The furnitures are kind of wornt out snd the bed sheets have so many stains and marked of molds. We booked different rooms and for suite rooms, when we asked for bathrobe, they don't want to provide because our room is only suite. We're just asking for bathrobe, which I think is basic.

Why it's Great: • For Friends: The beds are so comfy, you'll feel like you're cheating on your actual bed. Great pool for that ”we're still talking business but mostly sunbathing” vibe. • For Business Trips: Excellent Wi-Fi and work desks in the room, so you can pretend to be productive while secretly plotting your next island hop. The staff is so accommodating, they'd probably attend your conference call if you asked. Bottom Line: A jungle-chic corporate retreat where you finally figure out the difference between a work trip and a vacation. (There is none, it's just a nicer pool.) Roaring good time! 🦁💼😎

This hotel is in an excellent location, right next to the airport, which makes it incredibly convenient for travelers. They offer a free shuttle to the airport, which was very helpful. The breakfast was also decent, with enough variety to start the day well. Although my check-in experience wasn’t perfect, the staff handled it as best they could. My room wasn’t ready when I arrived, and since the hotel was fully booked, I didn’t get the twin room I had reserved. However, they were quick to accommodate my family by adding an extra bed for the kids, which made the situation more manageable. Overall, the location, amenities, and helpful staff make this hotel a solid choice for airport travelers. With a little improvement in managing bookings, it would be even better.

Hotel is surprisingly great for its price! With just some few bucks to add vs the usual lodge/backpacker rates, you will get far superior amenities, room size and service as a whole. The hotel owner is the same with Zuri Resort by the bay, and the adjacent Westown Lagoon. Staffs are friendly and accommodating. Hotel facade, pool and bar and restaraunt are also great. They got three or four pools. The rooms are okay, not as pleasant as the hotel facade but still are in good condition and still comfortable. The only downside would be the location, its 5-6km away from the town proper - will take around 10mins via tuktuk/tricyle. Bfast buffet is just okay. Not a lot of choices but still good. Overall, still a good experience for the price.

White Breeze was a great stay, the staff were lovely and accommodating, always greeting us with a smile :) Breakfast was worth the extra few pounds and it also provides free filtered water. However the location was quite remote but they can call a tricycle for you which is roughly 150 pesos to get to the centre.

The view from the window overlooking the bay is breathtaking—definitely avoid rooms with a different view! The staff is fantastic, especially the reception team: incredibly friendly, always ready to help, and full of great recommendations for restaurants and activities. Big thanks to them for that! The restaurant service is good, but the food was underwhelming—breakfasts were quite basic. Only a few dishes on the menu were tasty; the rest need improvement. They should really revamp their offerings. The rooms are spotless, and housekeeping does an excellent job. The pool looks beautiful and well-maintained, but there’s an issue with unpleasant odors from the port, which sometimes makes swimming less appealing. The gym is poorly equipped—it could use more machines or at least an Olympic bar.

A wonderful place to stop. We had a cozy, spacious bungalow with a small terrace. The only thing missing was a refrigerator, but this did not affect the overall impression. We arrived around 2 am, they waited for us and checked us in, despite the fact that check-in was until 10:30 pm. Well-groomed territory, stunning garden of plants. The hotel has a spa and good massage. Convenient location - a little away from the bustle, has its own beach. There are hotels nearby without a beach with a paved promenade. We took diving elsewhere, since everything was booked at the hotel. We had a room without breakfast. You can take it and pay on the spot. We had breakfast in different places, all within a 5-minute walking distance. In search of dinner, we went to several places, and in the end it turned out that this hotel had the most delicious food. Special thanks to the cook!

