There are two KARAVANSARAY hotels on the property - one which is a family hotel with children's activities and the other, more luxury style hotel. We were upgraded to the duplex room at the luxury style KARAVANSARAY. To say that the amenities and service of the amazing staff are top-notch is an understatement. There's a spa, steam rooms, Turkish bath, and massages available. The bar and 24 hour room service were a pleasant surprise. My only regret is that we only stayed one night in this fabulous hotel, but we will definitely return. My one critique is that our room was exceedingly hot; we couldn't adjust the thermostat and ultimately resorted to opening the balcony door to cool down the room. Other than this minor issue, KARAVANSARAY hotel far exceeded our expectations!

This is the evaluation of the second day, the evaluation of the check-in. I changed to a room on the 5th floor, which has a larger space. I couldn't sleep on a soft bed, so I slept on the floor. It was just as comfortable and comfortable.

A very satisfying travel and accommodation experience. The room was clean and tidy and the surrounding area was very convenient. The hotel front desk was very nice and the hotel facilities were also very new. We were all very satisfied.

В целом хороший отель, приятный интерьер, завтрак вполне устроил нас и детей. Единственное, что если придти, ближе к закрытию, будет много уже остывшых блюд. Нам показалось, что очень много выпечки. Немного смутило, что при выселении мы должны были подождать, пока наш номер проверят (вдруг, мы что-то взяли в мини баре). От этого, как говорится, остался осадочек, нигде в мире, такого не встречал))) Ну и для детей в самом отеле развлечений нет. Рядом аквапарк, через дорогу парк развлечений.

套房比較舒適，在哈薩克斯坦也算是性價比挺好的酒店了。在市中心。 酒店出去向左轉沿着人行道一直走，不要過馬路，大概向左轉一個彎那樣，有家餐廳很不錯。名字在圖三，點評和貓途鷹上都沒有，是個清真餐廳。味道很不錯，價格感人。兩個人隨便吃也不容易超過兩百塊。 不能喝酒的哈，注意。每個班上都有最少一位小哥能講英文，可以幫忙點菜。

The decoration style of the hotel is very good, and the care is shown everywhere. A hotel that looks small on the outside, in fact, it has very complete facilities. There is a restaurant on the first floor, and the front desk and guest rooms on the second floor. The restaurant on the first floor offers delicious meals and local beer🍺. The breakfast has rice, kimchi, omelette, yogurt, etc. It is very hearty. The decoration of the room is also very warm, the bed is comfortable to sleep. TV, air conditioning, and kettle are all available. For dinner, there are buns, Russian red soup, etc., which are more suitable for Chinese tastes. During the few days of staying, you basically enjoy one-to-one service, and the time set for breakfast and dinner will not delay your meal. The owner is Korean and very nice. Nikita, Camila, Merey, Allessya at the front desk are all good. Help call a car, help check information on the computer. There are relatively few Chinese in Shymkent, and the locals are mostly Russian or Kazakh.
