Indeed c is the best holidays we spend The hotel with its incredible view of the port El kantaoui and their top service especially the Proprete c is great we are happy and Franchise we will choose next year that this hotel

No way this is a four star hotel. The check-in process alone was a major red flag. We arrived, after 30 minutes we were seen to by one of the reception staff who then handed us a form without any instructions and told us to 'go mingle with the other English'. After filling out our forms we were then shooed back out ino the lobby and told to wait an hour for our wristbands. After the wristbands, we were shooed again and told to wait another hour for our room. We should have seen this as a sign of things to come because honestly the experience didn't get any better from then onwards. The canteen is horrendous. Hordes of people fighting - and I mean literally fighting, we saw two fist fights during our stay that involved security - over serving spoons to serve boiled slop onto grubby plates. There's no cutlery when you sit down. Piles of food and debris from previous meals laid out across tables and the floor. Our room, completely run down. Masking tape holding hooks onto walls for towels, numerous missing light bulbs and fixtures, a loose door handle that breaks every time you use the key, a bath completely stained with black 'something' and to top it off and old crtv what gave me an electric ZAP when I tried to turn it on. It did not turn on. Making use of the hotels facilities is a chore. To get a beach towel (tattered beaten up rag) you pay at reception for a slip of paper, the paper you then cart down to the pool to exchange for a towel. This process goes for most things, like the gym. You pay for paper, you then go for a walk to find the mystery person who will exchange the paper for what it is you want. This leads to another glaring issue... This wasn't an all inclusive holiday. In fact it felt like at every turn there was another deposit or tax to pay on top of what we had already paid through Love Holidays. The only redeeming feature of this hotel has been the staff outside of the reception area. They are genuinely helpful, polite, and work hard to maintain even a tiny bit of order. It's self evident the staff are working with very little and they are trying to do a good job which is very commendable. If you're considering this as a holiday be warned that it falls more in line with a two or three star experience rather than the four star that's advertised. It's sad to think I you too will be genuinely home sick.

I have been for the third time in Sentido Bellevue Park (then RIU) and 15 th time in Tunisia. Through Sun @Fun Polish tour operator I bought standard room with a view garden as there was no any other option. On arrival I was accomodated in level -1 (minus one acc. to lift info.), one meter below the ground, in the left wing of the hotel, eclusively offered to several other Polish tourists. The right wing serves for variuous hotel services as storages, loundry etc. My room no 1510 was situated with view on local way, opposite to construction works in progress. It was not a view garden. Apart from this it stunk with musty, mold and fungus and not only in the toilet. There was torn dirty, old,brown carpet in the corridor too.I refused sleeping in that room and wanted to pay for an upgrade but there were no rooms available . After an hour or two I received room no 1510 on the same level with lawn view, but on the real garden side. The ”new” room has no tv pilot, lock to its ”terrace” was broken and curtain torn but at least it did not stink. Two days after I was offered standard room with view garden on”0”-level in corner (under reception level), next to storage room and laundry. Being fed up with the receptionists ” empty promises” to give us a nice room I decided to stay in room no 1510. During 10 days of our holiday I found 6 cocroaches (7 cm. long) of which three were killed on my request by cleaning staff and three were delivered by me to the reception. My previous two locations in that hotel were on the first level, pool view and second level with sea view and last experience was unpleasant astonishment. The garden,pool,food, cleaning and waiter team staff was very good and as good I remembered from previous holidays. Apart from beautiful lobby, garden, drink bars and restaurants the hotel needs further renovation (carpets, doors, beach umbrellas, deck chairs etc.). In my opinion the Hotel and tour operator agreed on such poor lodgging for Polish tourists and misled them by describing basement accomodation as ”a standard room with garden view” Peter

Marina Palace is very nice hotel ,clean and beautifull design.it provide good service and you are have access many facilities .the hotel located near center city and markets.And also very nice foods

The Royal Jinene sousse hotel is easily accessible It has free car parking for hotel residents. The reception is very good, the staff is polite and helpful. The meals are good. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool and an indoor swimming pool. The beach is in front of the hotel, access is easy and quick. The room is clean, as I had requested during my reservation I wanted a sea view I was entitled to a room on the 5th and last floor of the hotel with a beautiful view of the sea. Just the equipment is a bit old that's all I noticed. I recommend it and I will go back.