TTeeks Pros: Our stay at Piece Lio was decent overall. The aesthetics matched the pictures online, and the studio was spacious with a lovely balcony view overlooking the rainforest. I really appreciated the Dyson hairdryer in the room, which made things much easier with long hair. The staff were friendly, polite, and kind, thank you guys! Cons: There were some small issues in the room, such as paint patches peeling off and small holes near the window shutters, which need attention, especially for a fairly new hotel. The biggest disappointment was discovering that there is no gym or spa, even though both are listed in the hotel’s description. This may not be a big deal for everyone, but it was for us since we had planned our trip around maintaining our fitness and relaxation routine. Instead, guests are given access to facilities within the same hospitality group. The gym and spa are located offsite, about 15 minutes away in town. While the hotel provides free shuttle service to and from that location, the drive feels much longer than expected due to island roads. The gym is small with basic equipment, and the spa, called Rituals Health and Spa, felt old and in need of renovation. Breakfast was average and not really to our liking. It was also inconvenient because most restaurants at Lio Beach do not open until around 10 a.m., leaving limited early morning options. We ended up eating at another nearby hotel restaurant, Molave, which was the only one open at that time. One of the staff members incorrectly told us there were other options available earlier, which suggests a need for better training and communication. Another issue was with a pre-booked van ride to one of the beaches. We had confirmed it via WhatsApp, but when we went downstairs, the staff had no record of it. To their credit, they handled the situation professionally and offered us a free one-way ride to make up for the inconvenience. Overall: The staff were warm and helpful, but management needs to improve communication, training, and most importantly, the accuracy of the facilities listed online. It feels misleading to advertise a gym and spa that are not actually part of the hotel. The lack of an in-house restaurant was also inconvenient, especially when you want a quick meal without leaving the property. If the hotel eventually adds its own spa and gym, it would be a much better experience. We did recommend it to friends for a short stay before their flight, but I would not suggest booking it if your priority is having fitness and spa facilities in one place. Overall, would return it they added the facilities! P.S. there’s cats! I’m not a cats person so it was a little uncomfortable to have them downstairs in the lobby area .

LLunate sigmaHonest Review Pros: - The lady who was in charge (We think she's the manager) is really nice and helpful. - Distance: THIS WAS THE ULTIMATE DEAL. Hotel is near the beach and most of the local restaurants so we didn't experience any problem. (I recommend the cafe and 'Terminal' near the beach 😊) - AC and the room was perfect. It was really hot outside and the temp plus the room felt really homey and comfy - The hotel was really pretty or what we call aesthetic. My baby really liked the designs - Free breakfast and coffee was a good deal, but don't expect too much. - How much we got the reservation for 3d2n. Great offer from this app :) - Staff are nice especially the ones in the restaurant. Wasn't able to ask her name but she was a waiter there and also served our food (afternoon) and the guy who was at the front desk when we checked out Cons: - Service fee. I do understand that this is necessary to support the staff, but if you are on a tight budget it might be better to eat outside (sorry...) - Food was too expensive for the quality and the quantity... I recommend the chicken inasal since it had a big portion. - Room service and cleanliness - Manager said we could ask for a room service and we could just call them of we need one. We called them on our second day and we waited until our stay ended but no onr came to clean 😅 The girl who answered the phone was kinda masungit or maybe it was the tone of her voice. She told me that they are quiet busy at the moment and told me to just wait - I do understand if they're short staffed or something? But the dirt was kinda bothering us already so we just tried to clean the room on our own - Cockroaches and ants. So in connection to my previous review... Yes, there are cockroaches in the room especially the bathroom. It doesn't help that they don't clean the rooms daily. - Breakfast is not a room service. You have to go down to the restaurant and eat it there. - Room view. Our room was in the corner of the hotel. Our view was okay because we are can view the pool... And our neighbors ac unit lmao. On the plus side since the units were emitting hot air, it was easier for us to dry our towels 😂 It was really different from the picture. - Pool was kinda dirty - Overpriced goods. They have a mini store in the hotel but it would be better to pack up snacks or drinks before coming here. - OUTSIDE FOOD ARE NOT ALLOWED. Better be careful when bringing meals in the hotel. Even after listing this, we would still love to come back and stay here. I do hope they give us a better room next time 😅

GGuest UserMantiloc resort is a paradise. If you are looking for a relaxing time in a unique spot this place is for you. The staff are so kind and helpful, they make it an amazing stay. The half day boat trip is also well worth it and one of the best parts of our trip. The menu could do with being expanded, with more vegetarian and vegan options. Also a barista coffee option would make it perfect., though a nespresso machine was a available upon request

