a good hotel in the famous location Tugu Yogyakarta. The hotel had a quite and nice room either option smoking and no smoking. Which is a great benefit for smoker to find a room. Amenities and facilities were good nothing special. Breakfast has many options with majority of local cuisine. the things that need to improve is TV and some furniture thats need to upgrade since quite old and behind from other hotel that already have smart TV and new technology item.

Stayed at this resort for 5 nites in July 2023. Check-in was smooth. Upon checking in we were given packet of koi food pellets for feeding. Room was super comfy with private balcony & lake view. Breakfast was great. This resort provide laundry service at an affordable price and daily housekeeping. For added convenience, westlake resto is just around e corner less than 5 mins walk. However, it is quite a distance for one to travel to Malioboro. Overall, it's a great experience & great resort for vacation.

It's great there, you can refresh your mind and the place is very comfortable, to this day it has become a favorite place for holidays, rest, gatherings with family or friends.

The breakfast variation are many to choose from! You may try the herbal tea for breakfast! The location maybe not in the middle of Jogja but you still can access by grab with 10 minutes drive.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat after a long day. The ambiance of the hotel was quiet and serene, making it suitable for travelers seeking a tranquil getaway. However, the amenities could use some improvement. While the basics were covered, I noticed a lack of certain facilities that are typically expected, such as a fully operational lounge. During my stay, the lounge was not open, which was a bit disappointing as it limited some of the expected conveniences. The available amenities were functional but felt basic, catering to travelers with minimal needs. If you’re looking for a luxurious experience, this might not be the best fit, but for a short, peaceful trip, it does the job well. The dining options were decent but not remarkable. There was a good variety of dishes, and the quality was satisfactory, though it didn’t particularly stand out. Swiss-Belhotel Airport Yogyakarta is a good choice if you prioritize convenience and peace over proximity to the city’s main attractions. It serves as a functional stopover for travelers who value being near the airport and are okay with fewer amenities. While there’s room for improvement in terms of facilities and accessibility to the city, it’s a suitable option for a short and quiet stay. Would I stay here again? Possibly, but primarily for the convenience of its location near the airport.

This hotel is FANTASTIC! The staff here are so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. ROOM: - Beds and pillows are luxurious - Shower pressure is strong - Great variety of toiletries including a shaving kit AMENITIES: - Pool is great with a separate spa-like chilling area - Snooker table that’s 15k rp a game. - Gym is basic but sufficient with dumbbells up to 25kg - Laundry service that does same day for 20k/ kg (outside in the driveway. TRANSIT/ LOCATION: - Easy to get a GRAB to and from the Tugu Train Station. (Make sure you type in Alana Malioboro because there’s another Alana hotel 30 minutes in the other direction… speaking from experience here 😂🙈) - Short and cheap GRAB to jl Malioboro, Keraton and other tourist sites. - Walking distance to Jl Prawirotaman - Lots of local food and bakeries close by.

Such a pleasant stay with my family. The receptionist arranged a shuttle service from YIA to the airport. Room is clean great size. Breakfast spread is amazing too. There’s also spa available in the hotel itself.

Booked and stayed here for 5 nights. Its just a 1min walk to the center of Malioboro Street. Lots of eatery and shops. Took the KAI train from YIA (45min) and walked about 15-20min to reach the hotel. The pavement was well maintained and rolling a luggage was pretty easy too. There are 2 malls just beside the hotel with cafes and shopping. Good location as we cannot hear any street noise though we were so near to Malioboro St. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful with our queries. We requested for daily make-up room service but there was a particular day where they didnt clear out our trash though. Room was very spacious and comfortable with a microwave too. Overall it was a wonderful and nice stay.

Hotel located in the center of Jogja. There are many rice shops nearby and the location is good. However, it is a little far to go to Borobudur and Planbanan. Breakfast was selected from 5 types, and the amount was also satisfactory.

Room was okay but not very okay because trip.com purchase through 3rd party tiket.com and did not pass the room we choose non-smoking, so we ended up with room for a smoker and same level for all room for smoking. Hotel did a good gesture after we make a call to Mr. Bagus to solve this matter as hotel was full house to make sure our room comfortable, the housekeeping did change our sheet, and everything in bed also spray our room with perfume to make smoke odor gone. I was hopeless actually because the 3rd party was tiket.com local travel agent online which wasn't reliable like traveloka they are the same. But trip.com already apologize for the mistake and offer us as gesture a goodwill for their mistake, so I won't take any further action or complain as the hotel management already tried their best solved our problem. Thank you. I hope this never happen again in the future, they need double check and make sure their agreement with 3rd party is gone through very well and no mistake happen again
