There are 3 good points. 1st, the location is very good, as it was walking distance from/to most of the places I wanted to visit. It's about a ~10min walk from Kanazawa Station, so no hassle getting to the hotel when you arrive. It's about ~10-15min walk to Kanazawa Castle (金沢城) and Kenrokuen (兼六園). The Omicho Market (近江町市場) is literally right across the street, so you can easily hop over there to either start or end your day with some sushi. For the more distant places, there are nearby bus stops to get to areas like the Higashi Chaya district (ひがし茶屋街) or the museums. (Though if you prefer walking, Higashi Chaya district is still walkable at about ~15-20mins). 2nd, the room was quite spacious for a solo traveler, as compared to the typical business hotel. It has a unit-type toilet+bathroom, but it was spacious enough that you can change in there (I think it can even fit 2 people at once). The room was very clean and tidy, and since all rooms are non-smoking, the place doesn't smell funny. The room provides complete amenities like the hot water kettle, a ref, and enough sockets for charging your gear. 3rd, the breakfast buffet was delicious. The selection of both western and local japanese dishes made it worth its price. There is unlimited coffee too, which is available even outside the buffet (great for people who can't go throughout the day without coffee). The staff speaks English well, so no worries if your Japanese skills aren't that great like me. All in all, would gladly stay here again if I find myself in Kanazawa :)

Location: very conveniently located right besides the bus stop for buses back and forth from Kanazawa station as well as other major touristy spots. But even walking wise everything including Kenrokuen garden, Kanazawa castle, the famous districts & also just 2-3 min walk to Omiya shrine Hotel & Room standard: Elegantly classy and very contemporary rooms. Size was also pretty good and comfortable enough for 2 people for standard room. Room amenities are also very good and the Public bath at top also looks quite fancy. Staff service: Was very very impressed with the staff service. I think everyone spoke & understood basic English to assist with any questions. Furthermore they even have great personalised hotel brochures for restaurants and spots nearby the hotel and what cuisine each offered which I found very helpful. Overall an easy 5/5 stay

Family ４ I stayed with a person. Twin ２ Room! It was a very new hotel and nice. The room was compact, but very functional and well designed. The TV was large and it was convenient to get various information in the hall. Especially good was the arrangement of the washroom, toilet, and bath! The washroom space is large and I don't feel any oppression at all. It was a clean and refreshing impression. It was such a nice hotel, but there were some points I was interested in. It is the narrowness of the public part. First of all, it is a large communal bath! I was looking forward to it because it has a large communal bath, but this hotel is a hotel where １７７ room maximum ３８９ can be stayed. Of course, it is distributed, but there are only ７ washrooms and ２ wash basins. The lockers are vertically ７ ３ columns. At the peak of the evening, because the locker was vertically long, ３ people filled all the front of the locker, changed clothes and wiped the body, and it was very crowded. Also, the wash basin was waiting in line, so I was in trouble. Also, there were few washrooms and there was a waiting. I couldn't enter slowly, so when I went late at night, the bath towels that should have been left were not replenished, and there were only a few towels. Also, on the contrary, it seems that towels are overflowing and protruding from the place where towels are put. It was a pity that the hydration machine was not inspected without a cup. The TV in the room is crowded, so it is recommended to check and use it. Next is the restaurant! Breakfast here seems to be filled immediately due to capacity due to reservations. I couldn't make a reservation, so I had breakfast at a nearby hotel. I feel the imbalance of the restaurant size against the capacity. It was a really nice hotel as far as accommodation was concerned. However, I felt that there were difficulties in the public area. If it is a weekday, you can experience the large communal bath and delicious breakfast!

