My mom and I enjoyed our stay in Fairfield Marriott due to the warmth vibes that the staff gave us. The room was spacious and everything in the room was okay especially the iron. The gym was nice but can be improved. The dinner buffet was okay but they can also offer more fruit options. The breakfast was really nice. Overall, Fairfield Marriott is a nice place to stay whenever you are in Agra.

I stayed for one night, but it was less than 5,000 yen, so it was the best value for money! I arrived at 22:00, and there was a party, so I could hear the loud background music from the room, but I think it ended around midnight. In front of the hotel, there was an ice cream cart and a cart selling snacks until late at night. I was alone, but the trees in the small park-like space in front of the hotel were lit up and it was always bright, so it didn't seem dangerous to hang around after 1:00. The road was difficult to cross because of the high traffic fees. There didn't seem to be any convenience stores nearby. There was a cafe. There were also a lot of stray dogs. It was displayed as a 16-minute walk to the Taj Mahal, but it was almost 40 degrees that day, so Uber was safe. You can also leave your luggage for free after checking out. The person at the tour desk was a little cold, but he didn't seem to be a hotel employee. The male staff and especially the doormen were very kind. They gave me water after I checked out, and when I had trouble with Uber, many staff members came and called me and helped me kindly. If I come to Agra again, I would definitely like to stay here. This price is really a good deal for this quality!

Golden Tulip Hotel Lucknow has pathetic service and housekeeping. Their inhouse restaurant Branches has a very poor servicing staff and it clearly reflects that there is no regular training or orientation practise as they clearly lack the professional touch of the hospitality industry. The managers in black coats are nothing but watchers with no touch of service or courtesy. The air conditioning of rooms is fixed by the management and you cannot change it. The warm water temperature for bathing is also fixed by the management. Golden Tulip is a good brand but the Lucknow experience needs a quality and professional inspection or upgrade. Would not recommend it in its current state.

I didn’t have time to fully use all the services to evaluate them. But overall there are no complaints. Adequate price for adequate service.

Overall nice experience. Food quality can be improved. Rest all good.

Like so ***y places around the world post Covid and in India… the rooms are old and literally falling apart in some respects. It’s walking distance to Taj Mahal. When you arrive at the gate on the way don’t listen to anyone trying to make you transfer onto a tuktuk or camel or whatever. You can walk from there if the person ***ning the gate refuses to let your taxi in. Or call the hotel to tell them to let you in. The guys at the front desk were extremely helpful and nice.

I went with friends and family for Agra visit and had lunch at Royale residency Agra hotel. It was great pleasure there and the staff and the ambience was mesmerising. I really like the place and food was delicious. I will recommend to taste paneer butter Masala, that will be the one of the best to taste there from my experience.

Excellent location, very clean and fairly efficient service. Breakfast was decent too. Masks were not enforced throughout the property, unfortunately.

I just loved the environment and calmness over there. This property is one of the finest in whole Lucknow. Ambience, rooms, pool area and dining hall everything is so mesmerising. Overall a good hotel to visit.

Transportation location: The hotel is only 5km away from Agra Airport and 1km away from Agra Railway Station. The location is not bad, but it is a bit away from the Taj Mahal and requires a tuk-tuk, which takes about 20 minutes. Overall impression: The hotel is an English-style building with a history of more than one hundred years. Before it can be seen, its owner should be a large local family. Nowadays, there are still many portraits of the owner’s photos as decorative paintings. The characters are dignified and well-dressed. It can be inferred that the person who can keep such clear photos in that era must be of extraordinary origin, probably a certain prince. The front desk service was very good. There was a welcome gift as soon as we arrived at the hotel. Due our visiti to India we stay one night in Golden Tulip Hotel in Agra. Hotel is on good location (2 km from Taj Mahal-you can see it from roof top of hotel), very clean, have SPA, two restaurants. People who are working in hotel are maybe the most polite people I have ever met on my yourneys. Dinner we had at Panora-Bar (international dishes and beverages)…great food and servise (and view). Breakfast we had at Sumac restaurant. We came first at breakfast and were served by amazing people Jahid, Raju, Anil and Saurabp. Big thanks to Anil who explain me every dish I have tried for breakfast. You make my day. ♥️ And he even packed me tradicional indian sweet dish gajar halwa for take away.

