The room looks nice. With the king size bed just for myself it was spacious. Shower was alright. The pressure of the shower could have been much better. There is not much toilet amenities, just cotton bud and shower cap provided. No tooth brush or toothpaste or combs. The room was not sound proof at all. You can hear people talking from next door or from outside the room. They refilled water bottles daily which was awesome. Staffs provided excellent service and they can speak good English as well.

number of people staying really matters to the hotel - upon checking in they will ask how many people are staying and they strictly wont allow more than 2 people in a room, its their policy - we came in a group of 3, so we need to pay additional 1000 baht per night. we stayed 3 nights so we need to pay 3000 baht upon checking in - its impossible to lie to them as their lobby is very open so they definitely can see how many of u guys coming once u drop out from your airport car - i dont mind and im not angry to the hotel because we need to respect their policy, plus the receptionist is kind and helpful, they talk to u nicely cleanliness - the room is very clean and well maintained, nothing to complain. i feel comfortable - pool is clean as well, i saw they clean the pool every morning location - the only downside of this hotel is the location. its not on the mainroad. its a bit far from the beach. - i book grab around 70baht one way to the beach and shopping streets. - i book grab around 90baht one way to aonang landmark night market - i book grab around 70baht one way to aonang muslim street food - if u’re planning to rent a motorbike then the location of this hotel doesnt really matter breakfast - all halal breakfast - variety choices of food - breakfast served from 6.30am - 11am - one male staff on duty name Music was really kind and pleasant. he always check on the guests to make sure we have a good breakfast experience in the hotel amenities - i love that this hotel uses an app for us to order additional amenities daily. its very easy and convenient - after u order from the app, the housekeeper will send the items to your room luggage storage and weighing scale - they provide luggage storage without additional service charge - and they have big weighing scale for u to weigh your luggage before going to the airport hotel lobby - the hotel lobby is open concept hence there is no aircond - so if your return flight is late at night like in my case, after checking out, we went to the nearest coffee shop to sit and relax with aircond overall experience - satisfied

One of the best hotel you can look for in Krabi. Its views are stunning. Located in the heart of AoNang. Very convenient you can find anything just in walking distance. Rooms are also spacious and clean. Definitely coming back.

Overall, a rather good value for money hotel. Big comfortable bed, 10min walk to Ao Nang beach. The shower lacks however of water pressure and the water temperature is not easy to regulate. The hotel has an activity and shuttle bus to airport service, it costs us 700 THB to go to Krabi airport for a private mini-van (4 adults + 1 kid), the price was the same outside. Had a nice evening and dinner in Ao Nang beach at the last Fisherman bar, at the very end of the Ao Nang beach front alley but much worther than other seafront restaurants, the view is much better, food is good and cheaper. The only thing is you'd better be patient, have to queue to get a table and waiters are too busy so hard to get one.

location wise not so good, quite far from krabi town & aonang beach. but good thing is the free service to aonang provided by the hotel, but it would be nice if it’s every hour as the maximum is 10 people. it is also quite dangerous as there are no street lights. overall still okok.

We had a really really great time at Aspira. The staff were really amazing and kind. The manager spoke great English so it was really easy to communicate. The rooms are big and spacious. However the one they gave us was on the highway and the soundproofing wasn't great. But we did get good sleep probably because we were really tired. They provided us with beach towels of our own when we were going to the beach. The beach is however a long walk (850 m) but they had special offer where they provided free shuttle service to the beach every two hours (no return though). The location is however in middle of what seems like a small village - town, with really great local eateries. You can go to Aonang if you want to have a night life which is 13 km away. You can also hike uphill to another Beach town. The location is ideal for a good time for Klong Muang which we believe was the best beach around the town. Explore the local food places run by women around the way to go to Klong Muang. They are super tasty at an affordable price , cook to order.

Nice a clean in a pleasant setting really nice gardens the shower is terrible no water pressure what so ever but it is a nice place. It is not close to the beach 20 min walk you would need a motorbike  Staff nice  Despite the shower I would book again although not central the location suited me  Note to hotel you need a water pump.

Very cool. We got welcome drinks which was good and refreshing. But didn’t check in before 2 pm because of so rush season. Have good breakfast but night service over phone not up to the mark. But I left my phone charger in the room but from hotel management send it to Bangkok which was really appreciable. I should mention the location was totally perfect spot because no need to walk from ferry place. Recommended.

