4-Star Hotels in Krabi Province, Thailand

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience were disappointing. Pros: • The air conditioning was cold enough, which was a plus. • Due to hotel room unavailability, we booked a twin bedroom, but the staff kindly offered to join the beds into a double bed upon our arrival, which we appreciated. Cons: • The bathroom was clogged, and water drained very slowly. When we reported it to the staff, they claimed it was due to an uneven bathroom floor, but this was not the case. • There was absolutely no soundproofing. Everyday from 7-8 AM, loud knocking sounds (as if renovation work was happening) could be heard, along with people opening and closing doors loudly, talking, and walking outside. It was impossible to get a good rest. • The ”Do Not Disturb” button in our room was broken, so we informed the receptionist that we did not need housekeeping for two days. However, despite this, housekeeping still entered and cleaned the room while we were out. • From the online pictures, the hotel appeared to have a beautiful lobby and pool area, but we didn't expect that our room type would be located in a separate building. This building was further from the lobby and pool area, and its overall appearance was not as nice as the main lobby area. Our balcony view was facing a building wall—definitely not what we expected. • The walkway in this separate building was dirty, and the housekeeping tray was always left outside, right next to our room door. Additionally, the staff’s housekeeping room was also right next to our room, which may explain why it was so noisy early in the morning. Overall, I would not recommend staying here if the room is located in the separate building without elevator access. Perhaps the rooms facing the pool and accessible by elevator offer a better experience.

Excellent hotel staff very friendly and professional. They noticed from my passport that the 2nd day was my birthday. When I came up from the pool late afternoon there was a birthday cake in the fridge. Very nice touch and excellent attention to detail. The food was great and breakfast had plenty of choice. Highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel, close to everything you need. They offer amazing activities and plenty of restaurants/bars/shops are around.  The Staff is super attentive and you’re always greeted with a big smile.

Room was great. The room is clean. However would be perfect is the hotel can consider putting up a portrait on the glass of the bathroom. It is too translucent when showering inside.

1. Based from the amenities included, it says slippers for the room are included. However upon arriving they said slippers are not provided. 2. Pillows in the rook are old. Its deflated. 3. Location its very secluded but near from the tourist spot. However, there are some more options of hotel if you wish to have near location. 4. They offer motorcycle and shuttle from/airport 5. Its near mountain so expect a lot of mosquito.

location wise not so good, quite far from krabi town & aonang beach. but good thing is the free service to aonang provided by the hotel, but it would be nice if it’s every hour as the maximum is 10 people. it is also quite dangerous as there are no street lights. overall still okok.

That was only 1 night in this beautiful hotel. Location is the advantage, rooms are clean and neat, breakfast was very good, bunch of choices of what to eat. Beautiful pool outside which is available from 7am till 8pm. Also, a lot of 7elevens around, so it will be not a problem to make a groceries before u go to sleep after a long day. Only one thing - there was a stinky smell in a bathroom sometimes. In a nutshell, this hotel is very nice choice even if you’re planning to stay for a week or more.

I really enjoyed my stay at the beachside resort. The location is good, just a short walk from the peer, and the staff are friendly. It’s popular with young groups so can be a bit rowdy by the pool in the afternoon, but I was able to sleep undisturbed as the bars are not immediately close to the hotel. There are some fantastic cafes close by and some nice beachfront restaurants in front of the property.

We had a really really great time at Aspira. The staff were really amazing and kind. The manager spoke great English so it was really easy to communicate. The rooms are big and spacious. However the one they gave us was on the highway and the soundproofing wasn't great. But we did get good sleep probably because we were really tired. They provided us with beach towels of our own when we were going to the beach. The beach is however a long walk (850 m) but they had special offer where they provided free shuttle service to the beach every two hours (no return though). The location is however in middle of what seems like a small village - town, with really great local eateries. You can go to Aonang if you want to have a night life which is 13 km away. You can also hike uphill to another Beach town. The location is ideal for a good time for Klong Muang which we believe was the best beach around the town. Explore the local food places run by women around the way to go to Klong Muang. They are super tasty at an affordable price , cook to order.

