I wish I had more nice things to say about our visit to Rosen Shingle Creek. Overall it was a nice stay, but little negatives piled up throughout, resulting in this average review. I brought my family along with me for a very large conference being held at the Orlando Convention Center, and the RSC was an official conference hotel, so many attendees were staying here. PROS . The staff! Overall, wonderful, friendly, engaging and responsive. Shout out to Heather and Mike at the Cat-Tails bar and poolside service. We had an Amazon Fresh order scheduled (there is a small fridge in the room) and the bell stand delivered it within 5 minutes of us requesting it. My mom and niece were also staying at the hotel, and the front desk attendant thoughtfully placed our rooms right next to each other. . Conference management. We had a great conference rate and the acknowledgment of our (significant) presence was thoughtful. Overall, the team was well prepared for several hundred attendees moving around the property. CONS . Rooms NOT that family friendly. I have a real issue with hotel bathroom designs that aren’t accessible for kids. I had to drag the ottoman into the bathroom area so my youngest could reach the sink. A huge leather ottoman in the bathroom is not ideal. . Substandard housekeeping. I asked for laundry bags from our service provider and was told they weren’t available. She pressured us out of our room one day saying she was trying to finish her shift early and upset my niece to the point of tears. Another morning, we had privacy lock and sign on and they were knocking at 8:30 to come in. It all felt very disconnected. . The Food. The biggest disappointment was that a resort this size, and a Universal Studios property, was such a let-down when it came to food. If you have any food allergy whatsoever, don’t stay here. The RSC makes little to no accommodation for food allergy or intolerance, which is very surprising in this day and age. My husband is celiac and other than FRENCH FRIES and VEGETABLES was extremely restricted in his food options. Only one restaurant was able to offer him gluten free bread for a burger. Food allergies are more and more common, it is unreasonable that RSC was lacking in its accommodations. In comparison to Disney properties where almost anything can be accommodated for food allergies, it was a glaring difference. Food options for children were also limited and unhealthy. After three days of eating cereal, French fries, and cardboard pizza, my kids were desperate for a freaking hot dog. None of the seven restaurants offered such a thing, but I was told they were available at the golf course snack stand. So I walk all the way out there to get three hot dogs and they were…sold out of hot dogs. Our Amazon Fresh delivery was a godsend, and there’s a Publix market at the end of the (very long) resort drive. . Universal partner means what?? One afternoon we wanted to head over to Universal City Walk. Unfortunately, this

It was a very pleasant stay. Very clean , quick check in .. even was given a cookie and some water at the front desk as i was being checked in. The resort is very close to SeaWorld. Literally a less than 1 mile.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the Courtyard Lake Buena Vista at Vista Centre. I have stayed at many Courtyards, but this one was the best I have stayed at. It was just recently renovated. The lobby, lobby bar, and pool are so nice. The pool has cabanas with tvs and couches, a waterslide for the kids, cornhole, ping pong tables and fire pits. There is a huge tv where you can watch games all day and they show movies at night for the kids. You can order food and drinks from the lobby bar and eat inside or take it outside to the pool or around the firepits. The hotel location is perfect if you plan on visiting the parks like we did, or if you want to visit Disney Springs or the outlet shops and there are so many restaurants nearby. The customer service was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a buffet breakfast you can take advantage of and even offer Starbucks too. This Courtyard has so much to offer and I can't recommend it enough.

Forget about the small size of the room, the cleanliness is terrible. Even if you give me a tip every day, it is not cleaned. The most you can do is make a bed and change towels. The mattress apron is still torn. Are you staying at a fake Hilton? Dizzy! The outdoor swimming pool is quite good, I swam twice. This price is not cost-effective, and Ctrip did not get a good price or good floors.

The service was amazing! We were there to celebrate my husband’s 65th birthday. My son frequents there for business and highly suggested this property! The food was awesome; just expensive! The hotel was simply beautiful. Everyone was very friendly and cordial. Will definitely return.