About 7 minutes walk from JR Kanazawa Station. After passing through the underground passage at the west exit of the station, walk straight with the station behind and climb the stairs and walk straight further, you will find the hotel on your left. It may be a little difficult on a rainy day. There are about 7-Eleven next to two houses. There are few restaurants as far as the eye can see, so it is on the station or east exit side. The hotel is clean and you can leave your luggage before check-in. Check-in was smooth and the response was good. The elevator will automatically press the button on the floor of the room when you hold the card key. A card key enters the room and the morning public bath. The room was single but the bed was spacious and I could sleep slowly. Because the air conditioner was at this time, there was only heating and air blowing, and the inside of the room was hot, so it was difficult to adjust the room temperature because it was not possible to put the air conditioner. Wi-Fi and desk are large, and there are two outlets on the desk, which is perfect for work. The refrigerator is small but can be used enough. There is also an outlet on the bedside. It is good to be able to do all the electricity in the room. There are 3 hangers in the closet, but there is no shelf to store other clothes, so it is inconvenient for long-term stays. Also, the wash basin is narrow and there is no towel hanger (it is caught by the knob of the shower booth door, but the foot wipe mat has to be moved to the shelf above the toilet. Very unusable because the shower booth knob is low. There are two large baths: inner bath and sleeping bath. There were not many washing places to wait, so I was able to spend comfortably. There is a vending machine outside the public bath, but only cash. The breakfast venue was on the 2nd floor and the windows were wide and bright. The meal on the first day entered ８, and the number of items was reasonable, I felt that there were a lot of fried foods overall. The good thing is that there are two types of burgers. On the second day, I heard that it was better to even spend time because there were many guests, so I entered the store for ８ Time ４５ Then, unlike the first day, the number of products was small, and I was disappointed that there were no tongs or sauces set for each dish. I felt that it was better to use it early even if it was a little crowded. Check out was smooth. After checking out, you will keep good things. If you stay for consecutive nights, it is best to stay without breakfast

I think this hotel is out of my expectations and it deserves a comment. The location is nearby the train station. Take around 5mins to get to shopping mall and train station. Staff are friendly and their English is quite well-spoken. The room is clean and new. There’s a massage chair inside. Bathroom is spacious with bath tub and shower base. Highly recommend this hotel!

A clean and comfortable hotel, except that the hotel is inconspicuous, it is perfect. The hotel is 15 minutes from the JR station, so it is very convenient to push luggage. Opposite the hotel is the Omi Town Market, which offers a wide range of food and shopping. It is also not far from Kanazawa Castle and other attractions on foot. The location is definitely a quiet yet prosperous place, so you can enjoy the tranquility of Kanazawa while being convenient. The interior of the hotel is very stylish. You can soak in the hot springs to relieve the fatigue of the day. The breakfast is very rich and the room space is sufficient. I will definitely stay here again next time I go to Kanazawa.

近江町市場からすぐ。 ファミマも近い。全国支援の斜面などでチェックインは時間がかかる。 特に荷物を預けている人の受け取りとチェックインが重なると、並んでいても順番がぐちゃぐちゃになる。 できればチェックイン時間前に荷物を預ける際に、チェックインの書くものや説明することを終わらしてから、外出してもらうだけで、戻ってきた時に鍵と荷物を預かればチェックインがスムーズになる。また、荷物受け渡しのレーンと呼び鈴をつければチェックインアウトと荷物の受け預けが重ならないのでいいと思います。 ホテルは新しく綺麗。 客室は、広め。トイレとシャワールームが分かれているのがいい。 暖房の効きがよくベットの寝心地も熟睡でき問題なし。 コンセントが多く使いやすい。 ベットサイドに室内の電気コントロールがあるがいい。 収納スペースが多いのがよく、 ミネラルウォーターも無料でついている マイナス点は 洗面所のお湯の湯量が少なく使いづらい。 ハンガーラックスペースがシングル利用ならいいが、ダブルだと狭くて使いづらい。 お風呂に行くための外履きが欲しい。 1番辛かったのは、 ワーキングデスクに椅子がないので、仕事でパソコンや書き物をするときに使いずらい。デスクがあるのになぜ椅子がないのか？ 冷蔵庫の冷えが弱い。 タブレットのリモンコン反応が悪く使えない。 大浴場は露天風呂もあり気持ちよく体全体が温まるし、サウナもある 一部ロッカーの鍵が壊れていて、鍵を閉めようとすると鍵が抜ける。2箇所ほど同じ現象のロッカーがあり。開け閉めに苦労した。 朝食は洋食スタイルで、パンに合うものが多い。金沢といえば海鮮だから和食が飽きる人もいるので洋食はいいと思う。内容は良いと思います。課題は連泊だと内容が変わらず飽きること。

