JenJen KiwiBerryWe stayed in a 2 queen bed room for a night. The room is clean and comfortable. The location is perfect and just a walking distance to Empire Hextar Mall. I liked the atmosphere here. Amazing pool view and the sunrise view.

Wayhidah UsopOverall, it's okay. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Even though it's an older hotel, it's still decent. It's near the Shah Alam mosque and next to a shopping complex. There are many dining options, including food trucks in the residential area behind the hotel.

よーこかかI chose this hotel because there was a concert nearby. The staff and the receptionists were very kind and helpful, which was great. However, it was further from the concert venue than I expected, and I had to use Grab to get there. It was also a bit disappointing that there wasn't a washing machine, as I was hoping for one.

Guest UserWe enjoyed the breakfast spread during our stay. With eight adults and one toddler, the wide variety—from local and Mediterranean to Japanese, Chinese, vegan, and international options—ensured there was something for everyone. Our only suggestion would be to replace the pillows, as they felt rather flat and lifeless, making them too soft for a comfortable night’s sleep. Overall we had a pleasant stay .

Guest UserConveniently located next to KLIA2 terminal. It is an ideal location for me as I flew into KLIA2 and then my next journey the next day will be from KLIA2. The location is convenient as it is literally next to the terminal. The hotel was not very well maintained although everything works. Staff service was great. The lobby looks OK but the room is a bit dated.

Guest UserWe came here for a quick, totally unplanned getaway with the family and ended up having a really good time. We booked 3 rooms, and the resort worked really well for a family trip. The location is probably one of the best things about the resort. It’s close to the city and all the activities, but once you’re inside the resort, the city is mostly out of view, so it still feels like a proper getaway. The food was surprisingly good. We went to Ahan twice, once for dinner and again for lunch and enjoyed both visits. The hotel breakfast was fine too, with plenty of choices, although nothing particularly special.
The buggy service was helpful whenever one was available. During busier times, it could be a little difficult to get one, so we simply used our own car to get around the other areas. It wasn’t really a problem for us. There are plenty of activities around. We went go-karting, played golf, took the kids to the waterpark, and tried the VR, which was actually really fun. We enjoyed it so much that we went back for VR a second time! Another nice touch is the 24-hour self-service shop. Late at night, we even ordered pizza for the kids, and surprisingly, Grab delivery was able to reach the resort. Overall, there are plenty of activities, restaurants and different types of rooms to choose from. For an unplanned family getaway, we had a really enjoyable stay and would definitely consider coming back again.

Sub_ZeroThe room was incredibly small, so tiny that it was difficult to even open a suitcase! There were no amenities nearby; the closest convenience store and restaurant were a 15-20 minute walk away. To enforce their no-smoking policy, they even locked the room windows to ensure you'd be caught and fined if you smoked. I couldn't even open a window to air out the room or get some fresh air. This is the first time I've encountered such a bizarre situation. I definitely won't be staying here again.

Food Channel源师傅Great convenient location with two supermarkets downstairs. Based on available information, ”Sleepy Bear Hospitality” primarily refers to a serviced apartment management brand (often called Sleepy Bear in English) operating in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, Malaysia, specializing in apartment-style accommodations with facilities like kitchens and washing machines.
· 💡 Key Features: Mostly self-check-in, usually offering a gym and pool. However, as it's not a traditional hotel, service response times are often criticized.
· 📍 Main Branches: Several locations in and around Kuala Lumpur, with varying reputations. Popular choices include:
· HighPark Suites: Located in Petaling Jaya, opened in 2024, one of their more representative properties.
· Sleepy Bear's Arte Plus: Located in Ampang, Kuala Lumpur, newly opened in 2026.
· Anggun Residence: Located in Kuala Lumpur city center, near the Petronas Twin Towers.
⚠️ Important to note:
· Authenticity Check: This is completely different from Vanke's high-end cultural hotel ”You Xiong.” There are also other similarly named hotel companies in China, so pay attention to the distinction when booking.
· Common Complaints: Service is the biggest drawback, with frequent complaints about long waits for check-in, unresponsive customer service, and even difficulty getting room cards. Additionally, bedding tends to be soft, and some mattresses are sagging. It's advisable to proactively contact them in advance after booking to confirm check-in procedures.
If you're interested in a specific branch, let me know, and I can look into more detailed guest experiences for you.

Guest UserWe used the Ibis Styles Kuala Lumpur Airport for a short overnight stay before our connecting flight and were generally satisfied.
The hotel is very practical for a stay near the airport. The rooms were clean, functionally furnished, and perfectly adequate for one night. The staff was friendly and helpful. We couldn't make use of the breakfast due to our early departure.
The uncomplicated location in conjunction with an early departure the next morning was particularly important to us. For that purpose, the hotel is very well suited.
From our perspective, anyone looking for a comfortable and reasonably priced airport hotel for a stopover can definitely choose the Ibis Styles Kuala Lumpur Airport.
Many thanks to the team for the pleasant stay.
