Was a bad experience, room's bed sheets from previous customer was not even changed. I checked in late and by the time I realized was late night. This was coupled with a bad Aircon setup. Aircon was auto set to turn off once room reached 25 degree C, this meant no air circulation in enclosed room . It was stuffy through the night and the aircon made a loud noise each time. Feed back to staff next day morning and found on second night, nothing changed. After two calls and going to front desk, then they finally change the setting so that the Aircon is not on thrift mode.
Not that they only change bedsheets on request and you need to tell them before 2 pm.
Maybe that is why I am sleeping with bedsheets that still smell of body odour from previous guests.
Btw, read other reviews that the laundry room lights off at 10 pm which is using the time people do laundry is indeed a pain, have to use your mobile phone as torch light.
Not a hotel that is welcoming to guests but one maximize their own profits at guests expense

The location is walking distance to Seogwipo Olle Market and south side attractions in Jeju.
We have fresh towels and 2 water bottles hanging by the door everyday.
~They will not make up the room even if you press the make up room button, so you need to inform the front desk. The disappointment would only be the cleanliness of carpet and uncertainty if the blanket/pillow and mattress cover were clean thoroughly.
The hotel has a bus stop right in front of it and opposite the road. Also quite near to the interchange bus terminal(around 200M). You can move around the island by bus and taxi if you don't want to drive a car.
A good experience for us.

Decent Stay but Poor Parking Design
The biggest downside of this hotel is the parking situation—it’s horrendously designed. Cars are allowed to park in the exit lane, meaning there’s only one narrow way to enter and
exit, which makes maneuvering a nightmare.
On the positive side, the hotel is very affordable, but that also means some compromises. The room provides only a kettle and cup, with no coffee, spoon, toothbrush, or toothpaste, so be sure to bring your own. However, the shower is clean, and there’s a hairdryer available, which is a plus.
The view is okay, nothing spectacular, and while the room has a heater, there’s no floor heating, so it might get chilly.
Overall, if you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay and can overlook the parking frustrations and minimal amenities, it’s an okay choice.

We had a great stay at this hotel in Jeju City! The room was a standard modern size, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is excellent—right across from the Shinsegae Duty-Free store and within walking distance to shops and restaurants, making it very convenient for shopping and dining.
Its proximity to the airport is a major plus, making travel stress-free. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jeju City!

Had a great stay at the Vistacay hotel.
Immediately upon entrance, the place smells amazing. The person at the front desk was kind and communicated well (in english too.)
My room there was comfortable, clean and had a great view from the window.
It is in a good neighborhood and close to most facilities.
It was a shame that during my stay the pool was currently undergoing maintenance so I wasn't able to use it...but maybe next time. 🙂

The location of the hotel is great, right in the city. There are many convenience stores nearby so you won’t be hungry at night! The attitude of the counter staff is also very good and they can communicate in simple Chinese ~
There is a bathtub in the room, but I didn't have time to soak in it. The bed is super good for sleeping, the pillows are of moderate hardness, and the shampoo is also very easy to wash. Highly recommended!
It only takes 6 minutes to drive from the airport. It can be recommended to travelers who drive around the island. It is suitable for arranging accommodation on the first or last day.

We stayed for 90,000 won per night, including breakfast, for 2 adults and 1 child. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the sweet and sour pork for breakfast was delicious. Overall, I was satisfied.

The location of this hotel is quite good—it’s very close to the sea, and the view from the room is excellent. Since it’s not near the city center, it’s also very quiet. There’s a swimming pool as well, which is great. The front desk staff were also very polite. These are all the positives.
However, when we checked in, the front desk gave us a room key, but when we opened the door, we found someone was already inside. We returned to the front desk and were given another room. But when we tried to enter, the door was locked from the inside—clearly, this room was also occupied. After some back and forth, they finally gave us a new key. It seems the staff was flustered and forgot to activate the room key access. As a result, we had to go back and forth between the room and the front desk several times. It was a very poor experience.

