Location is good. Beside a small mall and also near to 1 of the popular restaurants. Room is quite spacious and clean.. but the air con was a bit hard to control - too cold if we on the fan even to the lowest; seemed like no ventilation when we off the fan. The comforter was not very thick so it was still freezing for us when we had the fan on. But overall still a good stay.

Family vacation are recomended stay at victory hotel, location near at one of famous mall in Jogja (Amplaz), the room enough bigger for deluxe type, but please increase for the cleannes, check & recheck before cust moved into the room. The food are enough for the choice food & bev ... Overall enough for us .. And recommended for fam trip

Amazing hotel. Spacious and connecting room. Plenty of eateries to choose from. Walking distance to Tugu Station and Malioboro Street. But twice blackout for a short period. Good spread of breakfast. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back to stay here. Thank you.

Satisfied with Artotel at jalan Kaliurang Jogjakarta. We managed to get additional one hotel room, although it is quite expensive. We love the welcome drink Secang tea :) Room facility is good, including welcome cakes :) Breakfast choices were also good & nice.

Room was okay but not very okay because trip.com purchase through 3rd party tiket.com and did not pass the room we choose non-smoking, so we ended up with room for a smoker and same level for all room for smoking. Hotel did a good gesture after we make a call to Mr. Bagus to solve this matter as hotel was full house to make sure our room comfortable, the housekeeping did change our sheet, and everything in bed also spray our room with perfume to make smoke odor gone. I was hopeless actually because the 3rd party was tiket.com local travel agent online which wasn't reliable like traveloka they are the same. But trip.com already apologize for the mistake and offer us as gesture a goodwill for their mistake, so I won't take any further action or complain as the hotel management already tried their best solved our problem. Thank you. I hope this never happen again in the future, they need double check and make sure their agreement with 3rd party is gone through very well and no mistake happen again

ROOM: - Beds and pillows are luxurious - Shower pressure is strong - Great variety of toiletries including a shaving kit AMENITIES: - Pool is great with a separate spa-like chilling area - Snooker table that’s 15k rp a game. - Gym is basic but sufficient with dumbbells up to 25kg - Laundry service that does same day for 20k/ kg (outside in the driveway. TRANSIT/ LOCATION: - Easy to get a GRAB to and from the Tugu Train Station. (Make sure you type in Alana Malioboro because there’s another Alana hotel 30 minutes in the other direction… speaking from experience here 😂🙈) - Short and cheap GRAB to jl Malioboro, Keraton and other tourist sites. - Walking distance to Jl Prawirotaman - Lots of local food and bakeries close by.

Sadly swimming pool was under works . Gym was small Overall for cleanliness it was immaculate  And the staff were eager to assist at all times. Very friendly atmosphere. Breakfast spread was good but I wish they had espresso or cappuccino etc .  Black coffee was good  And a number of other choices like ginger drink etc.  definitely will come back again  Five stars for the staff.

If you’re looking for a luxurious experience, this might not be the best fit, but for a short, peaceful trip, it does the job well. The dining options were decent but not remarkable. There was a good variety of dishes, and the quality was satisfactory, though it didn’t particularly stand out. Swiss-Belhotel Airport Yogyakarta is a good choice if you prioritize convenience and peace over proximity to the city’s main attractions. The receptionist called the doctor that came to our room. They offered us water, congee (rice porridge) and apples and check on our week being. We felt very well taken care of! We can recommend this hotel not only for the location, comfort and cleanliness but also for the excellent service and incredible staff.

Overall, El Hotel stay was pleasant. Service staff is very helpful and always welcoming with a smile, breakfast have variety, and they provide pack in case you are leaving early for sunrise trip or checking out.

Everything was well functioning. Early check in was easy. Even they gave me upgraded room. They also provided prayer mat in every room.

nice hotel with an affordable price! clean room, complete amenities and the location is very strategic, 1KM from Yogyakarta’s train station (Tugu Jogja, the main train station). The location also near Malioboro Street and Selasar Malioboro. There are many restaurants and Angkringan nearby. Btw, this hotel also known as HORAIOS hotel.

I had good stay as my room was well kempt, and windows were directly lighten up by the sunlight. However, in terms of amenities, i noticed that there was no iron and iron board. The refrigerator was broken as well and there was a conmecting door to the other room which i find it odd. Anyway, this experience did not affect me because of the cleanliness and hospitality of the staff. I appreciate them contacting me to ask if they can clean as was in DND mode. Overall, i will still book again in this hotel for another opportunity of business travel

Clean & bright rooms with comfortable king size beds. The facilities are quite complete, including a mini bar in the room which can be obtained free of charge. The location is a bit to the edge but still easy to access via the ring road.

Ms. Indah & Ms. Bertha the receptionist who helped during check-in process also Mr. Isdiono the security was very kind, friendly, and helpful. The other hotel staffs I've met such as the chef, room boy, and the office worker also very friendly and helpful. As this hotel has a very large area, sometimes you may ask direction to the hotel staff. This hotel is new so the room condition is super good, comfortable, and clean. The pillow was very big, soft, and comfy. Each non-smoking guest room features a flat-screen HDTV, coffee/ tea maker, mini-refrigerator, desk, sleeper sofa, safe, slippers, robes, bath products, hair dryer, bottled water, and a very fast wi-fi connection. Beside this hotel there is Wyndham Garden Hotel & Conference and Sooji the instagrammable restaurant. Stay active with jogging and BMX tracks, a gym, outdoor pool, and outdoor children's play area. Had a pleasant stay. Good location. Friendly and helpful staffs. We were mesmerized by the view of Mount Merapi from our room. Wil surely stay here again the next time we visit Yogyakarta. Thank you.

Comfortable stay, room was adequate and fresh. We enjoy our stay and breakfast is delicious. We like the design, bed, pillow and even bathroom are clean. Will be back again if visiting this city. One more thing hotel near mall and walkable

The room was nice and clean, but when I checked in I got a room that smelled of cigarettes, even though I had ordered a non-smoking one. Every time I order Crombolini it's always not available :( I've ordered it twice on different days, it still says it's not available
