"The room was great, with plenty of parking, and you could even see the border between the two countries. The photos were taken from the room's view. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the China-Kazakhstan Horgos International Border Cooperation Center, which is a service definitely worth using. You can visit the cooperation center first. It's better to go early for shopping and customs clearance to avoid crowds. Inside the cooperation center, there are attractions like the 'one foot in two countries' boundary marker and the old Soviet border gate. I recommend visiting the Border Gate Museum; it has boundary markers and an introduction to the evolution of six generations of border gates. Don't miss breakfast on the hotel's rooftop! Their apples are delicious! This was the only place on our entire trip that had 'Fragrant Concubine Apples,' and even our kid, who usually doesn't like apples, ate many pieces. The staff were all very enthusiastic, and the room was clean and tidy. The restaurant on the first floor is better than the Western restaurant on the third floor. Overall, highly recommended."

"The hotel has a beautiful environment near Swan River Park, with many parking spaces in the underground parking lot, spacious and clean; the lobby is stylish and atmospheric. "The family room was great, but the booking details page didn't mention bunk beds, which I only found out about after calling. I hope the platform can improve its room descriptions to better inform guests. Upgrading the toilets to electric ones would also better match the hotel's caliber. Additionally, the front desk staff seemed very busy; they were trying their best to provide good service, but their hurried tone and sense of urgency suggested high work pressure. I hope the hotel can be kinder to its employees."

"The hotel staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. Traveling with two kids in Xinjiang, this was one of many hotels we stayed in, and when my children couldn't wake up in time for breakfast, the front desk lady was so considerate. She proactively offered to pack a breakfast bag for the kids to eat in the car. I thought that was a really humane service! The laundry service was also very nice; they washed, dried, and returned our clothes to the room. Plus, their luggage storage service was excellent – they stored our bags very well and professionally, even using special luggage tags to prevent mix-ups. [Love]"

"1. The front desk lady is very good. At 12 o'clock in the evening, she is still helping everyone to organize the laundry room's clothes and queue up to wash clothes. Drying clothes, I feel that the number of washing machines and dryers is not enough, many passengers line up to wash.
2. Because I didn't book a family room, the room and the front desk thoughtfully helped to prepare an extra quilt, the service was really great~

"Out of all the Atour hotels I've stayed at in Xinjiang, this one definitely provided the best experience. Just from the staff's attitude, from the very first phone call after booking to the welcoming girl at the entrance, their smiles made us feel right at home.
The front desk also helped us get rooms on the same floor during check-in.
Even when we returned to the hotel at 11:30 PM, there was still staff at the entrance guiding us to parking. How many hotels can offer such thoughtful service?
As for the hardware, it goes without saying that being newly opened, it's certainly among the best currently available. I'm leaving a positive review, even though there are a few minor imperfections. But since it's only been open for a few days, I believe the entire team will only get better."

"The rooms were fantastic, great environment, and excellent facilities. All the toiletries were provided, which was a nice touch. The hotel's central location made shopping and getting around very convenient. I highly recommend it to everyone! We booked three rooms and all of them were great, very satisfying. The front desk has a coffee machine and an ice maker, which is a big plus. Also, it's very close to all the attractions. The front desk service definitely deserves full marks 💯, very pleased, check-in was super fast. Five-star rating is a must!!!

"I reckon choice of decent hotel is limited in Hami so this property, though not really up to Hampton standard, deserves all the smilies, esp. when 1) it's a smoke-free room (hard to come by in this part of China) and 2) they gave me an upgrade. I also liked their breakfast and coffee.
The shower sewage gave out foul smell so bad that I had to block it with a towel. The hotel didn't do anything about it though despite my complaint."

Longlidiansi。The hotel's location is great, within walking distance to Narati, which is a big plus! The hotel itself is large with a spacious lobby, but its size also means it can be a bit confusing to navigate. It could use more staff. Breakfast was decent; there was a good variety, but the taste was just okay. As for facilities, I particularly want to mention the laundry room. It really needs an update. I had to search for it, finding it in an adjacent building and quite tucked away. In the end, I couldn't iron my clothes due to insufficient facilities and had to go back. The room is a bit old-fashioned but fully equipped, giving off vibes of hotels from a decade ago during an economic boom. Overall cleanliness was acceptable, but I'm deducting points because I found a centipede-like insect in the room just before check-out (perhaps due to the excellent natural environment?).

