Had a birthday surprise for our 2-year-old girl. Requested St Giles to help decorate the room, and they did a wonderful job. They even provided a birthday cake! Thank you! Overall, I am very satisfied, clean room, lovely view. The best part of the hotel is easy access to Mid Valley mall where there are lots of food, entertainment and much more!

Great service from the staff! Security guard was also attentive and assisted to direct us to an empty lot when the carpark was full. Will be great if balcony has a drying rack to hang wet swimwear. Breakfast was good with varieties. Convenient location near shops & eateries.

Everything is good….. Hotel did managed to secure us a room we requested.For the price paid it meets our expectations.Pool was great for kids too… Connections for television needs improvement.But its a lot better.Last time it used to be grainy.Now we can watch youtube only Wifi is slow so hang alot. The place was well maintained and cleaned. The food was good. The facilities inside were great for family. Just that it was too overly crowded. The check in process took almost 2 hours. We felt like we were at the government agency counter while waiting for the number to be called. It was not a good experience considering the amount of money we paid to book here. Everywhere inside also was super crowded. The waterpark was so full of people it felt anxious to be there. Too bad we could not get the access to the beach probably because of the monsoon season. Overall, we preferred Lotus Seaview rather than here.

2nd time here. Reason being of its peaceful yet amazing view and amenities ard the hotel. Room suite are big and price are reasonable e most affordable ard that Prime Area. Friendly staffs there. Breakfast at rooftop with nice view (but limited food choices.) Minimarts, Cafe & lotta Restaurant tat opens till late night (Arabic, Mamak) are avail along the hotel & just across the streets. Night time pop by the Magical Light Damcimg Fountain jus beside the hotel. Parks, Sand playgroundsare jus behind. Hardrock cafe is like 10m.kin drive. Head down to Gem Wellness Spa @ Emeral Bay Clubhouse about 10min drive for an amazing VIP spa like never before. Tale e Couple Package.

Reasonable price, good location near the beach, all rooms are facing the seaview & friendly staff, breakfast spread is quite good for the price. The facility is quite rundown, lack of maintenance - plants & landscape need to upkeep, turf with litters, aircon is very noise because air filter is choked with dust. Other nearby areas of interest are closed, Ostrich farm & Adventures park. If hotel wants to keep customers coming, they really have to take it seriously to upkeep the whole facility.

Not bad for a room at $60 per night. Their housekeeping seems to be very slow. At 3pm check in, most of them rooms were not clean up and ask us to accept lower floor rooms. I have requested for high floor but need to wait 1-2hrs later. Room for improvement to fix your lighting brighter as toilet is too dim to see properly. Not all lift card access is working. Some lift don’t even need to tap to go up. Not very safe as anyone could just go up.
