The apt is clean, washer dryer provided and with the basic amenities .It has floor to ceiling glass window , so fantastic view. However the rooms bit small, esp the second room. The kitchen is ok , comparing to the previous apt , it has less equipment .But still overall is good. The facilities are fantastic - few types of pools for adult and children, wall climbing, playground, gym , basketball court. will book again.

Room was clean and neat. Abit of stench that comes from the carpet, but was not too bad. Was glad that the hotel water usage was not affected during this period. It was near to alot of the eateries and shopping areas. Staff at the breakfast lounge was great. Very friendly staff and interactive but I did not manage to get his name. Thumbs up!

Our 3-day, 2-night family stay at Straits Garden Hotel was wonderful! The environment was welcoming, clean, and well-kept, creating a comfortable atmosphere for a family getaway. The owner’s responsiveness made our stay even smoother, as any questions or needs were quickly attended to. Overall, it was a relaxing and pleasant experience for all of us, and we would recommend it for families looking for a convenient and friendly place to stay

Upon check-in, we were warmly welcomed with two delicious chocolate chip cookies, which was a lovely touch. The hotel offered stunning sea views, and there was a convenient walkway providing direct access to the beach. The breakfast buffet was impressive, featuring a wide selection of both local and international cuisines. The swimming pool was spacious, well-maintained, and perfect for children to enjoy. Overall, we had an exceptional stay and would highly recommend this hotel to families and beach lovers alike.

I would like to share about experience which we stay, very convenient, very comfortable and nice view of location. Owner was provided facilities very perfect and service. We felt that will come back for next vacation.

Location is easy to find & free parking is provided. We arrived at night & managed to check in to our room fast & without hassle. Unfortunately there is few insects found in our room upon check in (which probably appear due to the consecutive raining days). I notified the front desk receptionist on this situation and he upgraded my room immediately. The new room is clean and we’re happy with it. Thumbs up for the excellent customer service! Will come back to this hotel again for next trip

Quite a nice hotel. I arrived sharp at 3pm to check in, however my room was not ready. Mr Firdaus the receptionist was kind and well explained. And giving me a token was a plus point. Breakfast was good however do come before 8.30am as if you come late, the bright sunlight will disturb your breakfast.

The good: No deposit upon checking in, check in and out was a breeze, parking provided, the room carpet is clean and centralised aircond cools the room very quickly, the bed and bedding is comfy, cleanliness is tiptop, there's a pool and gym that's nice, and the TV channels were decent The bad: Did not validate my car plate and upon driving out, i was charged rm60+ for overnight parking. this was sorted out very quickly but was a hassle, the entrance to room from the parking lot is weird and not disabled friendly. Overall, i had a good rest at st giles wembley at a decent price. Joined the membership and got a nice cup of coffee at the lobby. I got a room near the lift, so there were noises outside thus the soundproofing is not very good. But felt safe and the clean room feels good. A solid 4 out of 5, could have been better if it came with breakfast minus the hiccup at parking fees.

It was a new accomodation. Everything is new & ofcourse clean. Love the bed, love the towels, love everything. To top up the good review is that meal was at the hotel adjoining the accomodation. Best👍👍👍. Will definately come back to the same place

This is my first experience of having to wait 1 hour for check-in a hotel. Check-in was supposed to be at 3pm but we arrived in Penang at 7pm, we expected the hotel room to be available so we could check-in straight away, but unfortunately our room is still not available. We are very grateful to a female receptionist (wearing a hijab) who was willing to solve this problem within 15 minutes compared to the first male receptionist who made us wait for almost 1 hour to check in. I'm sorry for throwing a tantrum at the counter because we have to wait a long time to follow, we're really tired from traveling so far. The hotel has offered 8 free breakfast sets as a sign of apology for our loss of 5 hours to check-in. Thank you again for the efforts of the reception girl. The hotel is very comfortable and the food is very good, the only mistake was the moment we checked in. I hope I won't have this kind of check-in experience again. Thank you