Family and I stayed Oct 7-14, 2022. I was pleased with my room at first. We had a nice room on the main floor, close to all the restaurants and gift shops, with a balcony which is what I had paid for with a very nice view. Friday night, the first night we stayed, there was a massive water leak I believe coming from the ice machine which absolutely ponded the whole wing. All the pounding and workers talking kept up us half the night. We had to move rooms and unfortunately there were no more rooms available with balconies and were stuck with a room with absolutely no view, just a view of the awning over the front door when you come in. Definitely disappointing. Also, new room had a fingernail clipping on the floor, a used tooth flosser in the closet and a lost cough drop under the bed. We were comped $300 for switching rooms and could see fireworks from Magic Kingdom out the window, but still sad we were without a balcony with a view. We noticed the carpets were pretty worn going down the hallways and the A/C was cranked up so high, it felt like Antarctica walking down the hall. There are quite a few choices for food, but we found most of it to be mediocre and had better experiences off Disney. Shula's Steakhouse and the BlueZoo restaurant require reservations and have a dress code. We did enjoy the ice cream at the Fountain, however. There was also a fee for parking and getting to the parking lot was quite a trek. It would be excruciating for someone in a wheelchair or had problems walking. We had rented a car and bought a few groceries for the room and had to wheel them in a suitcase, it was that far of a walk. The hotel was extremely huge and very confusing. Since we had to move rooms to the 7th floor, I found myself getting lost every time I left the room. If you're looking for a hotel close to the parks, it was easy to get to Magic Kingdom and Epcot, as you could ride the water taxi or walk, and also close to the Skyliner. The walkway from the Dolphin to the Swan was pretty at night when it was lit up. In conclusion, I would not stay at this hotel again or recommend it to anyone. I feel there are a lot nicer places to stay in the Disney realm. Last year in 2021, we stayed at the Animal Kingdom Lodge and had a way better experience. Other members of my family stayed across the pond at the Yacht Club and now I wish I would have spent the extra money to stay there - it was a lot nicer and cleaner than the Dolphin.

Marriott Io Rivera Rivera to Marriott 9.99 Marriott to Epcot 16.83 Airport to Marriott 59.97 The reason I use the Riviera was because of the cost savings plus it just felt easier to take the sky liner directly into the park for a better experience. Mears shuttle to airport 16 Sure your arrive earlier than Uber but look at your costs. Uber you decide. Mears is an automatic 3 hours before u fly.

I stood by the hostess because it said wait to be seated and she just looked at me rudely and said, ”uhhh...? Do you need something or...” I replied, ”Yes, I wanted to get breakfast.” She responded rudely, ”Well, it doesn't even open until 6:30 so you're gonna have to wait.” We are diamond members and we tried to use our food and beverage credit to grab something quickly. We only had 5 minutes to eat so we couldn't sit down and eat. We only wanted a croissant that we were willing to pay $15 for and It was literally just sitting at the buffet to grab easily. The hostess was so freaking rude and argued with me and embarrassed me in front of everyone. She said I had to sit down and wait to be served. We had already waited 30 minutes for her to tell us this. She told us to go to Starbucks instead. I informed her that I wanted to use my food and beverage credit and she said, ”oh well. I don't know if it works there, but you'll just have to go there because that's you're only option. I can't give you a croissant here. You have to sit down and wait to be served.” Pretty ridiculous that I couldn't buy something to go. They also charged us $18 for our Turo to be parked in the parking lot for only a couple hours while it was waiting to be picked up! We didn't even have the car parked over night. Also, I NEVER received a receipt after checkout which is not normal for Hilton. I had to find the receipt online via the app. Will never stay here again! Super rude and terrible customer service! I have stayed at many Hiltons all over the world, but I have never been treated so poorly!

I had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel front office manager even upgraded my room because I felt like the other one had been smoked in. The staff in general is very friendly and professional. The valets were awesome and quick, quick quick. On top of the incredible service the oceanfront location and pool cannot be beaten. B Ocean was beautiful

We stayed at the Moxy for 4 nights and really enjoyed our experience. Chantel greeted us as the front desk and was amazing! The hotel is brand new and has some of the best photo ops to take on property that are Instagram worthy. The staff never missed a beat. We will definitely be back!

Good location and nice rooms… Air conditioner very loud on the top floor at night .

Work and fun bundled with a great location is the best recipe for a working mini vacation. From start to finish, we were greeted with smiles and friendly service. The food at our conference was delicious!!! Every area we visited/used in the facility were clean. Some of the furniture in our rooms was a bit worn, but honestly it is to be expected. We will definitely return and plan to stay a bit longer since it is so close to other places we wanted to see while in Miami.

Good value for the money of you get a good deal. The main problem with the hotel is the maintenance. There are many things that are not working or in bad shape. There is only a microwave fot the whole hotel and most of the ice machines are not working. Buffet and parking are expensive but long term parking is a good deal.

The hotel is in a good location, with a swimming pool and its own beach, rich breakfast and delicious, really relaxing here with friends, seeing a beautiful sunrise by the sea in the morning

I keep coming back to this amazing hotel. Location, room and service are outstanding. Despite the shortage of labor in the hotel industry, Lowes have full staff of amazing employee who made my stay incredible.

