We liked most of the hotel. The pricing was reasonable and it was in a nice and quiet area in Geneva. We found the beds to be comfy and felt the shower was excellent with a couple of different settings to get some good pressure. We had two twin beds and the room had enough furnishings in it to enjoy but it is just a place to sleep. The room ran a bit warm for us in late October but having the window open helped. They have a very good breakfast with a good variety of items like Swiss cheese, bacon, cured meats, breads and some good pastries. Coffee, tea and juice is also included and they have a few dispensers in the dining area. Hot water is available here in case you want to make a hot drink and bring it back to your room. When we visited this hotel there was an internet outage in Vernier so there was no wifi available at the hotel for the duration of our stay and our cellular was blocked. The parking garage was also doing some painting so it was tricky to figure out the parking situation and getting into the parkade because there was no signage. We had issues with the front desk because the staff did not inform us of these known issues while we were checking in and we found it somewhat frustrating but when we inquired about these issues at the front desk the staff that I spoke to was rude, argumentative and condescending while the one lady insisted that they told us during check in but we were simply providing feedback that they did not. We had booked a twin room and a double room for our family but the rooms were mixed around and we didn't figure it out until the next morning and just thought it was what it was. My wife and I could not help but notice that the staff in the breakfast area only asked people of colour for their breakfast card. Each time we went up to grab something they were asking someone of colour for their card to prove they were ok to dine in the breakfast area and it happened so frequently that it did not seem to be a coincidence. Staff could improve by asking everyone or simply having a front desk before the dining area where people could check in so they do not have to weirdly single people out. I believe the hotel was charging a 25 CHF fee per day for parking because it is a third party that operates the parkade. They did advise us that we could choose to pay this fee or pay at the machine in the parkade. When we asked about the costs of the parkade the front desk staff nor the parking operator could advise us what the overnight fees would be but someone later shared that we could check the machine when we go to check out and we found a payment schedule and only had to pay 15 CHF overnight. I have attached the payment schedule to this review. There is not much near this hotel but we felt it was a convenient overnight stay as we drove around Switzerland. We enjoyed some aspects of the hotel but there are definitely some opportunities to improve.

Everything was great, the bedroom was really clean, good interior design, high quality mattress and sheets. The view was fantastic. Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything you need for a short stay.

Great hotel very close to train station, staff are lovely especially Joao the concierge gentleman. Rooms are clean and spacious and comfortable with fridge and spotlessly clean facilities plus kettle. Right next door to Lidl super market so very handy, close to buses to travel to chamonix etc and very short walk to Geneva lake. Wonderful

I go to Geneva to attend seminar and stay in this hotel for 1 week. As the conference is near airport and hotel is very close to the site. Short, even walking distance which is so much convenience. Hotel is clean and tidy and provide cleaning machine. Breakfast is just okie. When go to Geneva next time, will try some other hotel in downtow.

Location next to the train station is perfect for travelers. A very teutonic style hotel but the regular room is spacious. The bathroom us very clean and is large enough to be comfortable. Good value with simple, minimum breakfast with a view on the 8th floor. The lower floor rooms have no open view. Some as on 2nd floor has a level view on train platforms. Room has space for luggage and has a safe deposit box. The cons are a very small LCD TV with unstable signal, a soft but thin bed mattress, and almost no amenities for the bathroom. Service is fine. Attitude is a bit cold.. A small story for thus hotel, Hergé, the father of Tintin and Milou, stayed at the hotel during 1956.

The hotel is also very near a tram and a bus station too making it easy to travel to both the city and the airport. They also offer citypasses that allow for free travel within Geneva! Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would book again if I ever visit Geneva.

This hotel is just a few steps away from the entrance of the Geneva main train station. So, it’s very convenient to take the train. Besides, there are many restaurants and shops inside the main train stations and around nearby areas, and there are also many bus routes and taxi stopping by the train stations. So, the guest can easily find the dining and shopping venues.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the airport and has a shuttle bus. A free bus card will be given during your stay. It is also very convenient to take bus No. 10 to the city. There are large shopping malls and supermarkets nearby, which makes life convenient. The room is very beautiful and warm. The hotel front desk guy can speak Chinese, is kind and friendly, very good 👍👍👍

Good decent hotel, but little hard to find the main entrance as it’s too inside the road side. Well maintained amenities and friendly staff, Room size not so spacious, Cleanliness is good.

Very satisfied. From the moment I got off the plane and called to find a car, they carefully solved my problem and contacted the driver to wait for me. After I arrived, they were also very polite and had a good sense of service. The hotel is very clean. Hello, A superb hotel, close to the city centre, very well served by several bus and tram lines. The receptionist Francesco who took care of us upon our arrival was extremely kind and professional. He informed us that we were entitled to free transport, printed our plane tickets and much more, and all this always with a smile and professionalism. I insist on certain points because this is far from being the case in all hotels. So, a big thank you for your welcome. There was also a very friendly and smiling receptionist whose first name I have forgotten, sorry, who took care of our luggage and the reservation of the shuttle to the airport on the day of our departure.

The environment is very good. The rooms are large and clean. Alpine drinking water is provided on even-numbered floors. The front desk service is very patient. There is a shuttle service from the hotel to the airport every 20 minutes. It is quite convenient.

The room is big and clean The hotel lobby has a hollow design, and the room faces the lobby but it is not noisy at all (the Swiss door and window system is really good!), but it is very reassuring (what happens outside the door can be seen in the lobby), and girls will not feel uneasy if they stay alone. On the one hand The room can see the snow-capped mountains. There is a male waiter at the front desk who is really nice. The other waiters are also very nice~ Breakfast is a standard western breakfast, okay but! All nearby hotels provide standard airport shuttles. Only the Mercure requires a reservation, which is a little troublesome.

I temporarily planned to stay in Geneva for one more day, but the original hotel price skyrocketed to 2k+, so I chose this hotel. The transportation is quite convenient, you need to walk to the bus to the train station. The room is also large and the layout of facilities is the same as novo tradition. All the staff were nice except for one female at the front desk. . I probably just look down on the Chinese a little bit, my attitude is pretty d i a o 😕 but it doesn’t matter. Our child is a bit feverish and wants to rest for a while before leaving. I asked the two girls at the front desk for free late check-out until 2pm, thank you. If compared to the Geneva Hotel, I would personally recommend another hotel on Zurich Road. The facilities are good, the transportation is convenient, and you can walk to Lake Geneva to feed the birds.

The facilities are very new and the sanitary conditions are good. It is located in a very quiet village, and there are delicious Italian and Indian food around. If you don't mind the location, it is a good choice

There are baby cots, which are also suitable for families who need to cook. The tableware and stoves are all new, and there is a washing machine with matching detergent and dishwashing cubes. As for the location, we drove by ourselves, so it was not far from the city attractions.