MMayaaaaaFrom the moment we began our journey with the hotel’s private transfer service, everything was exceptional. The staff’s friendliness is truly top-notch—they made us feel welcome and cared for every step of the way. Their private port is a total game-changer: no long lines, no hassle, and a smooth, stress-free process from pick-up to drop-off. The team at the port was incredibly warm and accommodating, and the fresh welcome drinks were a delightful treat you must try! The boat ride itself was seamless, and having priority access meant we bypassed travel taxes and lines entirely—highly recommend this service! Upon arrival at the hotel, we were greeted with big smiles and warm hearts. The welcome surprise waiting in our room was such a thoughtful touch—it made us feel instantly special. As for the amenities, it’s clear they’re working on upgrades, and we’re excited to see what’s to come. We had a blast playing table tennis, though the balls could use a refresh. One small wish—we’d love for the pool hours to extend a little later! Now, a special shoutout to the dream team: Mund, Gie, Gino, Noel and Sandy—our private tour guides who went above and beyond in every way. They made us feel like royalty! Always attentive, always caring, and full of heart. I even had a minor accident and bruised my leg, and their first-aid response was immediate and professional. Without a doubt, we highly recommend booking a private tour with them. It’s not just a tour—it’s a memorable experience led by the kindest, most amazing people. Can’t wait to return! P.s their private pier are the best for sunset

AAnonymous UserCasalay Resort truly felt like a home away from home. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the amazing staff who made us feel like family. Everyone was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and genuinely caring — we especially loved catching up with them after our daily activities. It’s those small, personal touches that made our stay so special and unforgettable. The resort itself is a peaceful and beautiful escape — the villas are charming and surrounded by nature. Breakfast was always delicious and filling, the perfect way to start each day. We do have a few small suggestions that might make future stays even better: 1. Blackout curtains on the villa verandas for those who like to sleep in. 2. Clothing hooks in the shower or changing rooms would be super convenient. 3. It would be great to have an option for two queen beds in rooms, especially for friends traveling together. 4. And if all villas are fully booked, we think it would be such a lovely idea for the resort to organize a long dinner or a small evening activity for all guests to connect and enjoy the evening together under the stars. Overall, we had an amazing experience and are already looking forward to coming back. Thank you again to the entire Casalay team for making our stay so warm, relaxing, and memorable. We’ll definitely be recommending your resort to our family and friends — 100% love and appreciation from us to all of you!

JjshoggStayed here due to lack of options frankly when booking a hotel for Coron. It obviously fancies itself as a nice resort but it's slightly on the tacky side. To be clear, the staff are very nice and check in was smooth. The pool area resembles that of a slightly tacky European resort and isn't as fancy as it wants to be. The breakfast was lacking and pretty basic. The room is nice and clean. The resort is a bit far out of the town but that's not a bad thing. A tricycle is 40 pesos per person. The hotel transfer from the airport was more expensive than hotels which are closer to the town and so further from the airport! Overall it's fine but we stayed in another hotel in Coron after this one and preferred that one. I probably wouldn't stay here again. It's certainly not bad but not superb for the price.

ААндрей ХарактеровThis hotel was our first introduction to the Philippine islands. We specifically chose it because it's conveniently located for trips to see dugongs and turtles in the ocean, and it totally paid off. The excursion was simply excellent. Even though a typhoon had passed through the island just a few days before our arrival, we were met with a clean hotel. They had managed to get it almost completely back in order. The beach area was leveled and cleared. There's a long jetty for swimming. We were checked into a spacious room with an ocean view. Big props to the hotel staff for their eagerness to please us. They gave us a free early check-in since we arrived around 9 AM. Near the hotel, there's a small village where you can buy alcohol, fruits, and snacks, but the best part is the magnificent nature of this place. We were simply charmed. In the evening, after returning from a walk, we saw that a candlelit dinner table had been specially set up for us on the oceanfront. We were served a very delicious dinner and had a wonderful evening. On the day of our departure, we were unexpectedly told that we would be transferred to our next hotel on the island free of charge. You don't often encounter such attentiveness, and it was a very pleasant surprise. We would have gladly stayed longer in this lovely place to enjoy its hospitality and incredible local scenery, and to visit the safari park. Definitely recommend!
