"Location: The location is absolutely fantastic! Downstairs, you'll find a pedestrian street, and the Shuncheng Shopping Center is right there. There are also about half a dozen other malls nearby, making dining and getting drinks incredibly convenient.
Service: The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We were given a high-floor room, and the breakfast was quite good – they even provided a complimentary breakfast for our child. We didn't get a chance to try the late-night congee, but I imagine it would have been good too.
Cleanliness: The cleaning staff were very enthusiastic and did a thorough and clean job.
There's also a large Miniso and Mixue Ice Cream & Tea downstairs, which are always bustling with people. It's a great spot for families with kids."

"I arrived at the airport late the night before, but the hotel's pick-up service was perfectly arranged. The driver was already waiting, and even proactively helped with my luggage, completely saving me the hassle of finding a taxi in the middle of the night. Upon arrival, front desk staff member #6 was incredibly friendly and polite, and check-in was very efficient. She also thoughtfully informed me of all the important details. After a long and tiring journey, the warm and thoughtful service from the staff made me feel so much better, and the room environment was also excellent. The overall service was impeccable, I highly recommend this hotel! It will definitely be my first choice next time I visit Kunming!"

"This hotel exceeded our expectations and gave us a wonderful experience! Right at the entrance, there's a unique echoing pond, which is quite distinctive. The service was excellent; they drove us to our room in a small car. The room's decor has a Wabi-sabi style, exactly like the pictures! A nice detail was how the air conditioning vents were discreetly covered with wooden slats, making the airflow more natural and comfortable. The hand soap and shower gel had a fresh and natural scent, which I really liked. The hotel's design is very unique, and it's perfect for travel photography. We tried their travel photography service, and it was great; the makeup artist was very gentle and did a fantastic job, and the photographer was also excellent! Before leaving, we had a Chinese meal at the hotel. The portions were generous, the food was delicious, and there was so much beef we couldn't finish it all. The price was absolutely fair! The hotel also offers a shuttle service to the Dongfengyun Scenic Area, which was very convenient! We had a very comfortable stay and will definitely come back!"

"Lijiang Pullman Resort Stay Experience
My trip to Lijiang this time, I chose the Pullman, and it truly exceeded my expectations. I was quite worried initially because I saw so many negative reviews, but personally, I'm very satisfied with the Pullman, and the value for money is exceptional.
Excellent Location, Quiet and Convenient
The hotel is right next to Shuhe Ancient Town, within walking distance. The most pleasant surprise was being able to see Jade Dragon Snow Mountain from the room. The scenery, especially near the breakfast restaurant, is picturesque – every photo looks like a painting.
Naxi Courtyard, Every Step a Scene
With a 150-mu garden design, featuring white walls and dark tiles, small bridges and flowing water, the entire hotel feels like a Naxi garden. The individual villas are scattered among the greenery and streams, offering great privacy. Enjoying the breeze in the courtyard in the evening was particularly delightful.
Spacious Rooms, Thoughtful Facilities
I stayed in an individual villa, and the space was very generous. The bedding was comfortable, and the room was equipped with broadband internet, a cordless phone, and plenty of charging ports. The 24-hour in-room dining service was very convenient; after a tiring day of exploring, it was great to order a late-night snack and eat it right in the courtyard.
Overall, this is a resort that perfectly blends Naxi culture, natural scenery, and modern comfort. Whether you want to quietly relax or explore Lijiang, this is an ideal choice."

"Five stars, highly recommended! This is an old, established state guesthouse in Kunming that you absolutely must stay at. Its heritage, views, and service are all top-notch.
The location is unbeatable, directly facing Cuihu Park. Open the French windows and you're greeted with lake views and weeping willows. In autumn and winter, you can even spot red-billed gulls. Yunnan University and the Yunnan Military Academy are within walking distance, making it convenient for exploring the old city without much travel.
The hotel's design was partly conceived by I.M. Pei, blending new Chinese style with retro Art Deco. The lobby's gilded lotus sculpture, rosewood carvings, and vintage staircase create an incredible ambiance. The gardens are tranquil and elegant, and every photo you take captures the unique, understated elegance of a historic five-star hotel.

Upon check-in, the front desk gives out small gifts – that crispy rice cracker (guoba) was delicious! The flower pastry (xianhuabing) was also good. The room was clean, and the hot water circulated quickly."

