We stayed here for 3 nights while in Shanghai and enjoyed our time there. The location is excellent ( walk right out onto Nanjing Pedestrian street) The staff is welcoming and friendly. The hotel is clean and the room was spacious! Check in was a breeze. We opted for the family room and it had a separate living area and bedroom. It was super nice. We had a view of Nanjing Rd and heard zero noise from the bustling road below us. They provided complimentary tea and coffee in the room along with a mini fridge filled with various items ( drinks, beer, water and chocolates) They provided a safe, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, slippers and robes. It was my sons birthday they day we arrived and they sent a cake to our room:) I had mentioned that in the booking along with a request for a view. Both were obliged :) The breakfast was excellent with a ton of options ( both American and Asian cuisine) There is plenty of seating and great views! The concierge was fantastic! They arranged a riverboat cruise for us and an amazing massage for my mom and I. The spa was great and we had the most relaxing massage. The spa staff was fantastic and so friendly. They even took us in very last minute without issue. Though it is separate from the hotel- they gave a fantastic discount for being a guest there. Our stay was a 10/10 and I would stay here again!!

The Lujiazui Lijing Hotel in Shanghai is very close to Metro Line 9 and offers great value. It's surrounded by restaurants; we walked through a food street and then arrived at the hotel after dinner. The hotel upgraded our room, which was very accommodating to our needs. The room was quiet and clean, and there's a free laundry room and gym. The breakfast was also excellent, with a variety of delicious options each day, including both coarse and refined grains, fruits, vegetables, and yogurt. The matcha cake was particularly tasty. The staff provided genuinely heartfelt service, and we are very grateful! We hope to stay here again next year.

The front desk staff were really warm and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is super convenient. You can easily access People's Square Metro right outside, and Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street is just next door, making it perfect for dining and shopping. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit!

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at Chalet Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shanghai. The hotel is conveniently located within easy walking distance of Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, shopping areas, restaurants, and many popular attractions, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the hotel provided good facilities that made our stay enjoyable and hassle-free. A special thank you to Xiao Lei for his exceptional service and warm hospitality throughout our stay. He was always friendly, welcoming, and willing to assist whenever needed. We especially appreciated his help in arranging a private car transfer to Pudong Airport, which made our departure smooth and stress-free. The combination of the hotel's excellent location, cleanliness, facilities, and outstanding customer service made our stay a memorable one. It was a beautiful hotel with very unique decoration for the price. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet away from the city noise. There are many Burger king, pizza hut, chagee, starbucks, and local restaurants around. The space is also large. It was a very nice hotel close to the airport. There were also airplane headphones and eye protection in our room 😍. It was even more convenient with the shuttle bus that goes to the airport starting at 4 in the morning. I will choose it again next time I come

I usually don't write reviews, but this time I was genuinely touched. My daughter didn't take the bullet train home, so we looked for a hotel near Pudong Airport and found Vienna Hotel. I didn't expect it to be so good – great value, clean, and excellent service 👍. Truly worth the money. We'll definitely choose Vienna again for future trips.

The hotel's duplex suite exceeded our expectations. The two-story layout was spacious and airy, well-designed, and never felt cramped. It's very close to the airport, and the 24-hour shuttle service makes transfers incredibly convenient, making it our top choice for a layover. The room was clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding and a full range of amenities. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the environment was quiet with good soundproofing, so our rest was undisturbed. The value for money is outstanding, and our stay was excellent from arrival. We'll definitely prioritize booking here again for our next transfer.

I stayed twice. I was very satisfied. It exceeded my expectations.

With an early flight, staying at this hotel was the most convenient option. The hotel itself was decent, nothing seriously wrong, but the pillows were a bit too high and almost gave me a stiff neck. I wish they provided both a high and a low pillow. Also, there's no outlet above the nightstand, which made charging my phone inconvenient.

The hotel staff at the front desk were incredibly attentive and thoughtful from check-in to check-out. They responded quickly and efficiently to all our needs and requests. The room itself was spacious and bright, with excellent hygiene, and all amenities were neatly arranged, making for a truly comfortable stay. The location is also very convenient, with great transport links and a good range of facilities nearby. Overall, a fantastic experience! I've already recommended it to my friends and strongly suggest everyone choose this hotel!