The Citizen M Miami was great for a one-night trip. The bed was large and comfortable, making it perfect for sleeping well. But the room size is quite small, so if you’re planning on staying longer than one night, make sure to bring very few items – there isn’t much storage space. The location was good – it’s about a 10-minute walk from the Brightline station and the Bayside Marketplace. If you haven’t stayed at the Citizen M before, you may not be used to the concept of having a toilet and shower in a glass box with limited privacy. Additionally, the bed is against a wall, so if you’re sharing with someone, one of you will have to climb over the other. Considering all this, I felt that the price was quite expensive for what you get. But it was great for a quick one-night stay!

The room was not very good, the room was very good, spacious and comfortable, all kinds of electrical appliances were available, we all bought food and came back to cook. The hotel has a water park, children like it, the hotel also has fishing, boating services, in short, family trips are not bad. There is a free bus to and from Disneyland every day, book one day in advance, it is recommended for large families.

Very Good! The staff very polite and helpful. The pool very nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms so comfortable and the attractions was amazing. AC is worked very good. Only coffee machine was broken, and staff is changed it and give us for our request teapot!

Royal Pacific Resort never disappoints. Another 23 night stay and it was perfect. From the moment you step into this hotel you are warmly welcomed throughout, from the Valet Guys to the ladies who look after your rooms, everyone is so friendly and helpful. The resort is immaculately clean throughout in all public areas and our room was cleaned exceptionally well every day we were there. The King Suite is a good size, beds are very comfortable and bathroom products are nice. We always had plenty of towels and products replenished daily and turndown service were exceptional too. Very special thanks as always to Raymond, Marian and Andrea. The Club Lounge is a jewel in the crown of this hotel. The staff go above and beyond for you and welcome every guest like a friend. The food is replenished regularly and everything is kept clean and tidy. Staff are the best. Alex, Daniel, Raphael, Jen, Tory, Caitlyn, Kayleen, Trisha, Mitchell, Jordan, Hailey, Gia, Sophia and Tamara are all simply wonderful and we can`t thank them enough for looking after us so well. And the lovely Wellington as it is always a pleasure to chat to him. Bell services are wondefful and again look after you so well. Milton and Rob are two of the nicest gentlemen you could ever hope to meet and it`s always a pleasure to talk to them if they have the time. Samuel Martineau is always wonderful and at the front desk Katie, Cornell and Asha were very helpful and so friendly when we needed anything. Special thank you to Egle for her kindness. And nice to see Daniel from Valet again, he always remembers us. Orchids Lounge is another place that is always amazing. Ty, Colby and Mariella are so lovely and the sushi is among the best in the area. Fresh, tasty and original. Bula Bar was also a place we enjoyed this visit during some pool time. Food was excellent and the pool area was immaculately clean and the staff around the pool are very nice and again, make sure everyone is ok. The buffet lunch Island put on during the hurricane was also good and Elena looked after us well too. Tuk Tuk we used for the first time this trip and the food we purchased was fresh and tasty and staff were nice. The Express Pass is a wonderful perk of staying at this hotel, and the proximity to the parks is second to none, a short 7 minute walk takes you to IOA or you have the boats which run regularly and get you there in a few minutes. Royal Pacific Resort is one of our two home aways from home, there is nowhere better for us and we have so many reasons to keep coming back to this wonderful resort. The actions of all staff during the Hurricane were amazing. They looked after everyone so well and we felt completely safe and looked after during the couple of days it was around us. We were so grateful to Samuel, Jen and Sophia when we needed some help to change flights and extend our stay due to Hurricane Ian, they made the process so much easier. This airport hotel is very cost-effective. The Hilton Los Angeles Airport Hotel I just stayed at can't compare with this airport hotel. Although it is an airport hotel, the facilities can still make you feel enjoyable and not make do. The hotel is in the airport building, which is very convenient for transit.

A great family-friendly resort hotel. It is a two-bedroom, two-living, two-bathroom apartment. The rooms are spacious and bright, equipped with washing machines, dryers, induction cookers, dishwashers, and refrigerators. It is very convenient. The hotel has four swimming pools, three gyms, and outdoor barbecues. There is a Herz car rental location in the hotel, which is very convenient

The lobby, lobby bar, and pool are so nice. The pool has cabanas with tvs and couches, a waterslide for the kids, cornhole, ping pong tables and fire pits. There is a huge tv where you can watch games all day and they show movies at night for the kids. You can order food and drinks from the lobby bar and eat inside or take it outside to the pool or around the firepits. The hotel location is perfect if you plan on visiting the parks like we did, or if you want to visit Disney Springs or the outlet shops and there are so many restaurants nearby. The customer service was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a buffet breakfast you can take advantage of and even offer Starbucks too. This Courtyard has so much to offer and I can't recommend it enough.

Very Good! The staff very polite and helpful. The pool very nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms so comfortable and the attractions was amazing. AC is worked very good. Only coffee machine was broken, and staff is changed it and give us for our request teapot!