Excellent! They upgraded us to an oxygen-enriched room and included both breakfast and dinner buffets. The lobby is clean and beautiful, and there's a kids' play area and a billiards room. They also have plenty of washing machines and dryers (with a convenient 3-minute high-temperature sterilization mode). Nearby, there's delicious yak hotpot and the Ba Tie night market, plus lots of shops, which is really convenient (though we had a driver).
Service: The restaurant offered takeout, room service, and even helped us cut a watermelon, which was very helpful. I highly recommend everyone choose this hotel. The staff are all incredibly friendly. I also noticed they offer airport shuttle service, which is a great option even though we had a private car.
Remember to take deep breaths and enjoy the oxygen in the air when you come to Tashkurgan; with the oxygen room, you'll pretty much adapt by the second day.

SimagangzaguangguangguangThe hotel is quite large, and at first glance, it gives off a five-star vibe.
The room is spacious, and the decor is clearly well-thought-out. The style is very modern and trendy, and the materials used are all of good quality. The hairdryer is similar to a Laifen (and works great!). They even provide latex pillows by default (which is a huge plus!).
However, the cleanliness isn't up to par (a common issue in Xinjiang hotels). You can clearly see stains.
They have two robots that deliver food, and when they arrive at your door, there's an automatic voice reminder in the room. The breakfast spread is also good, with a wide variety of options.
⚠️ The only thing that really drags it down is that the rooms aren't smoke-free. One day, when I left my room, the hallway reeked of smoke. I'm not sure which room it was coming from, but it immediately dropped my perception of the hotel down to a 3-star level. 🤦♂️

Anonymous UserOverall, we had a pleasant stay. However, I would like to share our experience with the complimentary photo session so that future guests know what to expect.
If you book through Trip.com, please check carefully what is included. We were informed by the photo studio that our complimentary photo session did not include the traditional costume, while if th guests who booked through some other travel agencies were able to use the costume free of charge. We found this difference quite surprising.
Another disappointing experience was the complimentary photos. The hotel receptionist told us that we would receive 3 free photos per person, so as two guests we expected 6 photos. However, when we arrived at the photo studio, we were told that the offer was actually 3 photos per room. The inconsistent information between the hotel and the photo studio caused unnecessary confusion and disappointment.
I hope the hotel and the photo studio can provide consistent information in the future, so guests know exactly what is included before they arrive.

Anonymous UserThe location is good because it is not far from the expressway, and there are both slow and fast EV charges available at the hotel, the check-in process was not as smooth as other hotels as per my experience, they did not add the Wechat in advance which led to slower communication. The amenities were not good because we booked a room for three, but they only included items for two people, even after requesting for extra drinking water, we only got two more bottles, the washroom was not completely clean because we found strands of hair and the drain was not completely unclogged, it is still value for money based on the price I paid.

The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent – I slept soundly until morning. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and very efficient. The location is convenient. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

The room was clean and tidy, and the view was fantastic – right opposite the winter ski slopes. They even gave us complimentary cable car tickets to go up to the mountain top, and the scenery was beautiful. The hotel service was excellent; the butler was very responsive, enthusiastic, and friendly. Breakfast was also great, a blend of Western and Chinese cuisine, and it was the most satisfying breakfast I've had during my stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

She proactively brought a foot bath and filled it with water for me both nights. The room was also cleaned thoroughly and meticulously. Definitely worth a high rating!

ShukeniuThe environment is absolutely fantastic! It's a riverside campsite, and you can tell it's been thoughtfully designed, with clever touches everywhere. We unfortunately spent too much time at the attractions and arrived quite late. The campsite offers a bonfire, BBQ, and Uighur girls dancing. On the way to the river, there's also a splash pad for kids, so we really should have arrived earlier. The only minor thing is the gravel path at the entrance, which seems intentionally designed. You can contact the camp beforehand to have staff help with your luggage, as it's a bit difficult to drag suitcases yourself. Also, the soundproofing in the tents isn't the best, but that's to be expected when choosing a campsite. Overall, it's a great camp, and the breakfast selection is very rich. You can also request an oxygen machine.

We made up our own room, but it was not properly cleaned at first—maybe because the hotel was fully booked. However, the cleaners were quite helpful and responsive when we asked for assistance.
They also have a laundry room, which was very convenient for families. I just wish they had a small playroom for kids, as that would make the stay even better for families with children.