AamateurJeju Island never disappoints, and this particular spot—though I can’t quite recall its name—was one of the most serene and beautiful places I’ve ever visited. Nestled between volcanic rock formations and the wild sea breeze, it offered a rare sense of peace that felt almost spiritual.
I remember standing by the rugged coastline, the wind tangling my hair, and the sky painted with moody grey clouds—a scene straight out of a poetic film. With a flower in my hair and the ocean as my backdrop, it felt like I was part of nature’s quiet symphony. The landscape was raw and untouched, with mossy patches blending into black lava rocks and distant islands completing the view.
This is the magic of Jeju—every corner feels like a hidden gem. The island is rich in contrasts: dramatic coastlines, lush inland forests, gentle waterfalls, and local markets bustling with life. Whether you’re chasing sunrise at Seongsan Ilchulbong, walking through the canola flower fields in spring, or simply enjoying seafood by the harbor, Jeju offers experiences that linger in your memory.

GGuest UserSufficient parking at the basement. Room is very spacious. Downside is that toilet has no bidet, and the shower stall is not well sealed so the toilet floor gets quite wet and slippery after showers. Kettle not provided in the room but you can request for one from the front desk if needed. Else, convenience store at the lobby closes at 11.30pm. They also provide a list of recommended restaurants nearby. Kbbq opposite the hotel was nice too.
KkeellyyyI stayed for 5 nights and i had an amazing time, it was convenient and easy access to everything. The owner was so kind and helpful at all times. I lost my camera during my stay and they were kind enough to help us look for it and did everything they can. Its sad that i cant find it but other than that i had a wonderful time :). I will definitely come back and book here again 💗 . Forever thankful for the owners for everything .

66laoshiThe area is small, the service and sanitation environment are good, the location is near Wudaokou, adjacent to Dream Building and Emart, and the transportation is convenient. There are waiters who can speak Chinese, and communication is barrier-free.
When I booked a room on Ctrip, there was a prompt asking what I needed. I chose to pick up the airport, and the webpage passed quickly, but when I arrived, I called the hotel and replied that the hotel had never had an airport pick-up service. It appears that there is something wrong with the system.

SSin NyongRoom facing ocean was good. But we were given room on 2nd floor. Rooftop pool & sunset view was excellent. Overall it was a pleasant stay for one night. Will come back for the resort next time.
AAnonymous UserThe room is nice but an international outlet/plug doesn't work so we need to pay 100 won as a deposit to borrow from the front desk. The staff is nice and they tried to communicate with us though we spoke broken Korean. The location is close to main places.
EExna 24032 of the man in charge of the front desk were unfriendly and looking fierce when we checked in. Upon checking out on the4th morning, we tried to ask them to assist in getting a taxi as I we have an early flight which they were reluctant. However, they complied but shouted at us to sit tight while he called for a taxi. This was uncalled for. Will never stay again even if the offer is free.
AAnonymous UserCons:
1. Parking — extremely small parking space available for guest. At most, it is able to fit 3 cars at the front of the hotel, and 3 cars at the back of the hotel. If you’re driving, be prepared to pass your car keys to the reception for them to re-arrange the cars as and when needed for other guests to leave the hotel due to the tight parking space.
2. Hygiene level — upon checking in to the hotel, there were strand of hair stuck to the faucet of the shower head; and the drainage system for the shower was extremely slow causing puddles of water while showering. The rain shower was not fully functional, causing the water to splatter in all direction.
3. Suspicious wire behind mirror — we also realised there was a wire hidden behind the mirror; it is either that the wiring was exposed or that it is connected so something else. However, the mirror had no light, thus it was hard to tell what it was for.
Pros:
4. Location — extremely near shopping and eating streets; two streets away! And it is also close to Lotte Mart and other Mary’s (if you drive).
5. Service — front desk was extremely helpful; giving us direction for the nearest mart, shopping place, and also stored our meat overnight in a proper fridge for us to retrieve the following morning before our flight.
Overall, a basic hotel that has good location (near to airport and city centre), and at affordable pricing if you’re not picky. Maintenance is not good — despite the renovation.

CCheng HuatQuite a common and inexpensive pickup place to stay should you prepared to stay at one place and travel all round Jeju through a booked guide or driver . The breakfast is pretty simple and and not too heavy (pleasing to the eyes too!) as shown in the pic 😊 as I believed hotel knows that it situated in a place of easy access to nice food via simple taxi or cab transport.
