I really enjoyed my stay there. The place were so nice and cozy. Close to main street but very quiet. The only bad thing that took down my overall grading was that the insects net didn’t close fully so I had a lot of mosquito bites when I woke up day 2. But that was it. The rest were good there. Didn’t try their breakfast so can’t give an honest review about that.

It has swimming pool, kids zone, bar etc. Breakfast is good. Room is good. Services are amenities are good. The toilet floor is not well designed to drain the water. Towels are not white, so cleanliness not clearly understood. Swimming pool is not cleaned properly. Overall impression is good.

I stayed in a room with direct access to the pool, which was definitely a highlight—very convenient to hop in and out. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, although not all rooms come with a bathtub, which was a bit of a letdown. The air-conditioning works well and keeps the room nice and cool. However, the hot water in the shower takes too long to kick in, which can be frustrating. TV channels are quite limited, but thankfully, I was able to connect my own Chromecast to stream Netflix. The pool is quite small and doesn’t offer any views. While the depth is stated as 1.4m, it feels more like 1.5–1.6m, which might be a concern for some. Breakfast was underwhelming. At 300 baht, it felt overpriced considering the limited variety and average quality. There are definitely better and more affordable food options just outside the hotel. On the bright side, the staff were friendly and helpful, especially with directions and recommendations around the area. Also, the cleanliness of the hotel was excellent—everything felt very well-maintained and tidy throughout my stay. Overall, it’s a decent choice if you want direct pool access and a clean environment, but there’s room for improvement in areas like breakfast and bathroom facilities.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The spacious room with an amazing view was even better thanks to a free upgrade. The location is ideal, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Friendly customer service and a great breakfast made the experience even better. Highly recommended

The Deevana Plaza Krabi Ao Nang has a great location, making it easy to explore the area. The lobby is welcoming and nicely designed, and the pool area is clean and well-maintained. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, there were several downsides that made the experience less enjoyable. The bathroom in our room was very old and outdated, with poor drainage that caused the shower to flood. The grout was dirty, and the bathroom itself was quite dark, making it feel uninviting. Another issue was the cleanliness in the hallways—room service trays and leftover food were left sitting out for days without being cleared, which wasn’t pleasant to see. The hotel appears to be divided into two sections, with one part seeming much older and clearly in need of renovation. One of the most concerning aspects was the lack of security. It was surprisingly easy for anyone not staying at the hotel to enter and go directly to the rooms, which made us feel quite unsafe. Overall, while the location and staff were positives, the outdated facilities, cleanliness issues, and security concerns would make me think twice before staying here again.

Very fast Check-in and check-out, clear information provided at check in about the hotel services ( including the van transfer to the beachfront areas and the optional breakfast). My Superior room on the second floor was large and clean, with a lovely pool view balcony. I had a pleasant stay and wished that I could stay longer. High value for the price I paid.

I recently stayed at what was advertised as a 4-star hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was far from impressive. The lobby area looked pristine, and the hotel certainly took pride in its public spaces, but the room left much to be desired. When we walked in, it was immediately apparent that the room was not cleaned thoroughly. It seemed like they cleaned around the room rather than doing a deep clean. There were dead bugs on the wall, which was pretty off-putting, and the hand-held bidet was in an unacceptable state. It wasn’t cleaned before we arrived, nor was it attended to during our stay. For a hotel that supposedly offers a high standard, these oversights were shocking. Given the hefty price we paid—more than what I’ve spent at 5-star hotels—I expected far better. The room itself was disappointing and clearly not maintained to the standard one would expect from a hotel of this supposed calibre. For the money, this hotel did not deliver the quality it promised. Adding to the disappointment, the breakfast experience was just as underwhelming as the room. The hotel proudly claims that their bakery items are baked in-house, even displaying this in the restaurant—but this couldn’t be further from the truth. There wasn’t a single trace of fresh bakery aroma, and the items served looked and tasted like they came straight out of a supermarket package. The overall breakfast selection was poor, lacking variety and freshness. Despite having paid for it as part of our stay, we ended up choosing not to eat there after the first attempt. The tea was weak and flavorless, and the machine-made hot drinks were almost undrinkable. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay premium prices, expecting 4-star quality, only to receive service and amenities that wouldn’t pass for a 3-star. This stay was a major letdown from start to finish.

They give us welcome drink when we arrive to check in. Great location, in front of the hotel there is night market, and walking only around 3 minutes you can find many restaurants, shops, clinics, etc. Behind the hotel is the limestone mountain. Big room with king size bed, they have swimming pool, spacious breakfast area and also delicious breakfast (no pork). They provide swimming towel and beach towel which can be rented for free. We order room service for dinner and really tasty : tom yum koong, chicken green curry, spicy fried chicken with cashew, 2 rice,1 fruit for 650baht.

In my opinion, the best accommodation option on Koh Hai. Excellent restaurant, they cook delicious steaks. We checked in at 12 o'clock in a house on top of a hill with a stunning view from the balcony. The staff speaks excellent English, very friendly. Hornbills fly right onto the territory (near the massage), they are not afraid.

A peaceful, quiet, and relaxing resort by Khlong Dao Beach. We liked that it is an adult only place, and the location was perfect for excursions to neighoring islands as it is very close to two piers. A day trip to Four Islands and Phi Phi is highly recommended, and the resort offers various activity options at reasonable prices. Although the breakfast menu was mainly Western (we hardly saw any Asians staying at this resort), the food was nice and we particularly liked that they had a cold room to keep dairy items, veges, and fruits fresh! If you wanted to spend more time in actual Krabi, this resort may not work for you as it is on Koh Lanta island which is about 150mins away from Krabi International Airport.

