The hotel overall is pretty good, clean and hygienic, and the bedding is very soft against the skin. The bathroom is also very clean, and you can exchange rooms for free within 30 minutes of check-in. It's quite good value for money, so I recommend it to friends visiting Guiyang! "The environment is great, and the rooms are clean and hygienic. Staying on the ground floor is even better because you can park your car right outside, which makes it easy to unload luggage. The high humidity in summer was actually good for my skin! The only downside was that clothes don't dry outside, so I had to hang them indoors. The hotel breakfast was a bit simple, but everything else was fine. The hotel is just across the bridge from the scenic area entrance, and you can even play in the water under the bridge."

"I originally just booked a hotel close by to catch my high-speed train, and it actually exceeded my expectations a bit. The room was clean, and they even provided snacks. But what really stood out was the laundry room: there was a dedicated staff member who would collect and fold the clothes. I've never encountered this service even in the five-star hotels I've stayed at. It takes away the worry of other users hogging the machines by not collecting their clothes."

" Out of the 8 hotels that we have stayed so far for this trip to Guizhou, we found this hotel to be the most outstanding in terms of service especially the staff during the morning breakfast. She was very knowledgeable in introducing the specialties of food in Zunyi that was served. She even went to the extend of introducing the park that has the blooming cherry blossom.
The varieties of food served during breakfast was great. Breakfast served on the top floor was great too.
The room was also very comfortable. Toiletries like body wash, shampoo, body lotion, etc were all with natural plant iingredients."

"The experience was pretty mediocre, and the service was particularly poor.
Firstly, the front desk service was unclear. When I was checking in, the front desk told me to wait a few minutes for them to confirm the room status. When I came back a few minutes later, the previous staff member was gone and hadn't briefed their colleague.
Secondly, after checking in, the front desk staff only said, 'The elevator is next to you.' Couldn't they at least tell me which floor the hotel rooms are on, and where and when breakfast is served? Is that too much to ask? Is it really that hard to provide this basic information? I'm not even talking about help with luggage or guiding me to my floor, but later when I was wandering in the lobby during the rain, I noticed they actually do offer that service, maybe just for members.
Finally, in the 'naughty castle' (indoor playground) on the first floor lobby, the climbing net was broken. Normally, it's a grid of fabric straps that would only allow a foot to go through at most, but several spots in the middle were torn, meaning smaller children could fall right through. My three-year-old fell right through and hit the ground, crying immediately. I know parents are responsible for supervision, and I didn't check the facility beforehand, assuming that a hotel of this size would at least have safe facilities. But I still recommend that if they're going to have an indoor playground, they should thoroughly inspect it for any safety hazards!
Lastly, the front desk efficiency was again poor. Before checking out, I left my license plate number at the front desk. They asked if we were coming back or leaving now. We replied we weren't coming back and were leaving now. They said they would register the license plate immediately. However, when we drove out, the barrier failed to recognize the car. We circled back, and it still failed. We eventually had to park in front of the hotel and communicate with the front desk again before the barrier finally recognized the car and lifted!
Objectively, the executive lounge staff were very polite, the overall food was good, the location was also good, and the hygiene was acceptable. It was just the service that let everything down!"

"For Tongren, having a hotel like this is already pretty good; it's like the equivalent of Guiyang's Grand Century Hotel to me. The price is decent, but the pillows are incredibly uncomfortable – none of the four pillows were good, and I didn't sleep well. I asked for a room away from the elevator, but the front desk said that standard rooms and king rooms are only available in the middle sections, and all corner rooms are suites. So, there was no choice. If you're particular about cleanliness and the environment, you can choose this hotel. I recommend the higher floors; the slightly lower ones had a stronger smell. My first night was on the 18th floor and the smell was quite noticeable, but on the second night on the 20th floor, it wasn't as strong. Maybe I'm just sensitive to smells, so it depends on individual preference."

