Garden Hotel is cozy and clean. The front desk staff Miss Akagi helped us a lot. We needed to make a phone call reservation and asked for her help. It was late and we agreed to come back the next morning. When we were at the front desk the next morning, she had surprisingly prepared all we need and guided us what to do next. I was impressed by her professionalism and her spirit of service. Nice stay. Ah yes, the breakfast was wonderful too!

Absolut amazing hotel. Great stuff. Nice roof top bar. Delicious food in the restaurant. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds, which we did not find that much in Japan.

The little welcome snacks and drinks were very welcome after tiring travel. The room was very clean and well furnished and the staff were very kind helping us when we were locked out by accident. Location was pretty good close to the main road and buses to most parts of the city.

I would like to express my heart-felt gratitude to the male receptionist who worked the night shift on 19 Jan 2025 night who must have spent hours to review the camera footage in the hotel help me find out if I have drop my wallet in the hotel or outside on the street. If he hadn’t gone extra miles to help me that night, I would not have been able to retrieve my wallet. I think he deserves the appreciation. Thanks so much again! Sorry I don’t know his name.

Excellent hotel with a good location (about 7 mins from the train station). Convinient for people arriving via train/shinkansen and also for those flying in. Good value for money.

The hotel is within a 10-minute walk from JR Hiroshima Station, and there is a Lawson nearby. There are Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk, which is very convenient. The price of more than 200 per night, including buffet breakfast, is very pleasantly surprised. The room facilities are relatively new and very clean. There are two disadvantages: First, there are some ”small problems” with the bathroom in the room. The hot water in the washbasin and smart toilet is unstable and sometimes there is no hot water. Second, there is sand at the bottom of the large bathing pool, and the cleaning is not in place. But overall, it is still a very good experience. Like.

It was one of the best hotels I ever slept in Japan. Usually, we try 3 to 5 star hotels in every local capital city. This one is of course famous Prince hotel but it is quite away from the city center yet situated in the most beautiful area of Hiroshima. From the hotel rooms we could see the skyline of the town and the sea. Breakfast is served on the top floor you can choose traditional Japanese (Nadaman/super famous Japanese restaurant) or western style buffet breakfast. With a little supplemental fee, I could go to Onsen (hotspring) and it was soo relaxing and the view was stunning. You even can sail to Miyajima island from this hotel port.

Spacious room, courteous and helpful staff. Amenities (hotspring, laundry machine, complimentary popsicles and drinks) were great. It was very comfortable and I wished I stayed longer. The location seemed a little out of the way but the local bus service was convenient and not crowded even during rush hour. It was also close enough to a park (short walk) for those who want to get some exercise.

I used it for the second time because the food was good. The reviews were bad, but it wasn't that bad, so I came with my family. The room was 606 and the reservation at the time was for an ocean view, but when I opened the window, it was a mountain. I was deceived 😭 The room was spacious and nice, but it's a hot spring hotel, so there was nothing to hang the towels I used, so I had to hang them on a hanger and use them again... I had the same problem the first time, so I called the front desk and they said they didn't have them, and they lied 😅 They said they would give me a replacement bath towel if I went to the front desk, but I don't want a troublesome bath towel 😔 If they give it to me every time I go to the hot spring, I would like them to put it in the bath. Is it a foreign company? Maybe it's good because foreigners don't take baths that often. It's a shame because the food is good. It's a shame.

Near the pier, up a hill, the environment is quiet, the bathhouse is not big, and fortunately there are not many people. The breakfast is exquisite. I went to Miyajima on a family trip and used it for the first time. The open-air bath on the room was very good. There is also a large communal bath on the 9th floor. The scenery is very good, so we recommend the 5th and higher floors.

The location is very good, just a few minutes walk to the Itsukushima Shinto Shrine and Mt. Misen Ropeway station. There is a free shuttle bus station right outside the hotel to go the ropeway station. You can see the Torii throughout the hotel window. At night when the Torii with lights on, the view is stunning! The indoor onsen is not big but it's ok for 10+ people at the same time, the outside onsen is small and can only occupies 4-5ppl. The staff in the hotel are very friendly and thoughtful. I was fully wet after the hiking to Mt. Mismen on the raining day, they helped me to dry all my shoes and coat. Happy to stay at Iwaso and will definitely stay again.

An excellent stay here at Kyukamura Ohkunoshima! The staff, hotel and island were incredible. I hired the bicycles they have about 4 times to go cruising around the island in the evening and morning. The restaurant also had a buffet for dinner and breakfast which was delicious as well. I’d 100% stay here again! Hoping to bring my family here next year for a family holiday. Can’t wait to do that

Everyone of the employees will respond very comfortably, and in a good sense, if you don't want to interfere, watch over gently and follow with casual service. I didn't eat dinner, but the breakfast was a delicious and varied buffet. I was also happy with the service of yukata where you can choose the color pattern and the service where you can always have hot drinks.
