"Disappointing stay, Poor service, unhygienic buffet, and hidden charges! This hotel is just okay for 2 nights max, the location is good. However, the overall experience was very frustrating. The breakfast was poor the buffet area had an unpleasant smell. Even worse, the food was unhygienic; I literally found a hair among the nuts! Personally, I couldn’t find any options that suited me.The service was extremely poor and unprofessional. The lights in my room were broken, I informed the staff, but they never fixed them. They are completely uncooperative and lack any polite manner of communication. To make matters worse, at checkout, they blindsided me with an extra charge just because there was some lipstick stain on the blanket! What is the purpose of housekeeping if guests are penalized for accidental stains? Isn't cleaning exactly what they are paid to do?They should be transparent about their policies instead of exploiting customers with sudden, hidden fees. This hotel is incredibly greedy and values making money over customer satisfaction. I absolutely don’t recommend this place."

"I stayed here for 15 days, and overall it was okay. The staff were all very nice, and I especially want to thank a lovely lady at the front desk for her kindness and help while we were waiting to check out and head to the airport. I would definitely stay here again."

"I came to Bishkek from Almaty on a business trip and stayed at this hotel. What surprised me was how much it reminded me of hotels in China - the style, layout and overall atmosphere are very similar to the standard you often see there. As I understood, the hotel is owned by a Chinese owner and is mainly oriented toward guests from China. Overall, it is a very nice boutique hotel: comfortable, clean, with good beds. The TV mostly has Chinese movies and dramas, while there is practically no English-language content. One funny detail is that the shower and toilet have transparent glass walls, so depending on who you are travelling with, some people may find it quite romantic :) The courtyard is cozy, with a small cafe arranged like a summer pavilion. The hotel manager, who is Chinese, was extremely polite and helpful. He explained everything clearly and we ended up having a nice conversation about different cities in China. Since I travel to China from time to time, we even discussed Dongguan, which is one of my favorite cities there. There was also a very nice young woman from Afghanistan working at the reception. Her English was excellent. I learned that she is studying Human Rights in Bishkek, and it was genuinely interesting and pleasant to talk with her. Overall, I had a very positive experience. The hotel has its own character, the staff are friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming. I would definitely recommend it."

"Everything was great, except for the breakfast. The breakfast selection was fine, but everything was constantly missing or out of stock, and most importantly, nothing was done to address these shortcomings. We came for breakfast, and only one eggplant remained on the plate from the salad. We finished breakfast, and the salad was still missing. The same thing with juice – one day both carafes were empty, and they never refilled it. Although, juice is so easy – you don't even have to carry it from downstairs. Each time, there were only one or two tables at breakfast besides the two of us, meaning it was completely empty. They ran out of milk for the coffee, and they searched everywhere and never found it. But coffee at breakfast is very important. There were several more such moments during our three days."

"So-called standard business hotel. However, in Bishkek, there are two choices: a hostel or a luxury hotel, so this is just right. Breakfast is also good and I am satisfied with being able to relax. The room was quiet and I rested slowly. It's a little far from the center, but it's acceptable and the shops are nearby. There is a hostel called cozy hostel in the center, and it is confused by Google maps and Yandex, so attention is necessary. google maps, young x"

"The worst experience ever in my life. I am willing to bear all legal responsibility for the facts I have stated. At approximately 2:30 a.m., an unknown man entered my room without authorization. This is an extremely serious security breach. Had I been a female guest sleeping alone, or had I been asleep with valuables exposed, the consequences could have been far worse. If my belongings had been stolen while I was asleep, what protection or recourse would I have had as a Wyndham guest? This incident occurred in the middle of the night, when guests are most vulnerable. I consider myself fortunate that nothing worse happened. However, I was unable to sleep for the remainder of the night due to fear and anxiety. Even today, I do not feel secure leaving my belongings in the room. I have had to carry my laptop, passport, and all valuables with me because I no longer trust the hotel’s security procedures. What further disappointed me was how the situation was handled. When I rushed to the reception immediately after the incident, the only response I received was a brief verbal “sorry.” There was no explanation, no reassurance, and no immediate action taken to address my concerns. Additionally, my keycard had been revoked without notice, forcing me to return to the reception again. As of today, no manager has reached out to me in person to provide a formal apology or explanation. The absence of proper follow-up makes the situation even more concerning. If hotel management considers this a minor mistake, that is frankly alarming. As I wasn’t able to sleep at all due to the hotel mistakes And they reject to refund me for the first night’s accommodation fees. And until now, I don’t receive any official apologies from them. Be careful, what happened to me might be happen to you as well."

"Facilities: The facilities are very comprehensive. The room was much larger than expected and had excellent natural light. Meals are provided for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even a late-night snack. Parking right outside the entrance is very convenient. A self-service laundry room is also available, which is very handy. Cleanliness: Very clean. The room had no strange odors, and the ventilation was excellent. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the bathtub was also very clean. The disposable amenities provided were of decent quality, and the bedding was very comfortable, virtually dust-free. Environment: The surrounding environment is also great and refreshing. Opening the window, you can see trees with no obstructions. The hotel lobby and restaurant are both spacious, so it never feels crowded. The room was much larger than expected; I feel like even three people wouldn't feel cramped. Service: The service is excellent. The front desk staff are professional and offer both Chinese and English services, so there's no need to worry about communication. Everyone is always smiling, which feels very thoughtful. The price offers great value for money. Highly recommended!"

"During our stay with family, the front desk staff provided warm and thoughtful service. They even took the initiative to help hold the door open when they saw we were traveling with the elderly and children. The guest room was clean, tidy and spacious, with a wet-dry separated bathroom that was convenient and comfortable to use. The room had ample heating, ensuring a cozy stay for both the elderly and kids. The hotel is located close to the museum and the square, making it easy to go out and visit scenic spots. Our child absolutely loved the hotel swimming pool. We were very satisfied with the overall stay experience."
