The hotel facilities are excellent, including oxygen concentrators available for both diffused and nasal use. The service is impeccable; the front desk staff are always incredibly helpful whenever needed. The hotel also has a laundry room and a reading room."

3. A special thank you goes to Manager Shiyi, a benchmark for service in the hotel industry! She called beforehand to confirm (though I missed the call), and upon arrival, upgraded our family of three to a family suite (two bedrooms and a living room, ridiculously spacious). She also recommended Xiao Pangzi Sichuan restaurant to us (which was delicious!). After checking in, any questions we had were answered very promptly, and she even allowed us to check out late at 3:30 PM, so my parents could rest well before their 4 PM high-speed train. We are truly grateful! I've never been so well taken care of as a Titanium Elite member at any Marriott property!
4. The hotel robots proactively deliver takeout to the room, a blessing for lazy people.
5. The breakfast was unexpectedly good, comparable to the St. Regis Lhasa."

"A hotel worthy of a full 5 stars. Shannan exceeded my expectations and re-examined the Hilton brand.
The hotel service, from the moment I arrived, was excellent, attentive, and professional, demonstrating strong brand management. Check-in was prompt, and we were even greeted with warm rhodiola rosea tea.
The hotel room was spacious and user-friendly, and I slept very comfortably that night.
The breakfast was also exceptional, with a wide selection. The bread was delicious and beautifully presented, and the staff even took the initiative to make local glutinous rice cakes for guests, which were delicious.
There are many dining options nearby, including markets, supermarkets, and restaurants, all within walking distance.
The hotel also provided evening porridge, milk, and small bread, which I slept soundly after. Due to time constraints, I didn't stay an extra day, which is a shame. I will definitely return to your hotel when I visit Ngari next year, and I'll definitely choose Hilton again if I ever find one."

"This was the only hotel on Sichuan-Tibet Highway 318 with underfloor heating, which kept the room incredibly warm – no need for AC! The room was spacious and very clean, making for a super comfortable stay. We even got a free upgrade to a room with a fantastic view of the snow-capped mountains right outside the window. They provide scheduled oxygen supply at night, and I didn't experience any altitude sickness. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"I had a very comfortable three-night, four-day stay at the Nyingchi Crown Plaza, which was truly an unexpected highlight of my Tibet trip. I simply have to give them genuine praise.
👍 First, the service was incredibly thoughtful. We were greeted with a welcome dance upon arrival, and every evening we received a complimentary 'goodnight' drink and fruit. The room was always impeccably cleaned, and they even helped fold clothes and wash socks (which I was so grateful for!).
💐 The hotel's decor and aesthetics are wonderful; both the lobby and rooms are spacious and beautiful. Our room had a view of the snow-capped mountains, and there were free ******* incense making classes and afternoon tea experiences available.

"The location of this hotel is really nothing to say, the supporting facilities are all available. There is a hospital nearby. There is no need to worry about altitude sickness when you come to Nyingchi. The hotel is only 2900 meters above sea level. It is very comfortable and very satisfied. The oxygen supply in the room at night is intimate, and the oxygen supply is in place from 8:30 to 7:00 the next day. The quality of sleep is particularly good. The linen and facilities in the room are very comprehensive, even small things like laundry detergent are equipped. The son can write his homework comfortably when he enters the room. "Hampton by Hilton Shannan is a new hotel that will open at the end of 2024. The hotel's facilities are very complete, all of which are intelligent voice controlled. The mattress is very comfortable and clean. The room is large, and the toilet in the bathroom is a smart toilet, which is more advanced than the one in my home and can be controlled by remote control. The remote-controlled smart toilet is very suitable for me because it is difficult for me to use the toilet on an ordinary toilet. When we arrived at the hotel, we were given a free room upgrade and welcome fruit. The Coke, 7-Up, soda and mineral water in the hotel minibar were all free. The breakfast had a wide variety of dishes and tasted great. The price was well worth it. One thing worth praising is that the lobby manager also helped me book 5 rooms at Hilton Garden Inn Lhasa, the price was 80 yuan cheaper per room than on Ctrip. This service can only be praised. Next time I travel to Shannan, I will stay here again."

With every proactive greeting and meticulous action, he transformed the phrase “feeling at home” into a heartwarming reality. The best service is when guests forget they are being “served.” With Robert, I witnessed the pinnacle of hotel service: not making guests feel deliberately “cared for,” but rather, through natural kindness, having every need met silently. His every initiative, every “Okay, I’ll arrange it for you right away,” conveyed the same message: Here, you don't have to be a “guest,” just be “yourself.” The Shangri-La Hotel shines because of employees like him, and the industry is warmed by professionals like him. May this subtle light illuminate the journeys of more people, making every arrival a reunion worth looking forward to. I will definitely choose Shangri-La Hotel again for my next stay!

Anonymous UserI absolutely love Farly Hotel. The staff, both the ladies and gentlemen, are incredibly kind and welcoming. The hotel offers a wide range of activities, like spinning prayer wheels and performing sang offerings. I particularly recommend the evening sound bath experience and the morning Pilates. The instructor's stretching exercises really helped improve my posture. I also woke up early to watch the sunrise, but there's a mountain to the east of Farly, so the sun actually appears about 45 minutes after the official sunrise time. Still, it was a beautiful sight.

This hotel made me feel at home on the plateau.
I have to give a huge thumbs up to the Gyirong Chomo Langzong Hotel! I didn't have high expectations for a high-altitude stay, but I was blown away the moment I walked in—a rich ******* style blended with modern design. The lobby was filled with a faint scent of ******* incense, instantly soothing the fatigue from the bumpy ride.
· Before I could even speak as I got off the car, a young man with a super-smiling smile came trotting over to take my luggage (I later learned it was Xiao Rui!)
· They proactively upgraded our room upon check-in, and upon entering the room, we were served hot soy milk and fruit.
· The recommended, non-influenced viewpoint was absolutely amazing! I captured the full view of Jinshan Mountain in the sun!
I'll definitely be booking this hotel next time I'm in Tibet!

This hotel is newly opened this year and boasts excellent facilities and amenities. Located in the heart of Damxung County, it's conveniently situated for shopping, dining, and parking, making it perfect for road trips. The hotel owner and staff were incredibly welcoming during check-in; the owner personally helped us with our luggage, upgraded our room for free, and answered all our questions. The rooms were spacious, equipped with oxygen supply, and even included massage chairs for guests' complimentary use – such thoughtful touches! I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Damxung.
