Breakfast was adequate and rooms were clean despite a less than stellar sea view. I had a situation where someone had unlocked my door with their key card at 5 in the morning and attempted to enter but was not able to do so because my door was latched. I was unimpressed when the service staff’s explanation was that there was a reset in the security system at that time and the person who attempted to open my door was probably a drunk guest. I had expected far superior service from a family-run guesthouse instead of just a flippant explanation.

The newly opened hotel is great.
Breakfast is also very appetizing, the chef will chat with the guests every morning to ask the Chinese food habits, the details of the room are very good, the hotel staff is warm and welcoming, and the feeling from the heart is great.

The Golden Palace Hotel is located in the Central part of Aktau, near the Caspian Sea, consists of 4 floors, an elevator works around the clock for your convenience. On the ground floor there is a reception area.
