Stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. The room was not very clean. The breakfast was quite disappointing since it tasted very bland. The environment was okay, but I might not stay here again.

The hotel is strategically located few minutes from a private beach, but actually the beach is not very private. Other people can still have access to it but the beach is clean. The sea water isn't so clear. . Cleanliness of the room is just so so. The tables are dusty, the floor is dusty and there was rubbish from last guest that was not being cleaned up. Pillow is too soft but the liners are clean. View wise is good, facing the sea and a stone away to PD Waterfront.

The staff are friendly and polite , local style breakfast is acceptable but not great. Got upgraded to water chalet, unit we stayed is maintained well. Only shortfall is no private beach, swimming pool is small and the parking is too narrow.

Old hotel with superb hospitality. Nothing nearby and expensive convenient shop and in house restaurant. Nice pool with slide and huge gym. Got a nice park for jogging infront of hotel. Room aircond n water heater in good condition.

However, a bit more attention to detail in certain areas (like the bathroom corners) would make it even better. Check in at 3pm and it's strictly implemented so long queue at counter waiting to check in starting 230pm. Pool towels were limited and needed to wait for their laundry to arrive. Therefore the floor of the route to the pool was always slippery with pools of water and also inside the lifts too! Other than above, all other things are good. We didn't take hotel breakfast cos it's convenient to get food around with mamak juz outside or a short drive to pd getaway. We love the spacious room and the super king sized bed and also the sofa bed which is perfect for my 6yo to sleep. Overall it's a pleasant stay at Pacific regency port dickson. My son said he wants to come stay again for his next pd trip 😆

Overall stay was good. House was in great condition except that it was sandy in the hall and in one of the room. Other than that, it was all perfect. Had to request for a floor mat separately and also the WiFi wasn’t working that well. I personally relied on my own data throughout my stay.

Cleanliness: 1. Sorry ye, banyak sgt rambut gugur yg jumpa atas katil. Pd hal sy baru je masuk bilik tu ☹️. Lantai bilik & toilet bersih je. Atas katil yg banyak rambut, mcm tak dibersihkan betul2. Cadangan sy, jika cleaning staff tidak bertudung, mungkin lebih baik pakai key scarf supaya rambut tak jatuh atas katil semasa mengemas. 2. Tong sampah dlm toilet, sebaiknya tong sampah yg bertutup dan tidak berlubang lubang. Sbb bila mandi/ambil wudhuk, air takkan bertakung dlm tong tu 😬 Location: OK. Takde gangguan bunyi kenderaan sgt. Walaupun ada kedai2 makan di kwsn tu yg psg lagu kuat2, tidak mengganggu tidur (bagi saya). Cuma utk muslim, nak mkn perlu keluar dari kwsn tu. Kwsn tu tiada kedai makan melayu. Amenities: Ada sikat! 1st time sy check in hotel yg sediakan sikat. Suami sy seronok ada sikat, sbb dia terlupa nk bwk sikat sendiri. Terima kasih D&F Boutique Hotel!