"We chose Mile over Jianshui for a few days' relaxation primarily because we discovered the newly opened Holiday Inn there. Our five-day stay at the Holiday Inn exceeded our expectations. First off, this is a proper hotel, not one of those trendy simplified versions. What I mean is that its design and concept are genuinely geared towards providing guests with top-notch accommodation and service. The hotel boasts numerous public facilities: a bright and spacious lobby, an elegant little bar and lounge area, a kids' play corner, a starlit swimming pool, two hot spring pools with different temperatures, and a self-service laundry room. And then there's the restaurant – I absolutely have to mention it! The chef prepares a super rich breakfast every day, always with new surprises. I'm guessing the head chef is a master from Guangdong, though he told me he's from Yunnan. As for the rooms, they are large, clean, and tastefully decorated. The bed, sheets, and duvet are all high-quality. What truly reflects the hotel's quality are the in-room furnishings: the Holiday Inn has chosen truly comfortable chairs and sofas, the kind you can relax in while reading or listening to music. The most valuable asset of this hotel, however, is its entire staff. Every single person is friendly and polite, genuinely caring for each guest. A big thank you to Xiao Ji at the front desk, Nancy at the bar, KoKo at the restaurant, and the ever-present Gavin and Jennifer, along with their entire team. The hotel's location is opposite Honghe Water Village. We walked to Dahou Park every day for a stroll, visited nearby coffee shops, tried various restaurants, and after dinner, headed to Honghe Water Village to enjoy the bustling atmosphere. We are very much looking forward to staying at this hotel again next time. Highly recommend this excellent place."

"While the hotel room facilities are a bit dated, with old carpets and a slightly cramped bathroom with only one sink, the strong water pressure made for a comfortable shower. The air conditioning was just okay, and the soundproofing was decent. As an older five-star hotel, Wanda Vista truly shines in its service. Front desk manager Mr./Ms. Yang was kind and friendly, helping us arrange an extended stay and providing excellent advice and assistance with our Yunnan travel plans. The front desk is often a guest's first impression, and we're very grateful to Mr./Ms. Yang for starting our stay off so well. The restaurant's breakfast offered a good variety, and the taste was acceptable. The breakfast staff were incredibly sincere and service-oriented in their greetings and assistance. I even noticed one or two pregnant staff members in the breakfast area who were still meticulously and efficiently going about their work. The executive lounge didn't have a huge selection of dishes, but everything was fresh and replenished promptly. The housekeeping staff were also very friendly, and the room was kept clean. "Overall, the hotel is quite good. The architecture has a distinct Southeast Asian flair, and the general ambiance feels like a tropical rainforest. The rooms are all done in a wooden, very Thai style, spacious with comfortable bedding. There are many resort activities available, and the hotel service is excellent. The butler service is prompt and thoughtful! The Thai Dai restaurant offers good food, though the breakfast selection is a bit smaller compared to other Intercontinental hotels. However, for Xishuangbanna, it's still quite good. All in all, it's a great place for a family vacation, and I'd recommend it to friends!"

Anonymous UserI recently stayed at this brand-new hotel (opened in 2024), and it was such a nice experience. If you want a place with lots of extras, this is it. They have two pool tables, a small rooftop pool, and two gyms—one for yoga and Pilates with all the equipment, and another with treadmills, bikes, free weights, and even a Smith machine. There’s also a laundry room with washers, which was really handy.
The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, but you’ll want to arrive early to get the best selection. The staff were all very friendly, but Fei Xiu (绯袖) on WeChat was especially helpful—she answered all my questions quickly and made everything easy.
The location isn’t right on the riverbank near the Starlight Market, but it’s not far from tourist spots either. It’s actually in a good spot if you want a quieter stay while still being close enough to everything.
If you’re looking for a modern, well-equipped hotel with great service, I’d definitely recommend this one!

Choosing the Adaman Hotel by Mingyoo Li Cheng was absolutely the best decision I made for this Xishuangbanna trip. From the moment I stepped in, I was captivated by the corridors enveloped in tropical greenery, exuding an exotic vibe. Every snapshot I took turned into a stunning, atmospheric photo. The room was spacious and cozy, with smart controls throughout, making everything super convenient. The bedding was incredibly soft and skin-friendly, ensuring a wonderfully restful sleep every night.
The location is also fantastic – close to the airport, which makes getting around a breeze. Whether you want to escape the crowds for some peaceful time or explore Xishuangbanna's beautiful sights, this place is perfectly suited. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Xishuangbanna!

DenisStaying in the Jacuzzi Villa was an absolute delight! The Naxi-style courtyard was elegant and peaceful, and the private, temperature-controlled Jacuzzi was clean and comfortable. Soaking under the stars at night melted away all my travel fatigue. I must commend Elin, our butler, for her outstanding service. From coordinating before our arrival to her attentive care during our stay, she was always quick to respond to any needs. She was thoughtful and professional, never intrusive, which truly enhanced the relaxing vacation vibe. The facilities were excellent, and the service was an added bonus – a perfect Lijiang getaway! Highly recommended!

