Good hotel. Convenient location, clean comfortable rooms, good breakfast. Special thanks to the children with the resepshen for trust - did not put on the street when there were problems with the salary of residence, and the manager of Ekaterina for helping to solve this problem. The information from the Russian Federation is from bitter experience - no Russian cards (and even the World) in Atyrau work nowhere and are not accepted (whatever they say on TV and on the Internet). Wishing the hotel administration - set up a contact number for communication on whatsup, viber, telegram. Not all visitors to Atyrau from other countries have the opportunity to contact a hotel by mobile or urban phone, but to contact the Internet on wi-fi at the airport too. I have been ordered a transfer from the airport to the hotel and the Russian MTS number is indicated for communication. But in Kazakhstan MTS does not work and therefore even to the free wi-fi network at the airport does not connect (require SMS registration). As a result, the driver (if he was) could not call me, but write a sign with name and surname (which were indicated in the application) he apparently did not guess ... and I could not contact the hotel, even connecting to the wi-fi from another room. We were traveling and stayed in this hotel. Everything is good, there is everything except :fena!!! And the number of the day was :51,000. Thanks to the administrator for allowing to leave 2 hours later. Near the hotel is convenient, there is a tz, burger king, children's playground, parking.