娘夫婦と一緒に、大人4人1室予約で行きました。周りを見ても、２世代/３世代で訪れている人が多い印象でした。 地震と今後始まる宿泊割の影響なのか、今回は人が少なめでゆったりと過ごすことができました。 【お風呂】 温泉を存分に楽しむならこちらです。３つの大浴場があり飽きることがありません。どの浴槽も温泉ですが、源泉掛け流しの浴槽と、源泉の浴槽と、温泉の引き湯での浴槽があります。掛け流しの浴槽は釜風呂（五右衛門風呂）で大きくはありません。入れるタイミングがあればおすすめです。 タオルは大浴場へ持参するスタイルですが、部屋に備え付けのものが濡れてしまっても何度でも替えることができました（バスタオルもOK）。 化粧水やミルク、男性用の基礎化粧品等は、大浴場にもお部屋にもあります。綿棒は部屋にはありませんが大浴場にはありました。手ぶらで行っても大丈夫です。 【お部屋】 我が家はさほど高いプランを選択したわけではありませんでしたが、それでも広々とした充分なお部屋でした。 布団や枕、ソファやクッションなどの質もすばらしかったです。畳はリニューアルなさったとのことで綺麗でした。 お部屋のテレビにはHDMI端子があるので、Fireスティックなどを持参すれば部屋で配信動画も楽しめます。 【館内サービス】 お菓子の提供、フリードリンクなど、滞在客が楽しめるサービスが多いです。また、館内はどこも良い香りがしていましたし、空気には常に清潔感があり、深呼吸したくなる感じでした。 【お食事】 夕食も朝食も、少しずつに見えるのにいただいているとお腹いっぱいで、どれも美味しかったです。季節感や郷土色にも配慮が行き届いていましたし、食材の鮮度が抜群に良かったです。 仲居さんのおもてなしも満点です。長くお勤めのベテランさんなのだろうなと感じました。 夏は大きなウォータースライダーのあるプールも楽しめます。近場に「ゆのくにの森」があり、プールがない時期はそちらも楽しいです。 温泉リゾートという感じの旅館で、楽しい非日常を味わうことができ、予算が許せば2泊滞在したい旅館でした。全てにおいて満足です。

It was a satisfying inn in terms of rooms, hot springs, meals, customer service, cleanliness, etc. In particular, the hot springs have a moist quality that feels like a lotion, and I took the open-air baths in the guest rooms many times. There wasn't anything special about the meal, but I was able to slowly eat warm food in the room, and all of them were delicious. Mr. Nakai's personality was good, and I was able to talk happily, and he was able to deal with allergies that I had told him in advance. It was good that I could move barefoot inside the inn without slippers. Also, I was grateful that the check-in time was 13:00 and I was able to stay until 12:00 the next day, so I was able to relax very slowly. Yamashiro Onsen itself is a small hot spring town, but this inn was a very comfortable time and space.

Probably due to the fact that it is at the so called countryside, price is good. It is quite a drive to the hotel. I arrived about 9pm and it was such a dark drive right into the hotel. A local was driving, if not it would have been quite scary. Not so sure if the location is convenient for the usual traveller. I was booked this hotel by my business counterpart for convenience and supposedly close proximity to the factory. Room is big and spacious. I had 2 queen sized bed with a table and 2 chairs. Not typical of japanese hotels. Room looks old style but clean. Facial wash, body cloth (for scrubbing) etc was provided. They have a natural indoor and outdoor onsen. And a bath that comes with it where everyone just showers together. There is also a dressing area where lotion and moisturiser for the face are provided in the women's onsen. Hair dryer too. Not sure about the men's. There's a vending machine area with drinks and cup noodles and also the toy egg turning machines. Breakfast is at level 1 restaurant, Japanese breakfast, served buffet style.

