What a lovely location, a gorgeous hotel and the swimming pool was great with the added bonus of an outside hot tub overlooking the sea. My room was 631 with a large king bed, desks, adequate bathroom with bath and shower, seats with table, desk and TV and all the usual facilities in a hotel room. No sockets by the bed though which is something all hotels need to have now but that was the only criticism of the room. Staff where lovely, helpful and friendly although I give 4 stars as check-in didnt happen for 10 minutes due to no staff being at the reception, no idea why but it got sorted OK. The hotel is clean, the room was clean, well presented and very welcoming. I had breakfast which was the normal cooked breakfast buffet, toasts, pancakes, breads, cereals, tea or coffee, juices with plenty of seating options and a view of the sea. The staff were great, the food was good and the atmosphere relaxed. The view gives you a great start to the day. I used the pool which was great. Some families there with kids, a swimming lane, working steam room, sauna and heated jacuzzi. The outside hottub is amazing. It is a must do at this hotel. It was raiing on my stay so the outside tennis court and kids play area werent being used but its worth a mention that they have these. Location feels remote but its only 5-10 minutes from Salthill and Galway by car. There is a petrol station beside the hotel on the main road and a small village. I guess you access the hotel by car, taxi or bus.

Perfect Central Hotel 17 of us, yes Seventeen went for a three night stay at Jurys Inn this past weekend. Amazing service. Staff are so welcoming and under pressure as such a busy place. Nothing was too much trouble. Sorry we don't have his name, but a very tall man from California served the majority of us on arrival and was delightful. Explained that our rooms would not be cleaned daily as there was a staff shortage. None of us were concerned about this and all got daily clean towels and loo roll. Breakfast is very good for those who enjoy a cooked breakfast, which we all did. As we were all from UK €14.00 is expensive for a breakfast but it's certainly cheaper than elsewhere as we experienced by searching for somewhere else on our second day. We went in the peak time of an Oyster festival and agreed we would all return when it's less busy at the hotel and possibly cheaper. Thank you Jurys Inn for the fans for the rooms too.

Hotel location is okay, visually it is the best hotel in Galway, but the facilities are average. Encountered Galway Oyster Festival, the hotel is full, so the price is unrealistically high.

We had booked for 3 nights , in this hotel 4 stars !!!! For the sum of EUR 589 .......... At our arrival at 16 hours , Home without smile , without any understanding of our English difficult vetus corridor to access our first room where a window did not close , nausea smells in the bathroom, After complaining helped by our granddaughter speaking commonly English, we hardly get another room , in the corridor of her :, sacks of lingerie sale almost at all the doors and of empty or glass bottles too. Our ”old” room cracked cordon, tired moquette, no hair dryer, no mini bar, kitchen odour one night, indoor side door bathroom to paint, shower wall rubber therefore absent every morning full of water on the ground, The cool water pump has always spent water with the hot water ! Last night we had no bath products and the two small cakes , No socks , no painting, to go to the spa for which no one has explained us the least detail about its use ........ The underground parking is very practical but often complete for us three nights : three animation evenings : music Only correct note , breakfast , but also the low-heat staff In a hotel in this standing no one speaks France We will never return to this establishment

Have to say this little bar is a hidden gem in the city. Nice selection of food and the bar staff are so welcoming and friendly. Had a pork belly dinner. Drink selection where great and good Guinness . I wish I got the name of the staff that where working on Thursday 19th but it was 2 guys and a girl. I will be back again. Do not miss this spot.

The deciding factor in choosing this hotel is free parking. Facts have proved to be very wise. What is surprising is that the hotel facilities are very sophisticated and the breakfast is delicious, especially the smoked salmon. About 30 minutes walk to the town, the hotel reception lady is beautiful and enthusiastic, and helped us book a 2017 Michelin restaurant to eat raw oysters. It was great, and it would be difficult to eat without a reservation.

We visited for two nights, the first of which was our anniversary. We were provided expedited access as we arrived early, and a lovely and thoughtful welcome amenity. The hotel is located within walking distance from the city center, the complimentary parking in an attached garage is a huge benefit, and the breakfast included with our room was filling and tasty. The room was spotless and very large, and the bed comfortable. The uniformly helpful, professional, and pleasant staff made the visit more than the sum of its parts. They really were first-rate. I recommend this property without (so to speak) reservation.

Everything was great in this hotel, from check in to check out. Friendly staff, comfortable warm quiet bedroom and great leisure centre. Breakfast was great, lovely fresh strawberries and raspberries! Brown sliced bread would be welcome though. I would recommend this hotel and I will be back.

Had an amazing 2 day stay with my mom. We come up every few months, and this will defo be our new place to stay. We absolutely loved it, beautiful views from the sea view rooms and really good breastfast. Hotel didn’t feel overly busy and staff very friendly and helpful. Can’t wait for our next stay in July😊