Disappointing for this price and for a 4 stars hotel. Room was barely acceptable, clearly not cleaned below the beds, no glasses, no towels, soap and shampoo containers almost if not empty upon arrival and were not filled at all during our stay. Towels were a nightmare to get: sometimes just enough, sometimes missing one, sometimes missing two. Getting an iron was a battle and forget about laundry service. Requests were not always met with a nice answer, they painted a room next to ours taking no precautions, getting the smell far into ours. Lunch was excruciatingly expensive for the area, forget about it. Included breakfast and dinner were OK. Location was very nice, although the surroundings are a bit dead..

A traditional location but also with all the comfort, safety and impeccable services in all sectors, from reception, to serving, cleaning. Everywhere you will find staff ready to serve you and always attentive, available, enthusiastic and oriented towards solutions and guests. Thank you, I will gladly come back anytime!

Although the hotel time is a bit old, the hotel service is very good, the room is good, the hotel pool is very high in the afternoon and evening, there is a theme park on the side of the hotel, there is a small restaurant at the intersection, cheap and delicious, from the beach or A little distance, it is the beach after crossing the crossroads. The Hammamet people are also very friendly. Next time you come to Tunisia, you will come to Hammamet. This is a good place for a holiday.

Large hotel well located on the coast of Hammamet, the children took advantage of the heated swimming pool, great entertainment in the evening around the swimming pool and also inside, the food was good, however the staff were not very smiling, not very welcoming and not available, the rooms and bedding that makes you want to sleep, tv from the old millennium and the bathroom that has no have the category of a 4 * and they need to be renovated.

My family had a great experience staying here this summer. We enjoyed the amazing food and bar service. This place is what we consider true paradise.The staff very friendly especially the entertainment team Momo and the rest are fantastic . The property was clean, and the service was exceptional. I would recommend to anyone reading this to book a trip here.

Considering the value for money, it's not bad. Excellent sea view. Half an hour for the registration of the check in seems excessive to me. Hearty meals. Wifi works fine. TV channels need a technician to tune them, I couldn't

My experience with Hotel el kasar was really amazing! The staff are incredibly friendly and are available at any hour of the day or night to help you. There is always security and people to answer questions which made me feel very taken care of. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was great with lots of options! The location is also perfect and is around cafes, restaurants and green spaces. I highly recommend this place! Thank you for hosting me ❤️❤️🥹

Very good hotel

Hello I am going to give you my personal opinion in relation to what I have seen and experienced in this hotel it is not 4 stars sincerely I was taken in when I arrived I find no swimming pool neither indoors nor outdoors it is disappointing and the hearty breakfast it looks like the canteen of my old faculty in short it's just apartments for rent so no luxury

We are currently on our first week at this hotel, with another week to go and it's absolutely awesome. The staff are all so polite, friendly and cannot do enough for you. The hotel room, is lovely (I am disabled) We have a walk in shower which is excellent for me, the beds are very comfortable, the air con works (we have been to many hotels in different countries that don't) The pillows are the best I've ever had, no need for two as they are very plump. Our room is on the 2nd floor but they have put us near the lift, again good for my wheelchair. We haven't had to fight for sunbeds. You pick the spot where you want to sit and the lovely staff member on duty, gets you whatever you need, brolly, sunbeds, cushions, table. There is lots of choice for all meals and they are warm. Bottles of water are free from the inside bar, would definitely recommend and book to come here again. 10/10. Riadh Dardour is a very attentive bar staff at the pool as are all the others, honestly they are all brilliant, a total credit to the hotel. Also do go to the beach, it's beautiful but you do need to go early here to get a sun bead