Oedo Onsen Monogatari Yamashiro Onsen Yamashita family is a hot spring inn located in Yamashiro Onsen, Kaga City, Ishikawa Prefecture. Yamashiro Onsen is a hot spring located in Kaga City, Ishikawa prefecture, and is one of the largest hot spring towns in Hokuriku Prefecture. It is an old hot spring that begins with seeing a crow healing his feather wound on the way to Gyoki to practice at Reiho Hakusan in 725. On June 19, 2022, I left my home by car and ran 548km with Murotsu PA 〜 Mikata Goko PA. From there, I drove to Yamashiro Onsen. This time I will stay at the Oedo Onsen Monogatari Yamashiro Onsen Yamashita family. Take your grandmother down at the entrance and move to the parking lot. The parking lot is about a 5-minute walk away. It seems that about 50 cars can be parked in the first parking lot. I walk from here to the hotel, but it seems to be painful on rainy days and snowy days. Next to the Yamashita family, there is Yakuoin Onsenji Temple. Pass in front of Hoshino Resorts. In front of it is ”Kosoyu”. Kosoyu is a restored hot spring from the Meiji era, and the rest area on the second floor is said to have been restored as it was at that time. There is another ”Soyu” in Yamashiro Onsen, and common bathing tickets are also sold. The Yamashita family will stay on this day. It is said that the remains of the Kaga feudal lord's bathing pot are located beside the entrance. In addition, stone lanterns worshiped by Hideyoshi Toyotomi were also displayed. It is a historic hot spring inn that doesn't seem to be the story of Oedo Onsen (excuse me). The inside is like this. Grandma is checking in at the front desk. The lobby is very large. After eating, I came to the large communal bath on the 4th floor. The source is here. It is a historic hot spring with a hot spring of 1300 years. Kissho Yamanaka is located in Yamanaka onsen town, a 20 minute drive from the Kaga train station. This ryokan (resort) offers a convenient free shuttle to and from the station, but be sure to book a pickup and drop-off time. The amenities this ryokan offers are almost endless and the relaxing environment makes you want to stay here forever. The is afternoon pancake, large hot spring bath, 3 private hot springs which can be reserved for 50 minutes, happy hour, nightly Kaga pudding dessert, and classic Japanese entertainment keeps your mind away from any stresses you might have. The resort is located near beautiful stream and lush forest. A Kaiseki (classic course) dinner is offered as part of the package. Kissho Yamanaka is a perfect place to stop by for a night or two if you're en route from the rich traditional cities of Kyoto to Kanazawa.

A well located ryokan (5 minutes walk from the town centre) that has multiple indoor and outdoor public hot springs as well as private hot springs you can book for an extra fee. While the building is modern, being a ryokan. the room I stayed in was furnished in a traditional Japanese style with tatami, fusama, shoji and even a tokonoma (though I suspect all rooms are like this). The facilities and extras Hatori offers (bar, bookable cafe, karaoke room, free taiko performance and free ice cream nightly) were really nice touches. What made my stay most enjoyable however were the delicious dinners (make sure to book your meals in you stay plan you wont regret it!) and staff. While only a little English was spoken all the staff did their utmost to make you feel welcome and provide for your needs. This kind of 'omotenashi' is increasingly rare and I wish I could have stayed there more than 3 nights. I will definitely be back.

I was very impressed with the hospitality of the staff. They were kind to me when I asked questions, and I felt that they went out of their way to make my trip more enjoyable! I'll definitely come back!

