Eles disponibilizam uma marmitinha de café da manhã (sache de café, chá,fruta, sanduíche, iogurte) para que você possa levar no dia dos passeios, basta solicitar até as 21h na recepção. A região realmente não é boa mas o hotel conta com seguranças a disposição caso precise esperar algum uber ou taxi do lado de fora. Foi bem tranquilo pedir carros de aplicativo tanto durante o dia quanto durante a noite. Próximo ao hotel há uma estação da Turbus (estação alameda) e tem um metrô do outro lado da rua

This is a fine chain hotel located 5-10 min drive away from SCL airport. The building is relatively new (built ~5 years ago) and there is nothing to see/do at walking distance. The hotel provides shuttle service to/from SCL once per hour, even at 2 am. The bedroom and bathroom were rather large but the wifi didn't work. There was also a rather loud noise of ”flowing water” (from an adjacent room?) all night. My main complaint is that it is impossible to communicate with the hotel before booking. I tried via an email adress I received from the Wyndham headquarters, facebook, twitter and via booking.com and they never replied. Once you book you receive a confirmation with 2 email adresses and one phone number. One of the email addresses doesn't event exist (my email was rejected) ... and they barely reply from the other one. Shuttle schedule was only given at the last minute... this is unprofessional.

The hotel is in an excellent location, between T1 and T2 terminals, close to T1 and a ten-minute walk from T2. There are many guests checking in and the front desk is always busy. The room is okay and relatively spacious. Even though it is located at the airport, there is no noise impact. The wifi network is very unstable, please note that the check-out time is 10 am.

The warmest of welcome from a great team at Ugo Hotel. The hotel is well placed in a nice area. It was modern, very light, airy and clean. Our room (334) was on the third floor facing towards what looked like residential apartments. Our only wish was that our view hadn’t been slightly obscured by a wall to another part of the hotel. The reception / lobby / bar was a good place to sit. The main light hanging above made a statement. The room itself whilst not the biggest had everything we needed for a comfortable stay (3 night) during our tour. There were two big, very comfortable beds. This combined with the pillows supplied led to 3 good nights sleep. The second bed was great for laying clothes out and packing ‘ unpacking. The WC / Shower were in the ensuite with the washbasin just outside in an area divided from the bed space by a divider and hanging space. The shower was very good although some might find the floor slippy. There wasn’t a plug in the sink (by design). This was the moment we remembered the travel plug had been left at home. This was an inconvenience when shaving and meant that more water was used than might have been had there been one. We pointed this out as a water saving idea at reception who welcomed the positive feedback. There was good air-conditioning but like most you need to leave one of the key cards in if you want it to continue working when you go out. That said from an energy saving point of view it didn’t take long to cool the room down once we returned. We did turn the AC down at night as like most installations the noise can be a bit of a pain when trying to sleep. There was a good choice of food for breakfast and a nice looking bar with a fantastic team. Not everyone spoke English but we didn’t speak any Spanish but we got by just fine. We had some great Chilean wine and loved the Pisco Sour. Thanks to Laos Silizar for giving me his recipe. There is an enclosed garden area at the back close to the bar with a variety of seating among greenery and to one end a pool. The lifts were quick and we never had to wait more than a few seconds for one. There were two ice cream shops within seconds of the main entrance and a number of nice restaurants. The tallest building in Latin America Sky Costanera was only about a 10 minute walk away. By virtue of its height it has the highest viewing platform in Santiago, from where the 360 degree panoramic view from the 61st and 62nd floors including The Andes is exceptional. Beneath this is a very big shopping centre containing many restaurants of all sorts. We went our for a walk each evening in the direction of the adjoining residential. There were some nice apartment blocks / homes. The area was well lit and felt safe. To summarise we enjoyed staying at Ugo Hotel very much. All of the staff were fantastic. We stayed in this hotel for two nights while visiting Santiago de Chile, and my experience was pretty good. Check-in process was smooth with no complaints other than the lack of staff to escort the luggage. We got a room in the middle of the building and the room was spacious and comfortable with working heater plus air conditioner for warning up from the chilly Santiago weather. Unfortunately we were unable to enjoy the breakfast due to the constraints of our tour but overall we had a very nice stay and would recommend this to anyone who's looking for a good accomodation in the centre of Santiago.