AggieThe room was very clean, and the host was super friendly and helpful with luggage. There's also a Samoyed named Mitsu who is incredibly friendly; my kids absolutely adored her and couldn't bear to leave. The dog was very clean and well-behaved. Overall, the guesthouse was very quiet.

This guesthouse was hands down the best accommodation experience of my entire trip. All that time I spent choosing it definitely paid off! The host contacted me beforehand to confirm check-in details, created a group chat, shared all the activity information there, and pre-arranged our usage times. The service was absolutely top-notch. The hotel offers a travel photoshoot, and they even give you 3 free photos. Of course, we ended up buying a few more because the shots were just stunning. They provided a delicious afternoon tea, and the bedding was super comfortable. The living room offered direct views of the scenery, though the only downside was a bit of rain, which meant we couldn't take pictures on the terrace as the mirror was covered in water. I recommend everyone stay in the cabins on the first floor; they might be a bit smaller, but you can step right out onto the grassland and play with the animals. If you prefer the main building, I'd suggest sticking to the 2nd or 3rd floor at most – the stairs to the 4th floor are a killer! There's a coffee shop nearby that offers discounts to guests, and their food is delicious. If I ever get the chance to visit Shangri-La again, I would definitely choose this place. Highly recommended!

Guest UserAlthough Xi Shuang Ban Na UrCove claims they are a smoke-free hotel, from what I have seen this is not really true. I suggest People who are allergic to cigarette smoke or have health issues related to cigarette smoke definitely go somewhere else. I saw guests as well as hotel employees openly smoking in the front lobby of this hotel. Front desk clerks and supervisor saw this but not only said nothing to the offenders but when I complained about this, the front desk clerk ignored me and glared at me for complaining.
Bedroom: very spacious and clean. beddings and sheets were very clean and comfortable.
Toilet: was a very new style and with a temperature toilet seat
Shower area: It was a disaster. The glass panel dividing the toilet and the shower area was poorly installed, so water from the shower area leaked everywhere. It was quite dangerous because the floor outside the shower was a smooth piece of floor tile. My wife almost slipped and fell down. We immediately told the front desk that night, and all they did was send someone to wipe up the water that's all. There was no follow-up after that.
Breakfast: This has got to be the worst hotel I have ever been to regarding breakfast. The majority of the breakfast items were Chinese food which I have no complaints about, although I do not eat Chinese breakfast. The biggest problem was, when we went for breakfast after 9:15 am there were lots of emptied food containers and plates which was used to hold breakfast food items. Breakfast was supposed to end at 10:00 am. 9:15 am NO croissant, Not even a simple slice of bread which I can make toast with. I also checked the Chinese food items and lots of containers were emptied as well. I then went to ask a staff where I could at least get a piece of bread. Her answer was, there isn't anymore sliced bread and what you see is what you get. There was hardly anything to eat?!?!?! I was furious and I demanded to have a couple of pieces of sliced bread. In the end, kitchen staff Mr. Wang came to my rescue and cooked me and my wife each two fried eggs. On top of it, Mr. Wang went out to get me sliced bread from outside the hotel so that my wife will at least have something to eat for breakfast. On the second day of breakfast, there was no coffee after 9:15 am as the coffee machine went into cleaning mode for at least half an hour. The chief of Chef did end up helping me to get a cup of coffee but from what I can see, this hotel is NOT ready to receive international guests.
Totally disappointed in the Urcove Xi Shuang Ban Na. Totally not the Hyatt standard at all. I really believe Hyatt management in Texas really should not take the risk of damaging their great brand by letting this hotel be branded with Hyatt's Name. The way this Xi Shuang Ban Na Urcove is operating, they are worse than locally managed/owned hotels.