DDr. IsauraI recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Cha-Cha Krabi Beachfront Resort for 5 days and 4 nights, booking through Trip.com. Our family of six, including two adults and four children, found the family room spacious and comfortable, perfectly accommodating our needs. The room was cozy, providing a serene retreat after our daily adventures. The resort’s staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a warm smile. We particularly appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to Ao Nang Beach, operating every two hours starting at noon, which made exploring the area convenient. While the beachfront location offered stunning views, it’s worth noting that the beach itself isn’t ideal for swimming due to its rocky nature. However, the multiple swimming pools on-site more than made up for this, providing ample opportunities for relaxation and play. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, ensuring a satisfying start to each day. The tranquil and calming atmosphere of the resort made our stay truly rejuvenating. Although it may not boast a five-star rating, the quality of service and amenities provided a delightful experience. We’re already looking forward to our next visit to Villa Cha-Cha Krabi Beachfront Resort. Thank you for the surprise birthday cake too! 🥰

AAimee.CA Mixed Honeymoon Experience at Pakasai Resort, Krabi 💚 My husband and I recently stayed at Pakasai Resort in Krabi for our honeymoon, spending 6 days and 5 nights in their charming Honeymoon Chalet (Room 423). While the resort’s eco-friendly concept and tranquil natural environment created a memorable stay, our experience was a mix of highs and lows due to varying levels of service. On a positive note, we were thoroughly impressed by the outstanding hospitality of Hakim and Ibrahim, two staff members who truly went above and beyond. Hakim (the one who attached in photo with loved one) welcomed us warmly on our first night, providing fantastic recommendations for must-visit spots in Krabi, which really enhanced our trip. Ibrahim (didn’t get a chance to take a photo, he was on his off day during our last day in Pakasai) was equally helpful, especially when he assisted us with our heavy baggage to our chalet, located at the highest point of the resort. His suggestion to rent a bike in Krabi made exploring the area more enjoyable and convenient. However, our experience at the front desk left us feeling disappointed and disrespected. After a tiring walk back from Aonang Landmark Night Market for 20 minutes, my husband and I were exhausted and thirsty. We decided to rest at the lobby and politely asked the receptionist named Pin, if we could have some water to drink. Her response was curt and dismissive: “Here don’t have water. If you want water, you can go to the restaurant to buy it,” she said, pointing to the restaurant without a smile. As me and my loved one came with a background in hospitality, we found this interaction unprofessional and lacking in basic courtesy. What made it worse was witnessing her behavior toward other guests shortly after. When a few Western guests arrived, her demeanor completely changed—she greeted them warmly, with smiles and respect. This stark contrast made me question whether there was a double standard in how Asian and Western guests are treated. Despite this incident, Pakasai Resort has much to offer, with its peaceful environment, eco-conscious practices, and the strong hospitality of most staff members. I would also like to kindly request that management recognizes Hakim and Ibrahim for their outstanding service, as their dedication truly made our stay memorable. Staff like them are an asset to the resort and should be rewarded for their exceptional efforts. To Pakasai Resort management, I hope you can address inconsistencies in service to ensure every guest feels valued, respected, and welcomed equally.

RRe!Re!Lovely resort with a great pool area. We stayed in garden villa facing to the pool. The room and bathroom was spacious and look the same in the pictures. Bed is hard as rock. AC worked well. Also, the resort is in a good location right on the beach and close to shops, restaurants and long tail boats ticket. However, there are too many things that need to be improved - 1 key per room is a bad idea and inconvenient. I know the owner wants to save an electricity bill and try to keep its green. - Hot water in the shower didn’t work properly - Most staff look miserable, unfriendly and unprofessional. They need intense training about customer service and communication. - Breakfast was alright, not variety. Everyday food stand cold and always run out. It’s not promptly refilled. Taste was not bad. Juice is cordial not fresh one. Coffee machine looks dirty and tired and could be long line when it’s busy - Housekeeper came very late each day and they didn’t pick up room service dishes until we checked out - Bed linens and pool towels look old and tired. Need changed - Wifi was very slow and it kept dropped out. - the item cost lists made us feel a bit no courtesy and too stingy but it’s understandable. If the management could improve all those issues, this resort would be a great place to stay. Overall for us, we enjoyed our stay here.

AAnonymous UserAs a guest at Andakiri Pool Villa, I was initially impressed with the spaciousness and comfort of the room. The size of the room was generous and provided ample space to relax and unwind. The surrounding natural scenery was also quite pleasant, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere. One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the private pool. It was well-maintained and offered a refreshing and enjoyable experience. I appreciated having this exclusive amenity to enjoy at my leisure. The staff members at Andakiri Pool Villa were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They were always available to assist with any inquiries or requests, which added to a positive overall experience. However, I did encounter a significant issue during my stay - an ant infestation in the room. Unfortunately, there were possibly hundreds of ants crawling on different surfaces, including the bed and various other areas where ants are certainly unwelcome. This was particularly disappointing, as it detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay. It was clear that more attention needed to be paid to keeping the facilities clean and addressing this infestation promptly. While Andakiri Pool Villa has many positive aspects, such as the spacious room, pleasant natural surroundings, and helpful staff, it is essential that the issue of the ant infestation is urgently addressed. I would strongly recommend that the management takes immediate action to tackle this issue and ensure a clean and comfortable environment for future guests.
