Great hotel, but a bit far from city centre. Very annoying that the gps could not find it (only the one in Singapore), so I had to type the address manually. However the hotel is new, very clean and has a 24 hour shop for essetials. Very big plus for travellers is the iniversal outlets (UK, european ans US), so no need for adaptors. The staff is very friendly and helpful, free parking available.

Due to a change of circumstances, I stayed 2 nights despite I booked 4 nights. I tried to send them an email on 12 February's evening to cancel my stay on 16 February, but they replied to me on 13 February that I could only cancel 3 days in advance. I understood that I sent them late on 12 February, but I didn't know the cut-off time and I had an emergency to shorten my trip. It was my second time staying here. I am not sure if the settings were different since I was assigned a different room. This time, they provided disposable slippers (which was good for hygiene's reason) and there was a smart toilet seat (also good for me!). I had a problem turning off the 2 nights beside my bed and when I tried to ask the front desk, there was no one available (looks like they don't have any staff on duty after 23:00). The problem was resolved by unplugging the key card that I was asked to insert to turn on the power of the room (not sure if this is the right way to do that though). Another issue was that I was waken up by music before 8am on the next day (I had an early flight the day before and I really needed the sleep). I found the source - It came from the loud speakers of a car which stopped in front of the construction site next to the hotel. There were 2 men with banners and they seemed to be protesting about something? The music was so loud that I could hear very clearly on the 6th Floor. There were stains on the carpet, but the cleanliness was okay overall. The parking spaces are too few and this is something the hotel needs to improve. All in all, it was a good value for money. The location was good - there were lots of restaurants, convenience stores nearby and a huge supermarket in walking distance. If I go to Suwon again, I may choose this hotel again.

The hotel is very close to the shuttle bus to Everland. It is very suitable for families with children who can go back and take a nap for an afternoon. The goods purchased at Everland can also be easily taken back to the accommodation. It is highly recommended. Share that Everland is beautiful when it snows

The facilities are top class. The location is inconvenient for reaching Seoul. It requires multiple changes of lines on the subway, subway station is about a 15 minute walk away. The staff are very helpful. But I would stay there again.

Very convenient location to go Everland. Very comfortable hotel and clean to have a good rest after exploring the whole day at Everland. The next day could enter the park without long journey from Seoul. However, the breakfast served was continental breakfast, not buffet breakfast as stated. Very disappointed as spent a lot purchasing the package with breakfast. Besides the breakfast served, all the other aspects are satisfied. Heat patch was given for every guest. Check in pricess is smooth and fast. Luggage storage is provided as well. Bought bhc fried chicken and ribs where located just behind the hotel.

I was helping my mum to book this hotel. According to her feedback, the hotel is great and service is nice. She will stay in this hotel again if has a chance.

It was close to Kim Hyun-ah, so it was convenient to eat and shop. It seems like most things are delivered as well. The pool has a great view, and if you come at the right time when there are no people around, you will be very satisfied.

I stayed hear for to be closer to an early flight at Gimpo. It’s right next to exit 1 on the Gold line just one stop from Gimpo. Not ideal if you are trying to go city center, but the area next to the hotel itself is peaceful with many different restaurant options. I would def consider staying here again if I have an early flight because of the value.

The room structure is unique. Like it or not. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is delicious, although there aren't many options. There is a light rail line right next door, but it doesn't affect it much.

I took it lightly and just went. I was surprised that it was cleaner than I expected and the facilities were better. 37.5 The cafe is more luxurious than I thought, so I used it well. I wish it would be connected to the country club next door.

The furniture is old and shabby. Wardrobe doors make an annoying squeaky sound every time. The safe did not work. The room was dark, there wasn't enough light. The bed linen had stains when we arrived, so I called and asked housekeeping to come and change at least the sheet. So they did, but the new one also had some stains. I gave up. The towels are really old. I think this hotel was too expensive for what we got.

It's a nice hotel in Suwon, it's next to a department store, and it's close to my house, so I brought it here, but I wonder if I should take it again because of the female employee. The breakfast wasn't as good as Chinese food, but it was edible. I stayed at the Guangzhou Marriott for 2 nights in the same week, and compared to there, the facilities and breakfast service mind Korea was inferior. It is a position that enjoys a regional monopoly status at a price that is just to rip off popular Koreans. For reference, the price including breakfast at the Marriott in Baiyun-gu, Guangzhou is 150,000 won. It is twice as expensive as it is located on the outskirts of Suwon.

This was my first time staying at this hotel. When I checked in, they explained everything to me in detail, which made me feel very comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. A decent hotel in Suwon, with decent hygiene and floor heating. I booked a room for 3 people, with a large bed and a room for laying the floor. It's a little far from Suwon Station, but it's convenient to take a taxi. You can take a taxi to Suwon Hwaseong. There are many places to eat nearby, or you can go to Suwon Station Mall. But what did it for me was during the checkout. In the past, when I had a lot of bags to carry to the KTX or Bus Terminal, they always were helpful in calling me a taxi. I asked like I normally do, and not only was I denied, but I was also waved off as if he couldn't be bothered.