The hotel is about 1 km from the beach but the best part is that as a Muslim traveler, the halal food is easy to get because the Ao Nang Muslim street food is in front of the hotel including the food court. The Pattani restaurant is 200 meters on your left. The famous Nasi Kerabu Ja'dam is 350 meters away on your right. Free shuttle 3x daily to the Ao Nang beach also is the bonuses offered by the hotel. Highly recommended for groups and families with young kids to stay here.

I really enjoyed my stay at the beachside resort. The location is good, just a short walk from the peer, and the staff are friendly. It’s popular with young groups so can be a bit rowdy by the pool in the afternoon, but I was able to sleep undisturbed as the bars are not immediately close to the hotel. There are some fantastic cafes close by and some nice beachfront restaurants in front of the property.

In general it was a nice stay, the pros beat the cons. The location, views and service were worth it, even after knowing more about this hotel history. The hotel is really well located, very close to the island central area and harbors (for tours and ferry). The staff was waiting us by the ferry and helped to carry the luggage back to the hotel. The staff was very friendly in general, except for some on the pool bar. The stay was very confortable and the view from the pool is stunning! The hotel is old and need some refurbishment, mainly inside the rooms, but it is understandable. Many complaints about the party noises, but I believe there are almost no place in the village to avoid them, the bars exaggerate on the ”music” bass level. The hotel supply earplugs to help with it, in case you have difficulty sleeping. The breakfast was really complete and nice, but the time to refill the stations could be improved. Another point of improvement may be the cleaning. Unfortunately, we found a insect (seemed like a roach) inside the safe.

It was great experience, if you go there you have to take water taxi ( boat with Thai guy) they try to scam you, if you ask the hotel to rent taxi it should be around 1000-1200 baht, taxi people will ask you to pay 750 baht each person, so try to not get scammed people, Service was amazing, Nature and food everything was excellent, try massage and there is cool show and activities on Fridays and Saturdays. Good luck, you won't regret it,

The hotel is overall good but our room - garden bungalow - was not comfortable for the price, it needs a big renovation. Bathroom and shower-head are outdated, shower time were not very pleasant, towels are hard and all stained, all furniture is very old. There’s no attention to details, simple things like placing a mat at the door so the room doesn’t get full of sand. Breakfast was fair and all staff were kind and attentive. The beach in front of the hotel was beautiful but a bit busy with boats and tractors coming and going. Jimmy’s Cafe was pleasant and had some good dishes.

A wonderful resort! Location: The resort is located ~10 min walk from the Phi Phi Tonsai pier and located away from all the nightclubs and noise. The resort is right on the Loh Dalum beach and has its own private beach space. The location is perfect for couples who want a time away from all the noise. Staff: All the staff was wonderful and very kind, especially the message ladies were so lovely. If one needs feedback for improvement, the bellboys could introduce the resort and the amenities while guiding the guests to their rooms. Amenities: The most stunning feature is the swimming pool overlooking the beach. The guests are free to use Kayak and paddleboard for an hour, which was nice. The rooms are a bit small, but very lovely and clean. Since the houses are built by bamboo, outside noise can be heard. The poil bar has lots of nice drinks. Thai massage overlooking the beach is a must! Cleanliness: Everything was kept very clean. The staff were cleaning the pool after it's closed. Meals: The resort restaurant has a stunning view across the beach. We initially intended on eating outside, but the view in the restaurant was perfect and lit with bamboo lights and torches, so we had our dinner at the restaurant. The meals were amazing, especially the buffet breakfast! Overall, a wonderful experience.

Best stay indeed !! Stayed at deluxe villa for 4 nights, and 1 night pool villa, very satisfied, will be one of my favorite hotels , definitely coming back again !

Rooms were large and spacious, and the pool was great! Location was perfect, only 40m walking from the pier. The beds were super hard but I think that’s the standard on the island as other friends in another hotel told us their beds were also very hard. There is a strong sewage smell at night that comes from the bathroom but again for the island I’m not sure you will find anything much better especially at short notice. I would suggest booking in advance for sure as hotels sell out quickly. The hotel was also right on the beach which was lovely.

It's just that the ebb tide is too much, it's a bit inconvenient to get wet on board and get off the boat, and it's really hard to carry luggage and climb stairs. I ’m sorry if you do n’t give it! The environment is still very good! It ’s just that I ’m going to board a plane and it ’s not convenient to get wet. Far islands! It's a bit inconvenient to bring children!

We had the best time at Twin Lotus. All employees are super nice & helpful. We stayed there for 3 nights, in the rooms near the beach,very recommended. On arrival, we received a room that had no roof to its balcony, plus it was connected to another room. The reception staff was helpful & let us move to another room with the required balcony roof for the following 2 nights. Breakfast is good and varied. We chose to use the hotel's offers for a rented motorbike & and island hopping, although you can find it cheaper in town. But you can try and negotiate if you'd like. All in all, I highly recommend staying at the twin lotus hotel.

