i would say everything was good almost perfect. its just there's no wash hand place inside breakfast hall and the pool time usage can be extend bit till 9pm. 8pm i feel unsatisfied as i come to mant places and back to hotel on night time

The room was clean, and the staff provided excellent service. While the breakfast selection wasn't huge, I was very satisfied with it. The bed linen was incredibly comfortable. I also really enjoyed the coffee from the in-room machine! The only minor issues were the street noise and the sound of drainage from the floor above. Other than that, everything was great!

The hotel environment is clean and well-maintained. It has a swimming pool and a shopping mall, so you don't even need to leave the premises to shop or dine, which is very convenient. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, and they even provide a free breakfast reservation and takeaway service.

Every time we visit Cirebon, we choose Swiss-Belhotel over other hotels in the same category. As Western travelers, we have always appreciated the more international-style breakfast compared to other hotels in Cirebon. However, during our last stay in May 2026, we were disappointed with the breakfast experience. Even though it was only around 8:30–9:00 AM, many of the buffet dishes were already empty and were not replenished promptly. This was unexpected and did not meet the standard we had experienced during previous visits. On a positive note, the cappuccino was still very good, and the young lady serving us was attentive, caring, and provided excellent service. Her friendliness and professionalism were appreciated. We hope the hotel can improve its breakfast management, as we would like to continue choosing Swiss-Belhotel whenever we visit Cirebon.

The last time we were at R Rancamaya was many years ago before covid. And after years, it is still quite good and bringing back many memories. The room is definitely needs upgrading or renovating to newer and more clean look. The buffet restaurant is great. And the animal park is definitely a must go to in the morning, after breakfast.

One of the best hotels in Cirebon with excellent facilities. They have a swimming pool, kids playground area, and fitness area. They also have cafe and bar and lounge area with life music performance. The room is really spacy especially the king bed. Thank you for providing such a wonderful services making a good memory for my family.

The guards are friendly, the place is cool at night, the facilities are okay, the place is clean ..... the only thing that's not so okay is the access ... well, it's called Puncak, right 😉 thank you, the view is really beautiful

Unfortunately, this stay was quite disappointing. The room at the end of the hallway felt a bit creepy, and the lights suddenly turned off by themselves, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. I also think the hotel should improve its amenities. The shower gel provided was very poor quality and did not match the standard or rating of the hotel. Overall, the experience did not feel worth the hotel’s rating, and there is definitely room for improvement.

Our stay at this beautiful hotel in Bogor was truly amazing. The hotel is stunning, peaceful, and has a lovely atmosphere. Although it is a bit far from the city center, it was still very convenient because there are many restaurants and shops just around the corner. We really enjoyed staying here. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful during our stay. Even the lobby staff kindly helped us with opening the car door, which made us feel very appreciated and well taken care of. The only small disappointment was the swimming pool policy. We read on the wall that the pool was open until 10 PM, but when we went swimming around 8 PM, we were told that the pool actually closes at 7 PM. We hope the hotel can make the information clearer for future guests. Overall, this is a beautiful hotel with great service and a wonderful atmosphere. We truly loved and enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again.