The appearance is old, but the lobby and the room do not feel so old. Mr. Nakai looks like a relative's aunt, and it feels just right without being too much. White rice is delicious for meals anyway. He put plenty of it in the ohitsu and was willing to bring me a refill. The side dishes were of course delicious, but the white rice was delicious anyway. The large communal bath is normal. The hot water is hot. There was no smell of karki and my skin became smooth. I am very grateful that the private bath can be used for free the next morning. There were 3 types of private baths, but 2 types were able to take a bath. I was able to use the table tennis table for free, so I enjoyed it with my children. The books from the library on the second floor were brought into the room, and the children who liked books were overjoyed. Impression that there are many books for adults. We never went out until check-out, but when we looked at the lobby the next morning, it was raining, so there were boots for lending. I also prepared for children, and I thought it was a thankful service. When I returned, Mr. Nakai went out to see me off to the parking lot and waved until I couldn't see the car. It's not a luxury inn, but you can enjoy the hot springs at a reasonable price. Not suitable for those who expect Mr. Nakai's generous service. It was the best service content for my house.

Stayed in Rurikoh for 3 nights. I have to say this hotel is quite popular with tour groups and most of them stay here on their way to see Central Japan. The hotel is a bit dated but still clean. All things are large here to accommodate the big crowds - ie Conference rooms, lounges, hotel lobby and restaurants and even the Public Onsen is large. We stayed here to experience the onsens and were not disappointed. There is one indoor + outdoor Public bath, and one private bath. We didn’t try the private one as its chargeable, so we went to the public one only. By staying in Rurikoh, we can even go to the sister hotel, Hatori, to experience their onsen baths there. There are 2 public baths there and many private ones. When we compare the 2 onsen baths, we find that Hatori’s is newer but smaller. Rurikoh’s has its charms and I am sure it used to be the best in the 80’s. Rurikoh has the larger bath and when crowded, you don’t see much of other bathers. As for the room, it is rather dated. We booked the twin room, western style Type A and it was large for Japan Standards. We didn’t take the meals options as there are plenty of Izakayas and restaurants if you drive around. Most restaurants charge less for food and if you dont mind driving around instead of eating in the hotel, you can save quite a fair bit. As for amenities, the hotel is very generous with things like onsen towels, use of Yukatas, water moisturisers, plentiful of toothbrushes and combs. As for the service, staff here are very courteous and they speak English well. One good point with the service is that they will park your car for you and bring it to the front every morning without you even asking. Overall, for the price that we paid and the service and amenities that we got, i would give this a 4star.

It’s a hidden gem in Yamanaka Onsen area. Staffs at front desk were all very helpful and friendly. Same as staffs at the restaurant who were the BEST that we have met during our trip this time. They are genuine and amicable, made our stay more enjoyable. The outdoor onsen was good, as well as the little activities for guests to play. Close to the river where we can enjoy the nature as well.

Check-in and check-out are unmanned, and the machine is placed on the other side, and the samurai and dinosaurs are projected. Because it is a new hotel, the room was naturally beautiful and the bed was soft. I felt that the room was a bit large, but the facilities are ordinary business hotels. The bath is still a bit large and there is a washroom. Breakfast was the first day of the Atsua baked rice, and the rice was delicious, but the problem was the second day. It was like dried or boiled cherry blossoms, but it was cold and I couldn't eat it. I had it warmed up, but it was still cold and hard, so I left it almost. I think there is a repeat, but I think breakfast is.

This hotel was incredible! You are welcomed like royalty with a tea ceremony while looking out onto the beautiful garden. The rooms are huge and are simply incredible. There are two public onsens, one for each gender and if you want a private Onsen you can book that too. We are nearby in several really nice izakiyas which were fantastic. The younger staff, as well as the owner and his daughter speak English and one of the receptionists is Chinese. I can not recommend this place highly enough. If you want a really traditional ryokan and a relaxing stay just book this hotel. It is truly amazing!