Location is perfect and very convenient to visit nearby places …Rooms are good & food is also good ..GM Mr Davinder is very nice & decent guy managing the property perfectly …pool area is very nice ..enterence of the hotel they renovating which will make hotel look fabulous..I will surely recommend & visit again ..Thanks

The Retreat hotel in Agra. They advertise the hotel as a luxury hotel, it is far from luxury. The keyfob itself was filthy with torn stick on labels. The room category was supposed to be a Deluxe room. It was not even up to a level of a Standard room. For a start the door lock was broken. The room was dusty and not properly cleaned. The furnishing such as the ottoman and the couch was torn, there was no other chair in the room despite having a desk. The kettle, dustbin, taps and wash up sanitary was filthy and rusted. The toilet had brown stains and was leaking on the floor at the back and also running continuously, the shower tap was dripping continuously. I had reported this to the front desk and requested that we be shifted to another room which request was refused. I was told that they will attend to the problems while we were out for the day. Upon arrival at the end of the day I was told to make use of a manual key as the locksmith did not come. The toilet was also not fixed. The carpets in the passageway was filthy. For breakfast which was included in the price, we had to ask for cereal which was kept under the counter away from the buffet tables. The only cereal they had was corn flakes. Not sure if this was some sort of bias against an Indian even though I am foreign residing Indian. To be honest, I will not recommend this hotel to any of my family and friends.

We visited this property in March 2024 & stayed here for one night. This is small boutique hotel, for family traveler. The rooms are really specious for family of 2 +1. Toilets are very clean with good toilet Kit. They have small swimming pool at basement next to the restaurant. The staff & Mr. Jitender is very co-operative. we will surely recommend staying here with family or friends.

The rooms were spacious & clean. The staff especially (Shobhit) was incredibly attentive, ensuring our every need was met promptly.

We, a family of 21 stayed in Fortune BBD for two days and were very happy with the hospitality of all the staff. Their eagerness to assist made the stay most comfortable. A special shout out to ankit and aman from house keeping who made sure that our rooms and odd requirements were catered. Sundaram, asif and ankita from dining made sure the eccentric food demands of the various age groups were met promptly. Kudos to the fortune management for making our stay memorable.

I was given a room on the 4th floor #406) in a dingy corner. The carpets leading to the room (has easily not been cleaned in over a year) and the surroundings looked really dirty! there was gutka spit on the walls and people walking the corridor constantly. The hotel room in itself was decent and got cleaned everyday. However, the room smelt like smoke constantly with the chairs and sheets having cigarette burns. The fridge in the room did not work at all and the ac had problems multiple times and i had to call the reception to get someone to fix it. The most annoying part of the everyday hustle was attempting to unlock the door with the card. Sometimes, it would just refuse to let us in! we would have to go back to the reception to get it re-magnetised everyday or ask for the master card even. There were clearly better rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor which we were denied access to upon requesting a room switch. All in all, would never visit this hotel again. I have had better experiences with makemytrip earlier to say the least.

Hibiscus hotel in greater Noida sector -4 is excellent. Hum yha October me women's national football championship k time visit kiya tha, hotel bhot acha h or location bhi bhot achi h, khana bilkul tasty & healthy tha, hotel staff is very kind with us, hotel staff Sachin Kumar is very good behaviour and his work is excellent.

Wonderful trip, this hotel is in an industrial park. I dare not go out except for a chartered car, but it is very close to the exhibition hall. The first day we checked in showed that the hotel had successfully deducted the charge. When we arrived at the front desk, we said that we didn't receive this and paid again. We decided on a twin room, and it turned out that we upgraded the king bed. What do you think, a large bed, which is not particularly large, and then asked to change to an ordinary double bed. They didn't understand until we left at noon, always saying that the first pen was not received. We stayed for three days. During this period, we also contacted Ctrip. Ctrip always said that it was in contact. There was no progress. Let us pay the money. If we deduct Ctrip, we will solve it. ? Then Ctrip customer service does nothing, it is really terrible! If we do n’t receive the money, either we pay an extra $ 800 or $ 900, or we miss the plane! No one is responsible!

I used the accommodation for the purpose of visiting the exhibition. It is located about 15 minutes away from the Expo, so it is not too bad. The cleanliness of the accommodation is average. However, the bedding and towels are not in good condition. It seems that the bedding is not changed often. The staff can speak English and are friendly. It is not bad for the price.

Amazing service.. All the staff members are cheerful, quick and always ready to help .. Vijay helped with everything we needed throughout our stay and made sure all the requirements are fulfilled .. Will surely recommend to everyone..

Great experience staying in this hotel excellent location very near and walking distance to shopping area and nice restaurant we was lucky to be upgraded to a superior room with window glass bthr hotel provided complimentary breakfast was also very good the staffs services are excellent throughout and they are very attentive. Our trip at Park Ascent was very comfortable. I would like to specially mention the ***ager Mr. V***n Rohila who took special care that we are comfortable and worked a way out according to all our request. He was especially polite and Park Ascent is lucky to have such a gem with them!
