Location is superb and right at Beijing Road where you can shop and eat just right at your footstep. Staffs are helpful and polite. Room size is average, expected it to be bigger. Didn't like the face basin outside the shower which caused some inconveniences. Put ”Do not disturb” sign to refuse housekeeping but it is of no use. With the room rates, I should have gotten a better hotel even if I had to walk or take Didi which is so affordable. Internet speed is lousy. Lobby doesn't have a toilet if you need it while waiting for your ride. Lobby is super hot for this summer time, and there is not enough sitting area. Mercure in Guangzhou doesn't feel and look 4-star. It is best at 3-star. Doubletree is 5-star and it is almost at the same room rate.

We love the idea that this hotel is connected to a huge indoor park, hence we booked the biggest room 1774 for parents and kids, which was said to be 70sqm. However, when entering the room, we found the room is too small, looks more like a 35-40sqm. Then we walked to the balcony and that's explained, the balcony was quite big, surrounding the whole area; however, it's completely filthy & moldy, covered with thick layer of dust, seems like nobody ever vacuum or mop it. I dropped something on the floor and it rolled under the electric sofa, guess what I found? 2 big pieces of food on a stained carpet. There's something looked so disgusting 🤢 on the drainage in the bathroom that I didn't dare to take a close photo. The toilet seat is crooked. Overall, the staff are friendly and helpful, good location. Plus point: can watch fireworks to the fullest from the balcony. Honestly speaking, we did have good time despite the unhygienic room. Hopefully this poor hygiene was just due to overwhelming peak season.

The room is very clean and spacious. The service was excellent and it comes with free coffee voucher. The location is very strategic. The only con was there was construction ongoing outside the hotel so do expect some noise at night. But overall, would love to be back here again in shenzhen.

The best hotel we’ve stayed at in SZ. Extremely clean room, good size, beds very comfortable. Service is fantastic. Gym is great, has treadmill and dumbbells. The bath Tub is very nice after a long day, shower is good water pressure too. Breakfast is amazing, and convenient location! 10/10 would recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! 1.Excellent location – just a short walk to Dongmen, 2.making it super convenient. 3.Clean and spacious rooms – perfect for a family of four. 4.Very child-friendly – great for families traveling with young kids. 5.Fully equipped kitchen – everything we needed was provided. 6.Washer-dryer combo – very handy for longer stays. We requested for the extra bed to be placed on the floor since our kids are still small, and the staff were incredibly attentive—they adjusted it right away. We truly appreciated the thoughtful service and will definitely return!

We went back to Zhongshan to visit some of our relatives, we booked this hotel because it is very convenient to everywhere and is at downtown. You will find snacks nearby, supermarkets and 2 major shopping malls. We booked the 60 sq. meter room but being upgraded to 90 sq. meter with executive lounge access. Not only this, the next day we were stuck at Zhongshan because of the strong wind, ferries all closed, the hotel offered us the same price booked for 60 sq. meter but still upgraded us to 90 sq. meter. This is actually very generous. Thank you team and taking care of us during our hassle.

I would like to thank all staff of Pullman Zhuhai for their kindness and hospitality. especially Mandy, always thoughtful ,attentive, and caring, ,. (she is a valuable asset to the hotel), and also thanks for the cleaning lady for taking care of us during every stay, very clean room, and she is always sweet. very good stay again, feel like home, we stayed for 2 nights too last week, and again this week, we had good sleep. quite, cosy and comfortable room. great breakfast, good food and environment, n friendly staffs. we had a bit of problem of insufficient air con yesterday, the maintenance staff came right away to fix it , very attentive, problem solved, , till this morning, the aircon became weak again , the hotel let us change our room to the room next to us. Im very impressed and grateful of the thoughtfulness of the staffs to save us hazzle of moving to another room, we simply just move our stuffs to next room, wth help of housekeeping. again, thanks for taking care of us, great hospitality and attention to details. we appreciate. :-) I would happily recommend this hotel to my friends and collegues.

Frequent traveller obsessed with the gym. 1. Hotel is fine, like aged wine, tastes good if you like it, average if you don’t appreciate it. 2. Staff are excellent, from floor staff, lifeguard to reception at the concierge.&&& this was the best thing about the hotel. The staff 3. As mentioned, aged wine. It is an old hotel, the carpet in the rooms are comparatively aged as well. Which is not our cup of tea. 4. Gym is fine, big, but machines are at least 10 years old. 5. Swimming pool was acceptable. Can’t complain too much. 6. Kids thought it was ok, but there are better choices. But close proximity to luohu control point, nothing beats that.

A wonderful family resort to bring kids to with a huge indoor playroom that my kids went twice to. A short walk to the safari theme park next door with a variety of animals to feed. All staff were extremely friendly and proactively tries hard when you have a question or a request.

They free upgraded the room for us and allowing us for late check out! We stay gere every time when we visit 江門。如果是智能電視會更加好！
