The hotel's location is very convenient, close to both the Georgetown food streets and attractions. The staff's service attitude was exceptional; every employee was warm and friendly, making both check-in and check-out processes smooth. It really made us feel right at home.
The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable, allowing for a truly relaxing stay. The hotel also offers free self-service laundry, which is incredibly convenient for travelers staying a few days, eliminating the need to find an external laundromat. In addition, there's a complimentary indoor swimming pool and gym, both with new and well-maintained facilities.

"Overall, our stay at this hotel was really pleasant and we had a great experience. However, there was one unfortunate incident that left us quite disappointed.
About half an hour after checking out, I realised that my baby’s shoes had been accidentally left behind in the hotel room. I immediately called the reception and asked if the cleaner or the relevant department could keep the shoes at the lobby, as I was already making a U-turn and was on my way back to collect them.
Unfortunately, I was informed that the cleaner could not find anything in the room. I am 100% certain that the shoes were left there, which made the situation quite disappointing.
I understand that mistakes can happen, and perhaps the shoes were misplaced or overlooked during the room cleaning. However, I do hope the hotel could improve its lost-and-found procedure and ensure that guests’ belongings are handled more carefully.
Other than this incident, we genuinely enjoyed our stay and found the hotel to be good overall. It was just unfortunate that this happened right after check-out."

Regarding the facilities, I need to pay by my own self for the car parking service. They are charging RM 24 per day and I am staying for 4 days 3 nights. Do you think how much I need to pay for the car parking which they never stated that visitors or customers need to paying by ourselves. I hope that in the future, please stated very clearly that we need to paying by ourselves without inform us.

The hotel is a bit old and undergoing renovations, but the service was decent. We got a huge cookie each when we checked in. The pop-up drain in our bathroom sink was broken, but maintenance fixed it very quickly. I highly recommend the dessert shop across from the hotel; it was so delicious, I couldn't get enough of it – even those on a diet indulged freely!

Mijika LeeBeyond imagination good! It's not very close to George Town, about a 15-20 minute drive, but it was fine since we were self-driving. Parking space was very ample. You can use your credit card to tap for parking, and the fee will be waived. The hotel's facilities are very new and clean. The room was large, comfortable, and spotless. The front desk offers a complimentary drink daily, you can choose between coffee, black tea, or orange juice. However, there's no water provided in the room, but there are water dispensers in the hallway if you bring your own bottle.
The downside is the soundproofing is a bit poor. Some people nearby would sing morning prayers early in the morning, so light sleepers will definitely wake up. Also, the room cleaning was a bit haphazard and could be done better. Overall, highly recommended if you're self-driving! It would also be okay if you use Grab.

The sea view room was beautiful, but there's a venue downstairs that played music until past 1:40 AM, which really disturbed our rest. Despite that, it was still pretty good; the hairdryer worked wonderfully. We'll definitely come back again. There are lots of great food options nearby, I loved it! Haha, I'll choose this place next time too. It's really good, I like it! Very nice.

Guest UserClean and the views are great. The facilities are excellent, everything you need is available. It's a good place to stay. Downstairs, there's a ZUS coffee shop and an Indian restaurant, so you have plenty of dining options. Getting a taxi is also convenient.

Anonymous UserThe hotel is located in the old city. The front desk and exterior are decent, but the room facilities are quite basic... I'd say it's on par with a 3-star hotel in China, or a standard budget chain like Home Inn.
If the price is between 300-500, it's acceptable, but anything higher and you'll definitely be disappointed. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby within walking distance, so you don't need to include breakfast; there are many local specialties around.

Guest UserThis hotel was arguably the best value for money on our entire Singapore-Malaysia trip. The overall style is an unfussy, beachfront vibe. The basic room type, priced under 400 MYR, all come with balconies and are located in the main building on higher floors. We paid a little extra for a room type that required us to go down from the main hall and take another elevator; it was on a lower floor but closer to the sea, with a very large balcony and expansive views. It has all the standard resort amenities, the common areas are pleasant, the private beach offers fantastic scenery, and the sea-view restaurant is also quite good, especially the 38 MYR set menu which is excellent value.

MunchiemonWe stayed here for 6days and 5 nights. The room was as per described - great lighting, spacious, wonderful view of the city and amenities were more than sufficient. Location was great as well - right smack in the heart of George Town. Only complain we have is the lift service - almost everyday we had to wait ridiculously long for the lift and it’s always full. In total there were 4 lifts. If we wanted to head down from level 12 to level 1, for some reason some of the lifts would not come down to level 12 to pick us (stuck at level 18 or some other level). While the other two lifts are always full.
