The hotel is located in the city center, has its own parking lot, charges $32 per night, the room is very clean, the only drawback is that the street-facing room is very noisy, and there is the roar of cars downstairs in the middle of the night

The service was fairly good. Every time I called the front office about more towels or needed help with anything they were there to answer and moved swiftly. The building and overall facilities are nice! I’m pretty sure it’s a newer building. It was a really good stay overall, this may be the best hotel in Wilmington.
The location is not bad, but there is still a need for a car to travel, there are many places to eat and shopping nearby. Although not far away, it takes time to walk.

LLyte of DayI checked in about 11pm and I few things with there was no cart available I was told they were in use so me and my sister just started carrying our stuff up to the room get off the elevator on the 7th floor there were 2 carts sitting right there then I booked and paid extra for panoramic view but got a view of the highway and trees and my curtains wouldn’t close all the way so in the morning sun was beaming right on my face
MMs Envy AllofmeWe traveled to Charlotte for my 17 yr old daughter birthday. The hotel is next door to Southgate Mall. There's plenty of fine dining within walking distance of the hotel & the hotel has a nice restaurant in it as well. Room was spacious & clean. We also enjoyed time at the pool. I would book again for sure.

HHelen WigginsWe absolutely LOVE this hotel!! The views are unbeatable, the location couldn’t be better, staff is kind, the list goes on. We checked in really late (honestly 4am Wednesday when we were supposed to be there the night before, but no one seemed annoyed and the staff was WONDERFUL.) I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. I included a picture from the bed of the sunrise!!
GGuest UserWe booked out stay with friends for the Carolina Hurricanes Game. Great location, close enough to the arena but also surrounded by many great restaurants. The hotel had a nice bar, that stayed open pretty late after we got back from the game. we will be going back if the price is right for our next hockey game. The service and cleanliness was great.
GGuest UserI like safety car park, and I get bedroom/living room are separated., rooms are clean, Staff and Night bartender very friendly foods is good. But breakfast price is not including coffee!! I not mind to pay $4 for a cup of coffee. But most hotels are breakfast price have coffee included (plus breakfast not a buffet.)
GGuest UserIn general, it’s a bad experience of staying this hotel. Won’t come back anymore unless there are improvements.
Pros: room is spacious and good location for a stopover.
Cons: I stayed in room #105.
1. Poor lighting at the living room area and the front door area. Only the lighting in bathroom is bright.
2. Very noisy that I wasn’t able to sleep at all. Non stop noises from the upstairs and neighbors. Especially the sound of toilet flushing. Was like several minutes a loud flushing of toilet at around 3:20am onwards. The sound of toilet flushing of my room is also very loud.
3. The receptionist at the evening forgot to add comments of late checkout of my booking. The next day when I back to hotel for packing but the door card was expired. But the receptionist in the day time helped me to figure out.
MMs Envy AllofmeTraveled here for my 40th birthday with friends. Hotel parking lot & roads are under construction but inside the hotel was nice. We had a problem with our room but immediately they changed my room with no problem. The hotel has a roof top lounge that was great. Also it has other restaurants & bars inside. We enjoyed our time there & barely left the hotel because it was so much to do in the hotel. It was worth the stay.
GGuest UserAll the employees were extremely friendly and helpful. The girl who checked me out was outstanding. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name. Hopefully you can find her-01/26 about 10:00.
My only concern was I didn’t realize pets were allowed and there was a barking dog down the hall. My fault.