"First time in Guiyang, we chose to stay in Huaguoyuan. The area is really lively, and we picked this art gallery hotel. It's not a real art gallery, but it certainly feels like one!
📍 The location is super close to the White House (the local landmark), just a few minutes' walk away, so you can enjoy the White House night view 🌃.
🏨 Every corner feels like an art exhibition, with sculptures, paintings, and designer furniture.

"The hotel service was quite good, and I even got a free room upgrade. The room was spacious, and the view from the window was excellent. This was my first time experiencing the train station shuttle service, and it was indeed very convenient; appointments within operating hours were almost always accommodated. The laundry room could use some improvement. I didn't see (or maybe couldn't find) anything like the Home Inn style where you scan a QR code to see which machines are free and the estimated completion time. Being able to check that online would be much more convenient. Overall, the stay was pretty good."

AwesomeLPros: The hotel was pretty good, with spacious rooms. Although it's a bit older, it's well-maintained overall. The pet-friendly restaurant on the 5th floor was unique, and the facilities on the 4th floor were well-equipped. All the staff were very polite, professional, and well-organized, even during the peak season. A special shout-out to Victor for his professional and friendly service – and of course, all the other staff were great too!
Cons: The lobby on the first floor was quite chaotic. I heard there are many entertainment venues, and with so many customers, it felt more like a noisy shopping mall. I suggest the hotel guests and entertainment venue patrons be separated, perhaps by not sharing the same elevators. As a hotel guest, I really hoped for a quiet and comfortable space.

Important Tip for Travelers:
If you are arriving from Libo Airport or Libo Railway Station, inform the reception in advance about your arrival time. The hotel can arrange transportation from the park entrance to the hotel.
Regular taxi services or Didi usually drop guests at the main park entrance, and reaching the hotel from there can be difficult . First-time visitors may find the hotel location confusing. Arranging pickup with the hotel beforehand will make your arrival much smoother.
Overall, a very good resort with friendly staff, clean rooms, and a convenient location inside the park. The only challenge is transportation from the entrance, which can be easily resolved by contacting the hotel before arrival.

The room had soft lighting and was meticulously clean, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable night's sleep. A special thanks to YOYO at the front desk for her warm hospitality and patient assistance. The overall hotel environment was quiet and elegant, and the hot breakfast items were fresh, with local specialties offering an authentic taste. Located next to the airport, it's incredibly convenient for travel, so there's no need to worry too much about flight schedules. Finding such a reassuring haven during a busy trip far exceeded my expectations.

What I like most is : The room is on the fourth floor. I didn’t pay for an expensive room so the room looks out to the backyard which is disorganized. If I pay more I would’ve gotten a better view. What I pay is what I get obviously. Nevertheless the room is very very nice. It has many lights and well lit and I love it. I can read without feeling that I am living inside a cave. The smart toilet is a place to for buttock massage.
The breakfast is quiet good.. It has fruit, bao zi and a freshly made bowl of rice noodles.
The hotel offers fruit for free . I love to have fruit and the fact that I don’t have to buy it and carry it back to the hotel.
I have daily house keeping . My garbage was emptied.
There are 2 massage chairs that are very good. The hotel decor in the lobby and the room are very pleasant. The owner has good ‘taste’.
I am not a big fan of disposable towels. If there is anything I prefer, is I want to cloth bathing towels. I felt like I used a piece of enormous napkins to dry my body. This is not a deal breaker though as I only stay 2 nights. If I stay longer, there would be anything else to do because I complete the whole circuit in less than 4 hours. The next day I went to Yao Shan and there wasn’t many people . But being 65, the entrance is free but I paid 20 rmb for the short bus ride. I paid 15 rmb one way on a DiDi there and the same coming back.
The location is at the extreme end of this neighborhood and would require a 10 minutes uphill to the entrance. The park is quite big. You have to walk 10 minutes to 15 minutes to the entrance, then after you buy the ticket, another 10 minutes to the bus stop so it is quite a lot of walking before you begin your journey. If I have to do it all over again, I would have spent more time at every stop. I misunderstood that route A and route B is different. Route B is exactly the same as route A in reverse. The information given by the owner should include the trail from the bus top to the bridge . There is an option to ride a boat and then walk a bit. The trail is easy to walk and well maintained and quite pleasant early in the morning and before closing as there will be fewer people .
The hotel is a bit far if you have a lot of luggages.
In summary, this hotel is the only one that offers breakfast in my 5 weeks through China and it was surprising good.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

