Amenities were great, gym was amazing despite lat pulldown/shoulder press machine being broken. Shower was probably an 8/10. Bus stop 1 minute away. Amazing and would stay again for sure."

"I booked this for my family, and they were extremely satisfied. When I made the reservation, only twin rooms were available, so I booked two. I contacted the hotel beforehand and asked if it would be possible to get one king room and one twin room if a king was available, or if not, to put a safety rail on one of the twin beds since there was a child with us. To our surprise, when the hotel staff assigned the rooms, they not only gave us a king room but also upgraded us to a suite and arranged for connecting rooms – so thoughtful! My family was very happy with their overall experience, including the dining. Highly recommend!"

"Facilities: The amenities are brand new and fully functional. I particularly liked that the lights and curtains can all be controlled with a single switch from the bedside.
Cleanliness: Everything was spotless, and the towels were soft and comfortable.
Environment: The location is very convenient, within walking distance to the train station.
Service: I was in Yinchuan for a marathon, and my train wasn't until after 3:30 PM. They graciously offered a complimentary late check-out, which was incredibly thoughtful! Before I left, they even had my clothes washed and dried. Absolutely perfect!

"Facilities: The hotel facilities are very new, and the attention to detail is excellent.
Hygiene: Very good, clean and sanitary. There wasn't a speck of dust on the bedside shelf, which shows great attention to detail.
Environment: I originally thought a 200+ yuan hotel wouldn't be that good, but the environment completely exceeded my expectations.
Service: The front desk staff was also very helpful. They allowed us to store our luggage and even recommended local snacks and other attractions. Plus, food deliveries can be brought directly to your room by a robot.
To sum it up: It completely exceeded my expectations. The service and bedding, among other things, can easily compare to larger hotels like All Seasons.
(I forgot to take pictures at the hotel, but the environment really was great. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit.)"

1. From Ctrip's reservation, the front desk lady can accurately know which guest I am. The service attitude is very warm. After check-in, fruit and newly brewed tea are delivered. The experience and good feelings are instantly full.
2. The next day, after we went out, the aunt in the room cleaned the room. The guest supplies, towels, paper towels and other supplements were sufficient, the ground was cleaned very clean, and there was a standard of a five-star hotel.
3. The hotel is next to Nanmen Square. It takes a few minutes to walk to Xinhua Street Pedestrian Street and major shopping malls. You can also walk to Yinchuan's old Yingbin Building. "I was traveling solo for business and after comparing several hotels, I chose Atour. My overall stay far exceeded expectations, perfectly meeting the need for peace of mind for a solo female traveler!

The front desk staff were gentle and professional, making check-in efficient and quick. Their service throughout was well-measured, never overly intrusive, which is incredibly friendly for women who prefer quiet and travel alone.
The room was in pristine condition, with hygiene details meticulously handled! Every corner was spotless, the bedding was soft, skin-friendly, dry, and tidy, and the wet/dry separation in the bathroom was excellent. The soundproofing in the room was superb; it was quiet at night, allowing me to get a peaceful night's sleep after a busy day.

"I came to Yinchuan for a business trip alone, but I didn’t expect the hotel to be so cost-effective.
The price is about 200 yuan, the room is about 30 square meters, there is a separate desk, separate bathroom, smart toilet.
The location of the hotel is also good, but there is no entertainment nearby at night. After 11 o'clock, all the stores in this neighborhood are basically closed. You can take a taxi to other places.

GGuest UserLovely hotel near Wanda Jinfeng mall, surrounded by many pharmacies. The fruit shop downstairs called 小任果 is one of the best fruit chains in Yinchuan with a huge offering of fruits and yoghurt and nuts. We bought these to bring along for our day trips out of Yinchuan. Its nice to stay at Jingfeng district as its quieter than drum tower area.
The lobby has snacks, fruit and drinks all day for guests. Coffee was super !
We used the complimentary washer dryer which is a fabulous amenity.
We appreciated the free pickup at the airport which we arranged 1 day prior by telephone booking from Shanghai. The reception and the breakfast counter staff were all very friendly and helpful.
The toiletries were all upmarket
If there is any con - its the plump cleaning lady at the 3rd floor. She appeared unhappy when we asked her to top up the bath wash when it was low and she forgot to top up. She just handed us a bottle to install ourselves. She also didnt wipe the control panel for the room unlike her colleague who does it when she is on duty so we can see our finger prints still on the glass after housekeeping.
Small issue though. Cos everything else about the hotel was great