Royal Pacific Resort never disappoints. Another 23 night stay and it was perfect. From the moment you step into this hotel you are warmly welcomed throughout, from the Valet Guys to the ladies who look after your rooms, everyone is so friendly and helpful. The resort is immaculately clean throughout in all public areas and our room was cleaned exceptionally well every day we were there. The King Suite is a good size, beds are very comfortable and bathroom products are nice. We always had plenty of towels and products replenished daily and turndown service were exceptional too. Very special thanks as always to Raymond, Marian and Andrea. The Club Lounge is a jewel in the crown of this hotel. The staff go above and beyond for you and welcome every guest like a friend. The food is replenished regularly and everything is kept clean and tidy. Staff are the best. Alex, Daniel, Raphael, Jen, Tory, Caitlyn, Kayleen, Trisha, Mitchell, Jordan, Hailey, Gia, Sophia and Tamara are all simply wonderful and we can`t thank them enough for looking after us so well. And the lovely Wellington as it is always a pleasure to chat to him. Bell services are wondefful and again look after you so well. Milton and Rob are two of the nicest gentlemen you could ever hope to meet and it`s always a pleasure to talk to them if they have the time. Samuel Martineau is always wonderful and at the front desk Katie, Cornell and Asha were very helpful and so friendly when we needed anything. Special thank you to Egle for her kindness. And nice to see Daniel from Valet again, he always remembers us. Orchids Lounge is another place that is always amazing. Ty, Colby and Mariella are so lovely and the sushi is among the best in the area. Fresh, tasty and original. Bula Bar was also a place we enjoyed this visit during some pool time. Food was excellent and the pool area was immaculately clean and the staff around the pool are very nice and again, make sure everyone is ok. The buffet lunch Island put on during the hurricane was also good and Elena looked after us well too. Tuk Tuk we used for the first time this trip and the food we purchased was fresh and tasty and staff were nice. The Express Pass is a wonderful perk of staying at this hotel, and the proximity to the parks is second to none, a short 7 minute walk takes you to IOA or you have the boats which run regularly and get you there in a few minutes. Royal Pacific Resort is one of our two home aways from home, there is nowhere better for us and we have so many reasons to keep coming back to this wonderful resort. The actions of all staff during the Hurricane were amazing. They looked after everyone so well and we felt completely safe and looked after during the couple of days it was around us. We were so grateful to Samuel, Jen and Sophia when we needed some help to change flights and extend our stay due to Hurricane Ian, they made the process so much easier. This airport hotel is very cost-effective. The Hilton Los Angeles Airport Hotel I just stayed at can't compare with this airport hotel. Although it is an airport hotel, the facilities can still make you feel enjoyable and not make do. The hotel is in the airport building, which is very convenient for transit.

A great family-friendly resort hotel. It is a two-bedroom, two-living, two-bathroom apartment. The rooms are spacious and bright, equipped with washing machines, dryers, induction cookers, dishwashers, and refrigerators. It is very convenient. The hotel has four swimming pools, three gyms, and outdoor barbecues. There is a Herz car rental location in the hotel, which is very convenient

Resort is huge. Grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. Villas are clean, spacious and furnishings quite comfortable. Pools are clean and plentiful, but sometimes hard to find seating due to chair hogs, although there seemed to be more available later in the afternoon. We did not use all of the pools, our favorites were Fountains and Cascades, both of which had refreshing waterfalls, Cascades had more kiddie pools. Lakes pool seemed to be more sedate with older guests and shaded areas. All of the staff we encountered were pleasant and professional. Food onsite is basic burgers, dogs & fries & pizza but quite good. Location is so convenient to theme parks, outlet malls and restaurants we found an excellent Italian restaurant about 5 miles from us, Fresco's. Be aware that some buildings do not have elevators. We would not hesitate to return!

I traveled with my child. It was nice that Disney or Universal were near. Car hire is also available at the hotel. Resort blood is $ 30 per night including tax ~ I was worried about cleanliness but very clean, The staff were friendly. However, there was a product that passed the expiration date of the coffee provided, but I was surprised that it was normal, so I was hungry after drinking it. Anyway, I was glad to give you the right product after that. Next time I'll stay in a Sheraton with good value.

The hotel environment is very beautiful and the waiters are enthusiastic. I didn't know how to go to the gym room in the morning. An aunt told me patiently and enthusiastically. Although she said English, I didn't understand it. And my two sons rowing in the water 🚣 very happy, my wife took pictures on the shore. The hotel is conveniently located more than ten minutes from Universal Studios. The Kennedy Space Center is an hour's drive away. I will definitely stay at this hotel next time.
