Excellent choice. We had a great 3 night stay which became very convenient due to interconnecting rooms. Service was fast, walkable to Thamel, great food at Japanese K2SH and Kava restaurants. No complains except the actual room size is very small. Thanks to staff.

Everything was just perfect! Had I known this hotel earlier, I kist have been stayed longer. The buffet food was exceptional. The service they gave was outstanding. I had a problem with my bath tub and fridge but both were solved quickly. Location is exceptional. In less than a minute, you’ll find numerous souvenir shops and restaurants. You can even walk to Durbar Square and Monkey Temple like what I did! My room with the bathtub and balcony was supra relaxing, the bed was ultra comfy. The garden cafe is a plus. Will definitely book here again. Highly recommended!

The manager of this hotel is very smart. I was scammed and was ripped off of hundreds of dollars. It cost me US$130 to travel from Kathmandu to Lumbini, Lumbini to Pokhara, and Pokhara to Kathmandu. The actual ticket price is about 10,000 rupees, equivalent to RMB 570. It is recommended that you do not book bus tickets at the hotel. It is not recommended to take a bus from Kathmandu to Lumbini in Nepal. The 360 ​​kilometers takes 12 hours. Air tickets can be booked on ** for less than 690 yuan. The hotel costs 120 US dollars, which is too expensive. In short, it is best not to book any other services at the hotel when traveling to Nepal. For example, hotel pick-up and drop-off costs 10 US dollars, while calling a taxi by yourself only costs 800 rupees and 45 yuan.

The rooms were clean and spacious, with a very comfortable bed and a much appreciated/needed balcony for drying the soaking clothes after our rainy hike. The service was quick and friendly, starting with the very nice security guard at the gate and ending with the front desk employees who were efficient and polite. The only real downside was that the hot water wasn't really working well at all in the shower, which was a bit of an issue considering I was in dire need of a good shower after my hike. But overall, a great value for anyone looking to stay in downtown Kathmandu in a convenient location!

The location is in the downtown area. After entering the gate, you have to walk a long way inside to get there. It is still quite quiet. The room is not very big. The facilities are also average. The shower water is not bad. The service score is not too high, mainly because we booked so far in advance. As a result, when we arrived, they said they couldn't find our order. It took a long time. Room was very small which I did not expect . The room I book was deluxe room but it does not look like at all . I told them upon check out but I got the answer ,it is a deluxe room so better property should change the name as standard. Staff was telling something we should ask upon check if want to have bigger room or something which does not make any sense to me. They should give us more information or choice if there is . They should not pass the ball to us saying we are the one should ask for it. Anyway staff were polite and very helpful .

We had a pleasant 5 night stay in Skye Inn. The hotel provided free pickup from the airport. The staff were very friendly. The daily buffet breakfast was tasty with some changes in the menu every day. Masala tea could be ordered for breakfast and it tasted well. The hotel was right in the middle of Thamel and we could just explore the area freely on foot. The director of the hotel, Mr Dinanath Panta, arranged a 3 day private excursion of Kathmandu for us with a guide and driver using a 6 seater van of the hotel at reasonable price. We would definitely stay in the hotel again if we were to come back to Kathmandu.

The hotel is in a good location, about 5 minutes away from Boudha Square. The rooms are spacious. The rooms on the higher floors can directly see Boudha and the city of Kathmandu. The hotel is newly built, so it is still very clean. The front desk can help call a taxi, but there is no money exchange. The facilities are average, the breakfast tastes average, people take a shower together or the water is not hot at night. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The cafe is excellent and offers a very delicious breakfast. Location is also very good. Room is a bit old and furniture are not very nice. I would recommend the management to renovate room 36. 😉

Amazing location (walking distance of the patan main attractions 5 min and around 10-16 min from the airport - if no traffic); hotel is located in a quiet place although very central. I arrived at 2 AM to the hotel, called the hotel to inform that I was going to arrive late and the staff went to pick me up in the street. Staff is AMAZING and very kindly!! Breakfast amazing (eggs;fruit;toast;muesli; coffee; tea - all included and in can choose); room very cozy; NO HOT WATER! For the hair dryer, you have to ask in the reception to borrow. Please remind to bring toothbrush, paste and basic necessaries. The hotel will give towels, shampoo and soap.