Cleanliness : when u reach room ubcan feel the sands on the floor. Need more meticulous floor cleaning. Otherwise ok Location : a bit far from the Ao Nang beach by foot. Around 1 km. If travel with kids maybe a bit hassle but if alone or couples should not an issue. A lot of halal food nearby. Service: no problem. But housekeeping a bit late. Came around 5-6pm to clean the room. Amenities : restaurant, pool

In general it was a nice stay, the pros beat the cons. The location, views and service were worth it, even after knowing more about this hotel history. The hotel is really well located, very close to the island central area and harbors (for tours and ferry). The staff was waiting us by the ferry and helped to carry the luggage back to the hotel. The staff was very friendly in general, except for some on the pool bar. The stay was very confortable and the view from the pool is stunning! The hotel is old and need some refurbishment, mainly inside the rooms, but it is understandable. Many complaints about the party noises, but I believe there are almost no place in the village to avoid them, the bars exaggerate on the ”music” bass level. The hotel supply earplugs to help with it, in case you have difficulty sleeping. The breakfast was really complete and nice, but the time to refill the stations could be improved. Another point of improvement may be the cleaning. Unfortunately, we found a insect (seemed like a roach) inside the safe.

The hotel is overall good but our room - garden bungalow - was not comfortable for the price, it needs a big renovation. Bathroom and shower-head are outdated, shower time were not very pleasant, towels are hard and all stained, all furniture is very old. There’s no attention to details, simple things like placing a mat at the door so the room doesn’t get full of sand. Breakfast was fair and all staff were kind and attentive. The beach in front of the hotel was beautiful but a bit busy with boats and tractors coming and going. Jimmy’s Cafe was pleasant and had some good dishes.

It was great experience, if you go there you have to take water taxi ( boat with Thai guy) they try to scam you, if you ask the hotel to rent taxi it should be around 1000-1200 baht, taxi people will ask you to pay 750 baht each person, so try to not get scammed people, Service was amazing, Nature and food everything was excellent, try massage and there is cool show and activities on Fridays and Saturdays. Good luck, you won't regret it,

A wonderful resort! Location: The resort is located ~10 min walk from the Phi Phi Tonsai pier and located away from all the nightclubs and noise. The resort is right on the Loh Dalum beach and has its own private beach space. The location is perfect for couples who want a time away from all the noise. Staff: All the staff was wonderful and very kind, especially the message ladies were so lovely. If one needs feedback for improvement, the bellboys could introduce the resort and the amenities while guiding the guests to their rooms. Amenities: The most stunning feature is the swimming pool overlooking the beach. The guests are free to use Kayak and paddleboard for an hour, which was nice. The rooms are a bit small, but very lovely and clean. Since the houses are built by bamboo, outside noise can be heard. The poil bar has lots of nice drinks. Thai massage overlooking the beach is a must! Cleanliness: Everything was kept very clean. The staff were cleaning the pool after it's closed. Meals: The resort restaurant has a stunning view across the beach. We initially intended on eating outside, but the view in the restaurant was perfect and lit with bamboo lights and torches, so we had our dinner at the restaurant. The meals were amazing, especially the buffet breakfast! Overall, a wonderful experience.

Best stay indeed !! Stayed at deluxe villa for 4 nights, and 1 night pool villa, very satisfied, will be one of my favorite hotels , definitely coming back again !

Rooms were large and spacious, and the pool was great! Location was perfect, only 40m walking from the pier. The beds were super hard but I think that’s the standard on the island as other friends in another hotel told us their beds were also very hard. There is a strong sewage smell at night that comes from the bathroom but again for the island I’m not sure you will find anything much better especially at short notice. I would suggest booking in advance for sure as hotels sell out quickly. The hotel was also right on the beach which was lovely.

It's just that the ebb tide is too much, it's a bit inconvenient to get wet on board and get off the boat, and it's really hard to carry luggage and climb stairs. I ’m sorry if you do n’t give it! The environment is still very good! It ’s just that I ’m going to board a plane and it ’s not convenient to get wet. Far islands! It's a bit inconvenient to bring children!

Good location, sunset on the beach, in one of the many restaurants, fire show, great for long beach walk. Restaurant in hotel is good and well decorated. Cons: Door to restroom. Win win! There is no lock, but there is no handle either. And the door is real heavy. And the cherry on the cake is the weak water pressure. Everything is just the way we like it 😅 Welcome fruits and an impressive bouquet you can see in the foto. And a super bonus so we don't feel abandoned and unnecessary - a group of cheerful mosquitoes entertained us with their flights from time to time.

