little pricey. There's a cheap street parking just a few meters away, so I think it's better to use it.
The picture is the garden in front of the hotel. The landscape is beautiful and the park in front is good."

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is very modern and spotless throughout. The staff were fantastic, making check-in seamless and offering great hospitality. The room was comfortable, but the highlight was the amazing shower! Furthermore, dinner in the restaurant was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel

The only thing i need to complain is the service. Be aware that they will ask you for a credit card when checking in. I dont have one. The service staff refused to let me check in even i had payed the roomrate already and even i offered that they can double charge me in case its for deposit reasons and later refund me the overpaied money. They refused that, they also refused to refund my money when i offered them to chose another hotel. They also refused to let me speak to their manager. At the end, the only choice i had was asking a friend to help me out with his credit card.
Be aware of that, either you have a credit card ready or you keep distance from this hotel.

AAnonymous UserWe had a really pleasant experience. The room was spacious, modern and very clean, with great city views from the higher floors. The super king size bed was extremely comfortable and probably one of the best parts of the stay in this EU trip.
Location was super convenient as well — Skyline Plaza shopping mall is a street away, making it easy for shopping, groceries and meals. The hotel is 10mins walking distance or 2 stops away by tram to Frankfurt Hbf.

JJulieta De FranceschiWhat I liked about the Lyf Hotel was its communal workspaces, the kitchen that can be used throughout the day, and the meeting and conference space, which is really good. The gardens weren’t used much because of the cold. The vegan restaurant was always full, though I didn’t try it. The room is comfortable for one or two people—at least the one I booked.
The location is good, in the Ostende area, with several restaurants and cafés nearby, including a very good Italian and a Vietnamese place. It’s an office district, so there are plenty of options, and public transportation is not far. It takes about 15 minutes by taxi to get to the exhibition center. The hotel itself is quite private.
I didn’t like that, under the justification of being sustainable, they don’t clean the room until the third night. So if you book for fewer nights, be aware of this. I had to request cleaning multiple times, and the staff, since they often work in replacement shifts, didn’t always communicate well with each other. It wasn’t until the manager stepped in that they finally cleaned the room.
Additionally, they charge an extra €2 per day on top of the reservation, something to keep in mind for longer stays.
