The room hygiene is top-notch; even the corners are dust-free, and the bedding is very comfortable. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, including meats, vegetables, pastries, and drinks, so there's plenty to choose from. The biggest bonus, though, is the entire staff – they are warm and attentive, proactively helping to resolve any issues. My overall experience was fantastic. The price is reasonable, offering incredible value for money. It's definitely my top choice for accommodation when traveling!

Taking advantage of the May Day holiday, I spontaneously embarked on a trip without much planning, intending to decide things as I went along. My classmate's mother recommended this hotel. To find a 5-star guesthouse-level hotel at this price during May Day was truly exceptional value for money. The hotel environment is excellent; although some areas were undergoing renovation, it didn't detract from the overall guest experience. The front office manager was incredibly welcoming, asking about our travel plans and offering genuine advice, such as visiting Dazhao Temple in the evening and reminding us about the significant temperature difference between day and night, suggesting we dress warmly. On my second day, I had originally planned to go to Chilechuan and then the desert, but she advised me to visit the desert first and then Chilechuan if time permitted. I readily took her advice, and the trip turned out to be perfect. The hotel's breakfast was fantastic and highly recommended. I look forward to staying here again during the summer holidays!

Sheyi Tea Culture hotel was an amazing stay, definitely a must stay if visiting Hohhot! Food & Drink 🫖 This hotel is also a tea house and it is a tea drinker’s dream! First the room a booked came with my own tea brewing equipment and a tea brewing table with an excellent view and comfortable seats! But that is just the beginning, as you head down to the main floor a fully stocked, beautiful tea house & cafe awaits you. Daily tea and even delicious milk tea is always available. Private table sets and outdoor seating is available too. The tea masters are skilled and attentive, which made all my tea drinking experiences fun and enjoyable! You can also purchase various tea and tea ware right in the tea house. Location 📍 This hotel is perfectly located close to the near by Ancient Street, with many close by temples and shrines to visit. A craft street is close by and available all day, while a famous local food street opens up for colourful night time snacking in the evening. Many close by restaurants offering authentic local cuisine, I recommend reading the hotel’s recommendations as they were always great. If you need even more tea experience, there is a nearby tea wholesale market and many high end tea house in the area as well. The Room 🛌 The room I stayed in had lots of space, was very clean and had everything you could need to feel comfortable. Daily bathroom necessities are provided. High quality bedding, robes and slippers are waiting for you. High end bathroom equipment is installed, with hot water always available. Premium television is set up and Wifi connection always had high speeds. A beautiful kettle and tea set can be used to make tea with daily water and a welcome tea package provided. Staff 👩⚕️ The staff were very king and helpful right from check in. Actually even before check in they were helping bring my luggage inside! They were patient with communication as I was a foreign visitor. They answered any and all questions I had. They recommended great tea and amazing restaurants! The staff were always available and always smiling! Such great people really made my stay a dream. This was probably the nicest hotel I have stayed in and I definitely would recommend it to anyone visiting Hohhot! I will be back again for sure.

Before coming, I heard this was a family-friendly hotel on par with Sanya Atlantis, and after arriving, I feel it's indeed quite good. First, regarding the hardware, the decor certainly can't compare to Atlantis, but considering it's built in a desert, the overall quality is excellent. I saw reviews before coming saying the rooms were too simple, but if you've experienced hotels in the Sahara Desert, the facilities here are truly impressive. I really like the corridor's decoration, and my child absolutely loved the mini-train. For dining, the buffet is great. The only minor drawback is that the drinks probably aren't freshly squeezed, and they taste a bit diluted, but you can't compare the fruit here to Hainan. The room soundproofing isn't great; you can hear the mini-train passing in the hallway. However, looking at their building structure, it's clear that reinforced concrete couldn't be used. The biggest surprise was the sports area; all the activities were so much fun, and there were no queues. I'm honestly worried they might go out of business! My child loved the cafe, where they could relax comfortably on various sofas and read. All in all, the value for money is very high, and it's definitely worth recommending. Finally, I'd like to thank the front desk lady. I told her I was a Ctrip Diamond member, and although my room wasn't upgraded, I was given a room with a great view. Many thanks for that. The staff could learn from Club Med to be a bit more enthusiastic and cheerful.

This kind of service attitude is definitely what a hotel should offer. Most importantly, the hotel excels in hygiene and cleanliness, meeting even the highest standards. The room was clean and tidy overall, the bedding was dry and odorless, and the bathroom was equally clean, fresh, and free of any smells. I especially liked the TOTO toilet in the bathroom; it flushed automatically with strong power and a fast stream without splashing, which is a great feature. Additionally, the hotel offers free parking, which is very convenient for those traveling by car. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and is highly recommended.

Highly recommended for self-driving travelers! The hotel has its own underground parking, and it's a very short walk to attractions like Dazhao Temple and the Great Mosque. The service is meticulous and thoughtful, and the rooms are clean and tidy. The surrounding area is also very convenient, with a convenience store right outside and an old-brand shaomai (steamed dumpling) shop just a few minutes' walk away. This is my top choice for a stay in Hohhot!

The hotel is in a good location, just over 10 minutes' walk to Wanda, with many choices for food. Downstairs is the hotel's own parking lot 🅿, which is convenient for parking. The facilities of a newly opened hotel are relatively new, and there is almost no taste. There are many varieties of breakfast. The yam, sweet potato, and corn that I like are all gathered together. I can't eat too much. I cooked wontons and cooked half a portion. The kitchen lady also kindly told me how many half portions there were and asked if it was enough. ~ Good reviews ~ The laundry room is open all day without limit. The overall stay was not bad. I will book again next time

There's also a kids' play area, which, although not huge, is enough to keep children entertained for half an hour. The executive lounge is a highlight. It's pretty good for kids to have some fruit in the afternoon, play with blocks, and read picture books, while adults can sit and enjoy a drink. The shower in the room is also a highlight; it's very practical. I suggest adding more Mongolian elements to the decor.