XiaoxiaoyuI personally think the exterior is very impressive; it's rare to see a hotel with this kind of design and size nowadays. The entire ancient town is beautifully crafted and has a great style. The hotel service is also very good. For a county town, everything here is excellent. Breakfast is good too, with a mix of Western and Chinese options, and even bagels. The coffee is decent. Sister Zhu's Stir-fry at the entrance of the ancient town is also delicious 😋. It's very close to Zhijindong Cave, so staying here is perfect for visiting the area.

Rooms were very clean and neat. Our children enjoyed and loved the setup. Its location was very convenient: many convenient stores, restaurants and easy to get taxis. Laundry facilities were available free of charge.

My friends and I chose this hotel for a concert, and it was a fantastic experience! The front desk staff were warm and attentive. Check-in was quick and efficient, and they thoughtfully recommended suitable restaurants and attractions nearby. Our room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. What truly impressed us was the hotel's service team's attention to detail, like helping us with our luggage and showing us to our room while explaining the facilities. This feeling of being valued made our whole trip so much warmer.
The hotel has excellent amenities; our room was spacious and bright, equipped with air conditioning, a TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi, meeting all our needs as friends traveling together. The gym and swimming pool also offered more options for relaxation during our free time. Most importantly, it was just a few minutes' walk from the venue – incredibly convenient!
The hotel's price was also very reasonable, offering exceptional value for money, completely exceeding our expectations. If my friends and I travel together again, we will definitely choose this hotel!

This is my second time staying at Manhui Sujia Hotel, and I'm not disappointed. The hotel not only provides free coffee, juice, milk tea, facial masks and eye masks, but also free use of washing machines and dryers. The lounge area at the front desk is also very thoughtful. The hotel also has a homemade guide for reference. It is really friendly for foreign tourists. The sanitation is super clean and tidy, even the dead corners are cleaned very well. The service of the lady at the front desk is super good and super enthusiastic. After sending us to the room, she also introduced us how to use the facilities in the room. It's so thoughtful. I highly recommend it, highly recommend it, and I say it three times because it's important. I will bring my friends with me next time.

Raghunath C G NairShengfeng Hotel was our first stop in Anshun City and marked the beginning of our 10-day journey through the truly amazing Guizhou Province. From check-in to check-out, our experience was consistently pleasant, and we stayed at the hotel for three comfortable nights. We are especially grateful to Xiao Wang at the front desk, whose engaging personality, accommodating attitude, and exemplary service quality made a genuine difference to our stay. His professionalism and warmth set the tone right from the start.
The hotel’s location was ideal for our needs. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, well-equipped with all essential amenities, and exceptionally good value for the very reasonable price. Despite being centrally located, the room was quiet and peaceful, allowing us to enjoy restful sleep every night. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a wide variety of options that catered well to different tastes and provided a great start to each day.
This hotel is particularly well suited for overseas travellers, as its location offers a wonderful opportunity to explore the city and experience everyday life like a local. In addition to visiting the nearby Gufu Street night market, with its tempting array of culinary delights, we also explored the morning market close to the hotel. There, we interacted with street vendors who were friendly, welcoming, and happy to engage. We were genuinely touched by the warmth and openness of the people of Anshun. Speaking some Mandarin certainly helped us connect more meaningfully with the locals and enriched the experience even further.
This Hotel also served as an excellent base for visiting some truly incredible attractions, including the majestic Huangguoshu Waterfall, the historic Tunpu medieval army garrison, and the world-famous, record-breaking Huajiang Bridge. Each excursion was easily accessible and added to the overall convenience of staying here.
