"I had a wonderful stay here. Upon arrival, the front desk took us to view the rooms first and offered us a discounted upgrade. It was a fantastic deal, much cheaper than booking online, so we upgraded to a view room. The view of the 白宫, 海豚广场, and the 双子塔 was stunning! The location is perfect, surrounded by food options and right next to a mall open until 12 AM, all within walking distance to the 白宫 and 海豚广场. The only minor inconvenience is that the Huaguoyuan area has a lot of stairs, so going up and down constantly can be a bit tiring😂 The service was exceptional. One late night, the sweet female receptionist who checked me in insisted that I go sleep while she took care of my laundry. The next morning, I found she had dried and even hung my clothes up neatly! Please note that the hotel is inside a shared building. There is no hotel signage or name displayed outside the building, at least I did not see any, so you have to go inside to find it or call them if lost. Once on the correct floor, the front desk is located a bit further inside."

After crossing the Heishuiwan Bridge, it's only a few minutes' walk to the mountain, saving a lot of travel time. The courtyard features a charming Dong ethnic garden style, with a gurgling stream flowing by, creating a serene and cool environment. The rooms are clean, and relaxing on the balcony is delightful, ensuring a comfortable stay in the mountainous area. The front desk service is attentive, and there's free parking for those driving. The only minor downsides are the limited breakfast selection; it would be better if packed breakfasts included some salty items, as sweating can lead to discomfort otherwise. Overall, it offers good value for money and is a top choice for a hiking trip."

"First time in Guiyang, we chose to stay in Huaguoyuan. The area is really lively, and we picked this art gallery hotel. It's not a real art gallery, but it certainly feels like one! 📍 The location is super close to the White House (the local landmark), just a few minutes' walk away, so you can enjoy the White House night view 🌃. 🏨 Every corner feels like an art exhibition, with sculptures, paintings, and designer furniture. 🛏 We even stayed in a Minion-themed room! Banana yellow colors, Minion pillows, and wall murals 💛. The attention to detail was amazing. The room featured a smart toilet and smart home control – you could just speak to turn off lights and close curtains. The bedding was comfortable, and the toiletries were high-quality. 💡 Little Tips: * I recommend visiting Huaguoyuan Wetland Park at dusk to capture the White House during 'blue hour' 🌆. The lights are on from 8 PM to 12 AM, making for great photos. * The hotel lobby and corridors are also very photogenic. Solid-colored clothing would look great there. * If you book one day in advance, the hotel offers a complimentary pick-up or drop-off service to/from the station or airport once! (Available from 7:00 AM to 12:00 AM)."

The room is spotless, the bed is super comfortable, and the front desk staff are always warm and helpful, making check-in a breeze. The location is convenient yet quiet, and it offers excellent value for money. It's definitely my top choice for extended trips. Five stars as always!"

"The front desk service was unprofessional and careless. The first room I was assigned hadn't even been cleaned, and they didn't acknowledge their mistake. My room was on the 9th floor, and they made me go all the way back to the front desk with all my luggage to switch rooms. The second room I got had a broken Wi-Fi. When someone came to fix it, their attitude was awful; they told me I was being a hassle. I was so angry! The next morning, I went for breakfast, and the restaurant asked for a breakfast voucher, which I was never given. I had to go back to the front desk again to get one. I'm truly very dissatisfied with their service; it's completely unprofessional."

"The experience was pretty mediocre, and the service was particularly poor. Firstly, the front desk service was unclear. When I was checking in, the front desk told me to wait a few minutes for them to confirm the room status. When I came back a few minutes later, the previous staff member was gone and hadn't briefed their colleague. Secondly, after checking in, the front desk staff only said, 'The elevator is next to you.' Couldn't they at least tell me which floor the hotel rooms are on, and where and when breakfast is served? Is that too much to ask? Is it really that hard to provide this basic information? I'm not even talking about help with luggage or guiding me to my floor, but later when I was wandering in the lobby during the rain, I noticed they actually do offer that service, maybe just for members. Finally, in the 'naughty castle' (indoor playground) on the first floor lobby, the climbing net was broken. Normally, it's a grid of fabric straps that would only allow a foot to go through at most, but several spots in the middle were torn, meaning smaller children could fall right through. My three-year-old fell right through and hit the ground, crying immediately. I know parents are responsible for supervision, and I didn't check the facility beforehand, assuming that a hotel of this size would at least have safe facilities. But I still recommend that if they're going to have an indoor playground, they should thoroughly inspect it for any safety hazards! Lastly, the front desk efficiency was again poor. Before checking out, I left my license plate number at the front desk. They asked if we were coming back or leaving now. We replied we weren't coming back and were leaving now. They said they would register the license plate immediately. However, when we drove out, the barrier failed to recognize the car. We circled back, and it still failed. We eventually had to park in front of the hotel and communicate with the front desk again before the barrier finally recognized the car and lifted! Objectively, the executive lounge staff were very polite, the overall food was good, the location was also good, and the hygiene was acceptable. It was just the service that let everything down!"

"The room size is a bit small and soundproofing isn't great, but the bedding was clean and well-maintained. The mattress was comfortable enough for a decent sleep in the city center. The room wasn't cramped, and the toiletries were fully stocked. The service was thoughtful, and the staff (especially the young lady) was very enthusiastic."

"This B&B in Tongren Ancient City exceeded our expectations! We had originally booked another place, but when we were exploring the ancient city, the host of our original booking said there wasn't enough space for our group. After canceling that, we spontaneously booked Fanjia in the ancient city, and it was a pleasant surprise. The kids absolutely loved it. It's just a few minutes' walk to the foot of Dongshan Mountain, and if you go up, you can see the 500-year-old Dongshan Temple."

"Staying at Atour Hotel Anshun was really great! There's a food street nearby, so many delicious options, you can't possibly try them all. The hotel's breakfast buffet was good too. My favorite part was definitely the coffee machine at the front desk – as a serious coffee lover, I can't live without it!"
