We spent a night in this hotel in the latter part om March. It's situated ”upstairs” in a hotelbuilding in the central parts of Västerås. The receptionist was very, very pleasant and welcomed us, gave us the keys to the room and welcomed us to a free dinner (buffet) at the restaurang. I have to say that the dinner was very good (chicken) and also with a different vegetables to add at the plate. The breakfast was very good as well. To return? Of course. We were very satisfied with everything at the hotel. One disadvantage: We had to park at a parking lot about 500 meters from the hotel so the place of the hotel is not ideal if you come by car. But, if you dont have any handicap or coming with a lot of heavey suitcases, it's no problem.

I had a single room, which was really shabby. It should have been renovated several years ago. Old worn furniture, poor bed, bath room with mildew. The bath room was also not cleaned well. Superficially clean, but dirty in the corners. The breakfast was only acceptable not more - poor coffee, soggy bread, variety definitely below three stat level. My colleague had a double room which seemed to be better ( haven’t seen it). The location is not nice at a main street, but easily to access.
