I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mercure Hotel in Tirana, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hospitality provided by the staff was truly outstanding and made my stay incredibly enjoyable. First and foremost, I want to highlight the incredible friendliness and professionalism of the entire team. Andriane, from the restaurant, went above and beyond to ensure that every meal was perfect, always greeting guests with a warm smile and attentive service. The women at the reception desk were equally impressive, always ready to assist with any inquiries or needs, making the check-in and check-out process seamless and pleasant. The gentlemen at the rooftop bar deserve a special mention as well. Their courteous demeanor and excellent service added an extra layer of enjoyment to the evenings spent there. The food at Mercure Hotel is another standout feature. Every dish was delicious, well-prepared, and presented beautifully. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the culinary experience was consistently top-notch. Additionally, the hotel's amenities, particularly the swimming pool, were fantastic. The pool was clean, well-maintained, and provided a perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the vibrant city of Tirana. Overall, my stay at Mercure Hotel was marked by exceptional service, delicious food, and excellent facilities. A MAI PIÙ RIVEDERCI...siete uno staff terrificante avete fatto finta di non sapere l'italiano solo per fregarci 140 euro ( eravamo in 6 ). Solo la signora del bar era gentile per il resto ignoranza che regnava sovrana.la struttura Era pure passabile ma una gestione così penosa credo di nn averla mai vista..pultroppo ho letto le recensioni solo al ritorno sennò col cavolo venivamo ad arricchirvi....la receptionist non parla italiano poi quando in inglese ti spiega la truffa della tassa di soggiorno come per magia una volta pagata ,wow inizia a parlare e anche piuttosto bene italiano...vergognati!

The facilities and service level are average, it is not a 5-star hotel, at most it is a 4-star level of international chain brands. The front desk management is poor, but the housekeeping staff has a good attitude.

Excellent structure, located in a very strategic and smart area. You sleep very well, perhaps the rooms could have an extra cabinet or table, but the soft choice isn't bad. Very technological and beautiful bathroom, the large shower was also very appreciated, finally a place where you can really adjust the air conditioning in an ergonomic and effective way. Very helpful staff, perhaps only the breakfast could be improved: it is held on the roof and on a scenographic level it is captivating, too bad it is not rich and that coffee at a surcharge of one euro is very out of place. The parking under the hotel is excellent, considering that there are continuous fines on the outside

Clean, sanitary, large space, two new bottles of purified water are placed in the room every day, and towels are changed every day as scheduled. The buffet in the restaurant is also delicious, with different meals every day.

The location of the hotel is very good, but the facilities are old, the 24 square meters room is really cramped, the breakfast is not self-service, the service attitude is not mentioned, very good, but the price of more than one thousand is really too bad, the environment and facilities of the domestic express hotel are top hotels price

The standard rooms are big. Room cleaned daily and toiletries and mini bar provided. Breakfast was included in the rate and offered a selection of cereals, fruit, hot items, bakery etc. live music in the bar on Friday night. Limited English tv channels. Excellent staff always helpful inc making a to go breakfast at 3.30 am.

The rooms are so clean and spacious , beds are so comfy . It’s been lovely and the staff are very helpful . I can only recommend this hotel for you . And it’s really affordable for what you get . Thanks TROCI for my lovely stay . Check in was easy and simple

The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was good. The hotel is in a great location, right near the square and close to all the attractions. The hotel has parking, which is free.

I have visited many countries, and in hotels of all kinds, and at some point I have had to ask for ”late checkout” or what is the same ”late checkout” because my flight back home leaves very late that day. In this case I paid almost €600 for practically 2 nights, it was 3 nights, but the first night I arrived at the airport at 2 in the morning, that is, practically 2 nights, when in Albania hotels are very cheap, but I preferred to grab a Known chain just in case, AND WHEN I ASKED FOR A LATE CHECKOUT OF 2h because my flight left at 18:50 in the afternoon, THEY TOLD ME NOOOO, when the hotel was newly opened and was practically empty!!!!!!!! I THINK IT WAS VERY VERY BAD, I HAD TO BE WALKING AROUND TIRANA AND EAT SUPER LATE, TO BE ABLE TO MAKE TIME UNTIL 4:00 PM when I went to the airport. I THINK I RECOMMEND THE HOTEL? NO!!!!, I THINK OF GOING BACK??? NO!!!!, not only because of this, but because it is far from the center, the hotel's Terra restaurant is very expensive, and look, almost nothing surprises me, but the difference in prices compared to the rest of the city surprised me very much. We ordered some mini Iberian pork chops and an Angus rib and 2 waters to eat, and they charged us €135, when in the ERA restaurant, which is 50 meters from the hotel, TripAdvisor recommends it, and it cost us an exquisite risotto, and 2 Angus T-bone steaks of 1,200 grams with a garnish of mushrooms and vegetables, plus bread, plus 2 waters, plus a Pepsi max, EYE €53, crazy!!!! And everything was very good, so the prices of the hotel are not justified. Is the hotel nice? Yes!!!, is it comfortable??? Yes!!!, it is practically new, it was opened recently, but that does not give the right to be charged 5 times more for eating in its facilities, it is 1 and a half km or more from Skanderbeg square and everything there is What to visit in the capital of Albania. It was an amazing experience...The hotel was easy to find but it is situated in a coastal village,which the local call ”The touristic village.” We had room cleaning everyday...Excellent view......our room out looked the pool and the sea....,fresh air and mild temperatures for February.