评价酒店已下部门：
卧室：非常宽敞干净。床上用品和床单非常干净舒适。
厕所：非常新式，配有恒温马桶座
淋浴区：简直是一场灾难。分隔厕所和淋浴区的玻璃板安装不当，所以淋浴区的水到处漏水。这是非常危险的事，因为淋浴外的地板是一块光滑的地砖。我的妻子差点滑倒。我们当晚立即告诉前台，他们所做的只是派人擦干水而已。之后就没再跟进。
早餐：这是我住过最差的酒店。大部分早餐都是中餐，虽然我不吃中式早餐，但我也没有抱怨。最大的问题是，我们早上 9:15 之后去吃早餐，有很多空的食物容器和盘子，早餐盘很多是空的。早餐应该在 10:00 结束。9:15 已经没有羊角包，甚至连一片可以用来烤土司的面包都没有。我还检查了中餐食物，发现很多容器也被清空了。然后我去问工作人员，我可以在哪里找到一片面包。她的回答是，没有切片方包了，你看到的就只这些。没有其他的可以食！！！！我非常生气，重新要求几片切片面包。最后，厨房工作人员王先生给我们帮忙，他给我和我妻子每人煎了两个鸡蛋。王先生还从酒店外面帮我拿了切片面包，这样我和妻子至有点早餐可以食。第二天早餐时，早上 9:15 之后就没有咖啡了，因为咖啡机进行自动清洗，至少半个小时处于清洁模式。主厨最终帮我拿了一杯咖啡，但在我看来，这家酒店根本没有准备好接待国际旅客。
这次景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店入住经验非常差。完全不符合凯悦的标准。我真的认为凯悦管理层不应该冒险让这家酒店打上凯悦的名字，从而损害他们的品牌形象。这家 西双版纳景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店 的经营及管理模式，比当地管理/当地投资的酒店还远远不如。凯悦Hyatt 总公司真应该尽快管理好这家酒店免得影响Hyatt 品牌。

Guest UserMy friend and I stumbled upon this hotel online, and after booking, it truly exceeded my expectations!
It's right inside Lijiang Ancient Town! As soon as you step out, you're on cobblestone streets. You can walk to Sifang Street in just 5 minutes. After exploring the night market, you can just stroll back to the hotel – no need for a taxi at all, which makes you feel super safe 💯.
🏠 The facilities are unbelievably complete:
* Smart toilet – Heated seat + automatic flush. No more freezing cold toilet seats in winter!
* Central air conditioning + humidifier – The humidity here is just perfect.
* Full set of toiletries – Not those cheap sample sizes! These are proper branded products, and they smell amazing.
* 24-hour hot water + thermostatic shower – The water pressure is fantastic; showering here is pure bliss 🚿.
* They called us the day before check-in to confirm our itinerary and even sent us a guide for exploring the ancient town 📋.
* The front desk lady was incredibly sweet and upgraded us to a room with a view.
* There's free afternoon tea every day, with flower cakes and Pu'er tea. Sitting in the courtyard soaking up the sun was so chill 🌸.
* When checking out, they even gave us parting gifts (tie-dye and Pu'er tea cakes), which was a lovely touch. They also offer a free photography service, including makeup and styling, saving us the trouble of finding a photo studio ourselves!

ZhixingwanliLan is truly a boutique hotel, with amenities on par with high-end accommodations. The toiletries, appliances, and other provisions are all of high quality. The space is large and grand, with a simple yet elegant design, and the common areas are meticulously maintained and beautiful. The service is incredibly attentive, making for a comfortable experience from check-in to check-out. It's an excellent choice whether you're on a leisurely vacation or a short trip.

Guest UserBack in Dali, I decided to revisit the Xianyun 360-degree Cliff Seaview Hot Spring B&B, and it truly lived up to expectations! The front desk staff were incredibly polite and attentive. I later found out that the humble and helpful manager, who was always ready to assist, was also from Beijing, which made me feel right at home. The B&B's environment is serene and immaculate. The private hot spring pool in the room is definitely the highlight. Soaking in the hot spring, you're directly facing the Cangshan Mountains and Erhai Lake – it's like a landscape painting come to life. During my downtime, I loved sitting on the balcony, gazing at Cangshan and Erhai, which was incredibly therapeutic after a long journey. The restaurant's dishes were delicious and flavorful. My experience was as excellent as ever, truly a hidden gem of a seaview B&B. Choosing to stay here twice speaks volumes about its reliable quality. It’s my top choice when visiting Dali, highly recommended!

Guest UserI highly recommend staying at Yundu in Lijiang! This was by far the best accommodation of my entire trip. The room offered a direct view of the snow-capped mountains, allowing me to wake up and enjoy the sunrise illuminating the golden peaks without having to rush out for sightseeing. It was incredibly comfortable and rejuvenating. The butler team provided exceptionally detailed service, handling everything from transportation and room upgrades to custom breakfast requests – their attentiveness exceeded expectations. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, with excellent coffee and fruity flavors, making for a fantastic overall dining and living experience. The guesthouse is conveniently located for easy access to and from both ancient towns. It's quiet and peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of the old city. Every day felt relaxed and pleasant. This is a treasure of a guesthouse, allowing you to shed your fatigue and peacefully gaze at the snow-capped mountains. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Lijiang.
