The moment I arrived, I was greeted by the lovely reception team, who made check-in a breeze. A special shout-out to Duty Manager Ramandeep Kaur and her incredible team of ladies at the reception—they were all fantastic at their jobs! Their warm smiles and professionalism set a positive tone for my stay. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with modern decor and a comfortable atmosphere. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for, ensuring a relaxing stay. The bed was especially comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a busy day. The service throughout my stay was exceptional. Ramandeep and her team were always available to assist with any inquiries or requests, and their attention to detail truly made a difference. Overall, I highly recommend Mercure Hotel Chandigarh for anyone visiting the area. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a welcoming atmosphere makes it a top choice. Excellent service and hospitality. Friendly staff and very helpful. The food was amazing, I especially recommend trying their Black Dal and Sarson ka saag.. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. But please be mindful of room selection while booking, a single bed room is very small which may disappoint you. I did mistake selecting one bedroom, however on my request the owner of the hotel upgraded my room to a complimentary double bed.

This is a great hotel at the centre of Chandigarh in sector 17. I have visited their restaurant and it was too good. We took coupons for buffet and it was just out of the world. Also, they have different kind of cuisines and you can choose as per your taste.

I stayed with my family for 2 nights, in suite room. It was a nice stay, comfortable room with a massage chair. Bath tub is not exactly a bath tub and they can work on some exhaust in bathroom else becomes very stuffy. Food was delicious and service was also great.

Location is good, quite neighbourhood itself for good sleep, but a few minutes by walking to a shopping mall with everything. Quite clean rooms and good service. Only 1 aspect should improve is the facilities, I think the hot water is not 24 hours.

Room telephone was not working, room plug socket were not functioning,, bathroom door ( glass ) was not moving closing a kind of jammed. After complaint also not got rectified. We have to call for bathroom supplies such as dental or shaving kit which is not a case of any other hotel i stayed till date.