Needed an overnight before our cruise. Since they had an airport shuttle and decent prices we booked a room. First the shuttle service has an interesting pickup point at one of the parking areas. We had to evade the taxi people and go up two escalators to a walkway. Not bad if you follow the instructions they emailed. The waiting area is a bit wide and it would be easy to miss the pickup but I called and was picked up in about 20 minutes after the 12 reservation we made. We will not go into the ride over the the hotel, it was, well exciting might be an ok word. As for the hotel, desk staff was professional, helpful and got us into a room quickly. The hotel was being used for other cruise passengers and workers but they did take care of us quickly. The restaurant was good but not great. I think there were too many people early and they were not ready for the numbers so several tables seated after us were leaving before we even got bread. The hotel was clean and rooms were very nice so I would use it again but reconsider places to dine.

Our room was comfortable; food, wines and service in the restaurant were generally excellent. We had a late-evening flight out of Santiago, so the hotel folks graciously let us stay in our room until 3:00 p.m. If back in Santiago, we'll definitely consider staying here again.

Well located. Our room was spacious with a nice modern decor. The lobby of the hotel is pleasant. However, when we arrived late at night we found that the bathroom had not been cleaned from the previous guests - no compensation or other remedy offered when we reported the problem (although we did not ask because we find it embarrassing, but I would have expected an immediate offer not to charge one night). The breakfast looks great at first sight, but if you are looking for a bit more, such as fat free milk or yogurt, or a good variety of fruit, or some smoked salmon, it's not available.

Remarkably accommodating hotel in a great part of Santiago. The staff was excellent and very patient with my inability to speak reasonable Spanish. The location is great for getting around the city with a Metro stop less than 1 block away. And the rooftop bar delivers a view that will really impress any visitor to Santiago. Water pressure excellent, although the water smells so chlorinated as to be pool water. The room was clean, but they need to change their mopping chemicals. There is a slippery residue throughout the room which is really noticeable if your feet are wet. Breakfast was a travesty. Buffet with no alternative. Scrambled eggs, toast, very few pastries, fruit, and cereal. That’s it. Coffee machine wasn’t working (gasp). It was free, though, maybe. The staff wasn’t actually sure. Transfer from the airport is on request and free. Send flight details ahead of time and your driver will arrange pickup via WhatsApp. Transfer back is only on the hour, but you can pay $20 for your own five minute taxi if you want. Reception staff speaks English. But no one else did (including restaurant / bar staff). The hotel doesn’t accept any cash payments. The price is reasonable and offsets the above problems. I would stay here again for a layover. The hotel is not suitable for a city visit.

The room was large, but our room leaked upstairs in the evening. Service was ok. Not much hot breakfast. No water to send. Not much hot breakfast. The location is general, you can live a little bit more in the center, because the road here is relatively wide, although there are only a few streets from the center, walking is still a little distance. Very close to the subway station.

Good morning, first of all, I would like say good things about the Doubletree Hilton Vitacura, was a great hotel, good location and close to the Mall and good restaurants around. Me and my 2 sisters and my mother stayed from 28/05 until 04/06 in the hotel and we were very proud with the service, all the employees were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very comfortable and affordable. Breakfast was the best part, which offered lots of options cold and hot buffet for everyone and specially for the waiter Leonardo and everyone else that gave us a good service and was very good. I would really love to thank everyone from the hotel Concierge, Breakfast Team, Housekeeping, Front Desk people and we had a wonderful time. I recommend this hotel and hope to see u guys next time.

The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. All changes when you arrive at reception and you realize that the attention is bad (I stayed in many hotels in Stgo and I'm surprised). There are some details how there is no room service and lunch Sunday, but, with what happened to me, it is not very relevant. The day I had to go usually I ask you to leave me a little more to rest and reach lunch early before taking a trip to the south, so I approached the reception, where the same person was identified as Christobal. In no hotel I had a problem to extend my stay for a while, because it is understandable. I explained the situation to what he answered me on the other side that, in the wrong way he treated me throughout the stay, I would like to stress that I am very kind and I have never answered or asked anything badly, And I get that treatment in a hotel I knew, and by the knowledge I have in other hotels, people working on it are highlighted for kindness and to see you as comfortable as possible to return. About cleaning and breakfast treatment nothing to say very nicely, but my trip was ruined by the attitude of the person at the reception, I hope you can talk to him and explain to him about the treatment of the guests that really leaves a lot What is it?