YYangguangtubaobaoThe hotel facilities are all brand new and in perfect condition. The room was meticulously cleaned, with no dust even in the corners, and the air was fresh with no strange odors. The guest room was spacious, and the bedding was clean and soft, making for a very comfortable sleep. The hot water came out quickly and at a stable temperature, and the bathroom area was dry and tidy. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a quiet night's rest. The front desk staff were warm and polite, even giving us many boxes of Zhongwei硒砂瓜 to try. Check-in was very quick. The surrounding area is also quite convenient for getting around. As a new establishment, both the hardware and cleanliness are impeccable, offering great value for money. It's perfect for both leisure travel and short stays, highly recommended. I'll definitely choose this place again if I have the chance.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Ningxia Museum. The rooms are spacious with a smart layout, and the bathroom is particularly large. This time, I booked an Executive King Room, and the food at the Executive Lounge's Happy Hour was exquisite and delicious. From the high floor, the panoramic view of Yinchuan city was incredible. The hotel breakfast is plentiful, with many Ningxia local specialties, and the service is very attentive. The Baicao Lamb Hotpot on the third floor of the hotel is absolutely delicious and a must-try. All in all, the JW Marriott Hotel Yinchuan comes highly recommended!

WWitidaWe came to Yinchuan to visit Helan Rock painting mountain an Xixia tomb so we didn't see downtown that much. The hotel is in the center of the district, near the drum tower, surrounded by stores and restaurants, easily to find everything you need. The staff of the hotel didn't speak English but they're polite and kind. On the day we checked out there's a misunderstanding: they said we had to pay them while we had already prepaid via TRIP.com. We showed them the receipt in Chinese but they couldn't find it in their system. After 15 mins they let us go. We confusedly contacted TRIP customer service and were informed clearly there's no problem at all with our payment. TRIP dealt with the hotel themselves. I wouldn't complain the hotel about this since such thing could happen but I suggest you to always keep the receipt in Chinese and contact TRIP customer service suddenly and let them deal with the hotel, especially if your train is about to leave the station :)

ZzzTinaOverall, this hotel is quite worth staying at. I really liked the hotel's design, ambiance, and facilities, and the room was also good. I booked a room with a hot tub, and the cleanliness was excellent.
However, the service and management were clearly weak points. On the day of check-in, the hotel was fully booked, and the lobby, which isn't very large, was crowded. When we first arrived at the parking lot, there was only one older gentleman working, and it took a while to find someone to help with luggage, clearly indicating a staff shortage. During check-in, there wasn't much proactive information provided; staff only told me things after I asked. Compared to other hotels of similar standing I've stayed at before, there was a noticeable gap in service professionalism.
The restaurant gave a similar impression. The staff's attitude wasn't bad, but the service felt inexperienced. The food itself was generally mediocre, though the beef skewers at dinner were surprisingly delicious 😂. Interestingly, some of the older staff members around the hotel were very diligent, constantly cleaning and bustling about. So, my feeling after staying wasn't that there was an issue with staff attitude, but rather that the hotel's staffing, training, and management haven't kept up with its excellent facilities.
This is quite a shame because the hotel itself is really well-done.
What deserves special praise are the hotel's activities; the explanations were very thorough and professional, and this part of the experience was excellent. Coupled with the desert environment and the starry sky, I think it's still worth staying for those who come specifically to experience the desert.
If you only look at the design, room, cleanliness, and overall environment, I really like it. If the management and service professionalism can be improved later on, the overall hotel experience should be much better.

TTraveller70nyWellness themed hotel with spacious rooms and very helpful staff. The surroundings are really nice including the river and several parks.
A few staff spoke good English and really helped this non-mandarin speaking guest a lot, especially to call taxis. The housekeeper on my level was also very sweet and friendly and efficient. Would happily stay there again.
