Check in on late time and Lucia understood that we were tired, so she's been very sweet to walk us to the room. The landscape of the hotel is stunning. Our room overlooking to the swimming pool, but no time for swimming hhh. The room is very clean, the bed was cool and shower room are perfect with very easy adjust the water temperature, no free water bottle, so i must purchase from the restaurant. The breakfast is perfect with many variety of fruit, yogurt, pastry, snacks and drinks and i love the omelet that i order from the kitchen. When we don't have cash for taxi, receptionist help us to paid with 10% interest, which is fair. Parking area is huge in the middle of the rainforest All staff are very friendly and helpful, lobby is gorgeous too Overall is our perfect stay in Iguazu Cataratas and I highly suggest to all type of traveler to check in here.

Very good hotel, not far from Argentina after crossing from Brazil, not far from Iguazu Falls. Clean and sanitary, surrounded by green space, good environment. Super hot water, bath gel and shampoo, but the bathroom floor is slippery and there is no handrail (I don't know if the hotel management can see this comment, if handrails can be installed on the bathroom wall, it will provide better safety protection.) Be careful not to slip. Breakfast is rich in variety. The service staff is professional and thoughtful.

Terrible. The hotel is not worth the money. The room is old, there is mold, ants. These are not four stars, but all two European ones. Don’t expect free water, hygiene products either - maximum savings for the client. Food is poor. The only plus is the spacious hall They also made me nervous when I picked up my luggage in the evening. In the morning, at checkout, I asked where I could leave my bag, and they showed me that it was with that big pile of luggage. Well, I left it. And in the evening, another administrator with big eyes said that she didn’t know where my bag was, that I needed a voucher, but simply no one gave me or offered it to me! As a result, the bag was found; someone took it to another room. Terrible stress before departure. I do not recommend this hotel!

Let me talk about the advantages first, the location of the hotel is in the city center. If you are free, it is very convenient to go to Iguazu Falls Park. The hotel's breakfast is relatively rich and not bad. However, the bathroom is anti-smell, the hair dryer cannot be used, the night is very quiet, the waiter's English is not good, if there is something, the communication is not smooth.

公寓型的反而比Loft乾淨和安靜一些。房間整體不錯，就是插頭都是斜的沒有Usb接頭。所以自己要記得帶轉接頭不然就懵逼了。 網絡不太行，大晚上下了場雨，劈了個雷，網絡給整沒了，第二天也沒修好。 酒店的按摩師可以試一下就是放鬆，前台定，按摩椅會給你送屋子裡麪，一次大概40多分鐘吧，簡單放鬆的。 時間問題沒去成伊瓜蘇瀑布，前台可以預定司機，下午3點前最後一班車，再晚就關門了。

Great hotel, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, very clean bathroom with bathtub. Friendly and attentive staff. The structure of the hotel is great, even after the checkout, we are still invited to appreciate the structure and visit the biological center located inside the hotel. Quiet and in contact with nature, my favorite space is the pool area, which is amazing! I will be back soon!