My husband and I stayed in an executive room for 5 nights in January-February 2020 while holidaying around South America. Positives: - a massive fresh, clean and modern room with nice views - good breakfast buffet - good wifi - friendly staff, except for the breakfast staff who were a bit aloof. - within walking distance to the metro station. We Ubered a lot, and this worked fine. (Taxi drivers, however, struggled, to locate the hotel for some reason.) - a nice cocktail bar on the rooftop. Negatives: - we had repeated issues with lack of hot water in the shower. Not acceptable. - we had to ask four times to get our laundry picked up. - no room service for breakfast, lunch or dinner. We were travelling for 3 months and sometimes you're just too tired to venture out for food. Had this been a business trip, I'd had been absolutely appalled as I tend to have room service dinner so as to get a moment's rest and solitude. Simply inexcusable not to provide this service. - music from the cocktail bar carried into our room one night, necessitating earplugs (we were on the highest floor). - the cocktail bar is, understandably, very popular with locals. While I fully support the hotel also providing a space for locals, there should have been some tables (as well as sun loungers during the day) exclusively reserved for paying hotel guests, because it was quite difficult to grab a spot in the relatively small area both during the day and evening. (The hotel appeared to sell daytime pool passes to non-guests.) - about to check out, we called the concierge to ask someone to help us and come pick up our luggage. To our surprise, they informed us that this service was not provided (?!) and that they'd had to ask for permission from someone higher up to send someone to help us. I thought it was a joke at first, it sounded so absurd. When we checked in, there was a bellboy who automatically took all our luggage so making a big show about providing this when checking out was just very odd. All in all, however, a solid four-star hotel.

The room is not soundproofed, and the sound of the bath and washbasin is very loud. The door gap is also large, and the lights outside can be seen at night. The hotel has a Japanese restaurant environment dishes are also available. The three days I stayed in coincided with a few large companies meeting here, and the police at the door had been on guard for a few days. Breakfast variety is also available.

The overall is acceptable, the price is relatively not high, the parking space fee for applying for parking spaces is a bit difficult, and the reserved phone cannot be reached. In the end, Trip.com customer service helped solve it, and Trip.com customer service was still very powerful.

I stayed here for a couple nights and the hotel is in very good shape, everything still smells new. The location isn't really good, there's literally nothing around, you will need an Uber to go anywhere. Never take a taxi in Chile!!! They will totally rip you off. Front desk people isn't friendly or welcoming at all but I think that's everywhere in Chile.

This superior rating is for the hotel restaurant. The spread is wonderful and the service is amazing. Particularly the attention by Carlos the manager, Tabita and Andre, always with a smile and the best attitude. The hotel front desk, unfortunately, has a big issue with answering the phones. We’ve called several times from our room and there’s no answer. We have to come down to the lobby to get the information that we need.

My Wife age 69 toured all over Sth America 4 months altogether now and myself 7 months, this is probably “THE BEST VALUE ON A LIMITED BUGET HOTEL” l have ever over here, come across, l booked here because it was recommended in “South American 2021 Edition of *LONELY PLANET* Travel Advice Books on a Limited Budget. We stayed here for 9 nights altogether for $71 per night, with a Great Continental Breakfast (see photos below). The staff are very Friendly, especially NANCY ( who speaks fluent English), she helped us with all things, like booking cheap local taxi’s, advising places to go, catching buses to other cities, etc. The other staff who are all from Venezuela, although only speak Spanish, are all very friendly and bend over backwards to help, you can communicate using a Translator App, write in English, converts to Spanish.

The environment is beautiful, the location is good, there is a large supermarket next to it, the rooms are comfortable and hygienic, and the morning is rich. Facilities are very user-friendly and the scenery outside the window is good. Good value for money, but also staying next time.

