Beware of this location guys …I ordered a room here on Priceline and I paid it , but I was also told to pay again when I got to the counter at this hotel …so I got charged twice …I was told back in March that I’ll get a refund , I’ve been getting the run around since and I still have not gotten a refund ….when I didn’t call for a month they thought I gave up so they told their customer service line that I was refunded on June 15th , but that was a lie …since I kept calling for the refund, they are now admitting that I was not refunded because they are holding my money until they receive their payment from Priceline …so because they have a hard time getting their money from Priceline , they decided to charge me again and keep my money because they think that Priceline won’t want to pay them, and Priceline is refusing to pay them now also, so I am the one who is stuck with two credit card charges when I only stayed one night …I am still trying to get my refund and we are in august now , I am never staying in this hotel again

Stayed here two nights on a fishing trip to the Amazon. Lovely staff at check. Breakfast was very good and staff very friendly. Second night early check was a breeze and lunch and dinner was very good. On departure my diver was running late and they hotel made sure I got a ride to Airport without delay and hassle free. Grounds are nice and love the peacocks. Happening hotel with meetings all over the place. Huge facility out back for weddings and conventions. Even condos part of the hotel. Great place.

El hotel está perfecto como experiencia, se merece las cinco estrellas, me encanta, habitaciones grandes y super silenciosas, decoración de alto nivel, lindo hotel de negocios más que familiar. Desayuno buffet variado, excelente restaurante. Todo el personal amable y profesional. Solamente tiene dos puntos débiles en mi opinión: 1. La ubicación, el lugar no parece seguro para caminar por las calles aledañas de noche, necesariamente tienes que salir y llegar en Uber, taxi o auto rentado, no hay cafés o restaurantes usables en algunas cuantas cuadras a la redonda. Contra esto no hay nada que el hotel pueda hacer, pero recomiendo tener Uber o InDrive instalados en el celu. 2. En el bar del piso 20 ponen reggaeton y a todo volumen, tratándose de un hotel de categoría, podrían poner música con un poco más de clase para que resulte armonioso todo el ambiente,con la vista espectacular que hay desde allí y la posibilidad de disfrutarla dentro de la piscina temperada. Fuera de esas dos cosas, todo excelente. La mejor relación calidad precio que ha visto en Santa Cruz. Muy recomendable.

A new hotel located on a quiet street in the Equipetrol neighborhood, near good restaurants. It has many wide, good breakfast and good quality internet. The academy has only 2 steels and 2 bikes. Good cost benefit to the region.

We have been at the Cortez three times, we couldn't even consider going to another hotel. The staff is so friendly and efficient, they make you feel at home. Lovely rooms, a charming patio with an inviting swimming pool and plenty of spaces where one can relax and enjoy.. Wonderful breakfast with a generous variety of fresh fruits. Although there are many good restaurants in the vicinity, it is a good idea to dine right there, great food!

I divided it with my friends for one night and felt that it was cheap to have breakfast for about 2500 yen per person. It was clean. The receptionist was very kind to carry the suitcase to the room. It is about 10 minutes walk to the square. It is a type that comes out of the shower at once and looks like a waterfall line. There was soap and shampoo conditioner, and the amenities were substantial.

N'a pas aimé · - aucun transat à l'espace piscine. le bar fermé (durablement semble-t-il). Seule une table et quatre chaises... Heureusement qu'il n'y avait pas foule ! - le sauna ne fonctionnait pas. À son aspect, je doute qu'il ait déjà fonctionné. Il est de toutes façons salle et délabré. Le standing fait plus penser à un parking. Le personnel semble ignorer qu'il est nécessaire de mettre de l'eau sur la résistance puisqu'il n'y avait pas de récipient visible. - Le personnel s'est étonné quand je lui ai demandé de faire fonctionner le jacuzzi. Il m'a affirmé à deux reprises qu'il s'agissait d'une ”piscine pour enfant”, rien de plus ! (il y a pourtant bien marqué ”Jacuzzi” lorsque l'on accède à l'espace piscine). - La salle de sport ressemble à un placard à machines de fitness... clostrophaubes s'abstenir. - les fruits du petit déjeuner, le jus d'orange avaient un goût douteux. Le choix et la qualité était très en dessous des précédents hôtels (à 30euros) que nous avions fait. - le gérant à bien évidemment refusé de nous rembourser quoique ce soit à notre départ, notamment la deuxième nuit que nous n'avons pas faite, et en alignant tous les arguments falacieux possibles et imaginables... Bref, on vous recommande clairement un hôtel à 30 euros (pour le même standing et sans surprise), ou de passer à la gamme au dessus.m si vous comptez vraiment vous faire plaisir.

I have stated at the Hotel Camino Real for many years with 12-14 visits a year. They have always treated me like family and taken care of my requests and needs like no other hotel I have stated at. The staff treats me like family and is friendly and helpful all the time. The Breakfast is excellent and my favorite meal of the day. The Gym is a bit small but complete enough to get in a good after a day's work. The location is excellent with many upscale stores and restaurant within walking distance. Highly Recommended.

I was on a geocaching trip with a friend and we stayed here our one night in Bolivia. It is very close to the airport, especially if the taxi driver takes the creative (and illegal) route that ours did. Check-in was quick and the room was very nice. I had a good view overlooking the pool. I didn't have time to swim in the pool, but I enjoyed looking out over it before breakfast the next morning. Breakfast was included and was fairly typical. We had no complaints.