Everything very good excellent big room a lot of space two TVs in the room.  Nice office area. Easy access to the beach friendly service. The only thing is that they don't have elevators so you have to go up with the stairs,  and the other thing is for four-star hotel, they don't have toothbrushes. Other than that everything was perfect price was excellent. Definitely recommend big swimming pool they also offer a bath robes 😉

The hotel is so beautiful, sea view and so quiet and peaceful too. It was a great trip in a perfect hotel. Clean and comfortable and the price most importantly is very fair

In my opinion, the best accommodation option on Koh Hai. Excellent restaurant, they cook delicious steaks. We checked in at 12 o'clock in a house on top of a hill with a stunning view from the balcony. The staff speaks excellent English, very friendly. Hornbills fly right onto the territory (near the massage), they are not afraid.

Because the room I booked in Krabi was hard to describe, I wasted a night in the hotel and went directly to Lanta. The decision was correct, I like this island very much. The hotel is halfway up the mountain. I was out of breath on the first day climbing the stairs (I don’t exercise enough), but the room is very good, with a holiday atmosphere, a large terrace where you can lie down, and the hammock is also cozy and comfortable. The service is very good, there is laundry service, island hopping day tour booking, and boat ticket booking. There is a 7/11 nearby, and there are several restaurants with good taste. It is in the south of the island, 5 kilometers away from the national park and 5 kilometers away from the main beach. Rent a small motorcycle to travel freely. The hotel is also cost-effective and worth recommending

The hotel is right by the sea. The house is big and beautiful. The bed is very comfortable. The cleaning lady will also help you fold your clothes. The downside is that there are many mosquitoes. It is not close to the lively areas. So, if you don't drive, it is not very convenient to travel. Maybe this is why the room price is not expensive. If you drive yourself, you can consider it! By the way, the sunset is very beautiful... Although it is off-season, I still saw a sunset during my stay. Hahaha

Have a wonderful holiday on Koh Lanta! The hotel exceeded all expectations. Cozy rooms, very clean and well-groomed areas. There are cats living in the hotel, it's just amazing and wonderful. Cats are my love, they create comfort and a homely atmosphere. I especially want to mention the wonderful host, who made our stay especially memorable with his hospitality and care for the guests. Very nice and decent family. The hotel has everything you need: excursions, tours, transfers, books, games, hair dryer, there is even a first aid kit. Close to the sea, from a cafe, around the corner from 7-eleven. And I also want to repeat: the hotel is very, very clean. The cats are well-groomed and also very clean and affectionate ❤️. We changed several hotels on Koh Lanta - this is the best. I would happily stay if I didn’t have a reservation on another island. We will definitely come back here again.

The overall is very good, the sunset is simply invincible. There are groups of hermit crabs on the beach at night. There is nothing to say about the ecological environment. It’s just that Lanta Town is a bit poor, and the infrastructure is not comparable to that of Ao Nang, Krabi, Phuket. However, the lady at the front desk who wore a hijab led us to the living room without air conditioning. It's still hot in July. This makes me uncomfortable. I don't know if it was the headscarf lady's own idea or the decision of the hotel boss. Don't criticize me, you are picky and picky when you live in a free room. The day before, I directly mentioned how much it would cost to add money for a delayed check-out. Mr kwun said it was free. I just decided to rest at the hotel. . How could I know that the price was too high or there was no air-conditioning? It doesn't matter if I just book a cheap hotel for rest. I really like the style of the hotel and it blends perfectly with the surrounding environment, similar to some domestic homestays. The facilities are a little bit old, but they have everything they should. The rooms are large and the balcony with sea view is very awkward. There are not many varieties of breakfast, but it is completely delicious. The semi-open restaurant and garden perfectly blend with the sea view, bringing a good dining mood, which is enough to offset the shortcomings of fewer varieties. The flame dance at the bar on the side is also a highlight, making the night more exciting. The only thing that is not tolerable is the problem of bath water. The water flow is often very small. When I came back from the beach and stood under the shower head. When the dripping water could not clean the sand on my body, my heart collapsed. I stood and waited for a few minutes. It took ten minutes for the water flow to return to normal levels to finish the bath. The sea and beaches of Kantian Bay are not as good as expected. I think the comments in the comments are a bit too much. After all, Thailand has many more beautiful beaches than here.