Everything very good excellent big room a lot of space two TVs in the room.  Nice office area. Easy access to the beach friendly service. The only thing is that they don't have elevators so you have to go up with the stairs,  and the other thing is for four-star hotel, they don't have toothbrushes. Other than that everything was perfect price was excellent. Definitely recommend big swimming pool they also offer a bath robes 😉

The hotel is so beautiful, sea view and so quiet and peaceful too. It was a great trip in a perfect hotel. Clean and comfortable and the price most importantly is very fair

In my opinion, the best accommodation option on Koh Hai. Excellent restaurant, they cook delicious steaks. We checked in at 12 o'clock in a house on top of a hill with a stunning view from the balcony. The staff speaks excellent English, very friendly. Hornbills fly right onto the territory (near the massage), they are not afraid.

Because the room I booked in Krabi was hard to describe, I wasted a night in the hotel and went directly to Lanta. The decision was correct, I like this island very much. The hotel is halfway up the mountain. I was out of breath on the first day climbing the stairs (I don’t exercise enough), but the room is very good, with a holiday atmosphere, a large terrace where you can lie down, and the hammock is also cozy and comfortable. The service is very good, there is laundry service, island hopping day tour booking, and boat ticket booking. There is a 7/11 nearby, and there are several restaurants with good taste. It is in the south of the island, 5 kilometers away from the national park and 5 kilometers away from the main beach. Rent a small motorcycle to travel freely. The hotel is also cost-effective and worth recommending

While you are happy with the money. Your service level, your sanitary environment, your geographical location, and your various supporting facilities should also keep up. The lady in the hijab (smiling to the whites, indifferent to the Chinese), took us to the hotel room. There are two rooms available, let's just use one of them. Of course, there is really no need for our family of three. But not something you can bring to me. Because I defaulted to paying for the entire room. No matter how many rooms I think I have the right to use. (In the end we didn't use it because we didn't want to burden the cleaning staff, and indeed we didn't need it) because we were scheduled to go to Krabi Airport at 5 pm. So after hotel check out (2pm). The BOSS of the hotel arranged another villa for us to rest. Thank you so much. However, the lady at the front desk who wore a hijab led us to the living room without air conditioning. It's still hot in July. This makes me uncomfortable. I don't know if it was the headscarf lady's own idea or the decision of the hotel boss. Don't criticize me, you are picky and picky when you live in a free room. The day before, I directly mentioned how much it would cost to add money for a delayed check-out. Mr kwun said it was free. I just decided to rest at the hotel. . How could I know that the price was too high or there was no air-conditioning? It doesn't matter if I just book a cheap hotel for rest. The overall is very good, the sunset is simply invincible. There are groups of hermit crabs on the beach at night. There is nothing to say about the ecological environment. It’s just that Lanta Town is a bit poor, and the infrastructure is not comparable to that of Ao Nang, Krabi, Phuket. There are gains and losses, just go decisively if you like quietness and original ecology.

The hotel is right by the sea. The house is big and beautiful. The bed is very comfortable. The cleaning lady will also help you fold your clothes. The downside is that there are many mosquitoes. I really like the style of the hotel and it blends perfectly with the surrounding environment, similar to some domestic homestays. The facilities are a little bit old, but they have everything they should. The rooms are large and the balcony with sea view is very awkward. There are not many varieties of breakfast, but it is completely delicious. The semi-open restaurant and garden perfectly blend with the sea view, bringing a good dining mood, which is enough to offset the shortcomings of fewer varieties. The flame dance at the bar on the side is also a highlight, making the night more exciting. The only thing that is not tolerable is the problem of bath water. The water flow is often very small. When I came back from the beach and stood under the shower head. When the dripping water could not clean the sand on my body, my heart collapsed. I stood and waited for a few minutes. It took ten minutes for the water flow to return to normal levels to finish the bath. The sea and beaches of Kantian Bay are not as good as expected. I think the comments in the comments are a bit too much. After all, Thailand has many more beautiful beaches than here.