Prezadas Senhoras, Silvia Eugênia Morales e Andréas Alárcon, Sinto-me no dever de colocá-las a par dos acontecidos no período em que estivemos no estabelecimento de hospedagem Hotel Neruda. Primeiramente, ficamos parados na portaria por cerca de 60 minutos até a funcionária Sefora Munhoz entrar em contato com a sua central para localizar a nossa reserva. Mostrei-lhe as reservas e a confirmação, mesmo assim, ficamos aquele tempo todo esperando. Após extrema má vontade de resolver o problema, que eram seus, os meus já estavam pagos e com os vouchers mostrados, nos disse que haviam localizado na sua central e que nos dariam um upgrade pela demora. Não pedimos nada além de irmos ao apartamento e deixar as nossas malas, pois estávamos chegando de um cruzeiro de 14 dias e queríamos descansar um pouco. Quando fiz a reserva para o Neruda, como está no site de vocês, aparece, e aparenta, um estabelecimento com acomodações quatro estrelas; assim que efetuados os procedimentos, a funcionária da recepção solicitou que acompanhássemos o funcionário encarregado das malas que nos levaria aos aposentos. Caminhamos pelo saguão do hotel até uma porta, quando ele a abriu para pegarmos os elevadores, pareceu-nos que estávamos adentrando nos hotéis sem a qualificação descrita no site de vocês; acomodações que se assemelham aquelas bem populares e simplórias próximas a rodoviárias e portos. A decepção já estava nesse breve caminhar até outra portaria que certamente deveria fazer parte da página principal do site desse hotel, mais lá estava somente um porteiro, não havia local para check in, pois ele era realizado no local em que o fizemos, na entrada do hotel, e fomos “enganados” pela foto e qualificação do estabelecimento. O pior ainda estava por vir, o quarto designado a nós era muito espaçoso, porém, somente isso. Um forte cheiro de desinfetante de má qualidade permeava o ar, que colou em nossas narinas e roupas, não havia ar condicionado na acomodação (bem diferente do exposto no site do hotel), o banheiro com cortina de plástico improvisada, sem nem mesmo um box de vidro, e os móveis que adornavam o quarto como um conjunto totalmente desconexo, como se aquele quarto tivesse sido montado às pressas com móveis garimpados de outros lugares. Como as senhoras puderam perceber, não tínhamos comprado isso, esta não é a acomodação quatro estrelas que o site deste hotel nos vendeu e pelo qual pagamos adiantado. Viajamos todos os anos para o exterior e jamais ficaríamos num local tão precário assim, afinal, em nossas férias queremos poder desfrutar de boas acomodações e, realmente acreditamos na imagem vendida, e não entregue, pelo site de vocês. Sim, propaganda enganosa. Frente a esta acomodação que não condizia com a reserva efetuada e já paga, não desfizemos as malas e voltamos na portaria para falar com a atendente Sefora Munhoz. The place is amazing to look at, modern arty styles, lighting, graphics, attention to detail. Complimentary bottles of water in the fridge. fully functional kitchen, iron, hairdryer, big TV, toiletries, table and chairs in the studio standard room. My room had a Balcony but onlly with a view of the office building opposite, and partially of the street to the left. Nice rooftop pool, cold water but nice and refreshing in summer, and the view is INCREDIBLE! Views of the Andes mountains and city buildings. Area is close to everything, walkable to most places including some hiking trails, and only 4-5 euros/dollars Uber to the city centre. Staff were young, friendly, helpful and spoke good English. They gave me a map with information on where to go. Buffet beakfast was really nice with fresh juices, fresh fruit and a selection of other foods. Breakfast was in the adjoining Portuguese restaurant which has some great food and not too expensive either. The lifts and toilets were beautifully scented, and smelt great! The hotel price is very affordable and very reasonable for what you get, the location, the pool etc. The catering staff in the restaurant were all very professional and helpful. Disliked · You need a credit card to hold the room and as a deposit and my debit cards and even a credit card were all declined which left me panicking when I got an email saying that the reservation would be cancelled. I emailed lots of times but got no reply until the last minute where I was told that they would hold the room for me. I drew out cash on arrival to use as a deposit and had it returned when I checked out. Unfortunately, there are no recycling facilities at the hotel, but when I asked at reception they offered to take my recycling for me. The AC machines are quite noisy so I ended up not using it, but only the fan. There is no balcony furniture at all and you're not allowed to take any to use from inside. The scrambled egg was a little undercooked for me but when I asked, they'd always cook it a bit more for me. If you need assistance from the rooftop pool area on level 12, there's no telephone to contact reception. Despite all this I'd still highly recommend this hotel 100%!

Very friendly and warm hostel always something going on for example there is a bar so always a group having a drink and very open and easy to join in , staff were great they let me know every thing I needed to know and good quality toilets and great kitchen.

Overall, I found the hotel to be ok, but it left something to be desired considering the price paid. Positive points: Great location, very spacious room, good service. Negative points: Although the room is spacious, the furniture is old, and the breakfast, considering the category of the hotel, I found terrible... limited options and low quality. One morning I left the room and there was a tray with food in the hallway that had not been collected (probably from the previous night's room service).
