4-Star Hotels in South Sumatra, Indonesia

Room is very nice, view are amazing, food are nice, staff are friendly especially on the breakfast area, been staying in here for bussines or family pleasure and always been happy with the service, will stay in here again next time.

Plus points Pool Is very good Gym is very good Smooth check in Minus points The Transmart mall next to hotel is deserted mall WiFi is very bad Breakfast maybe good for local Indonesian.. But for international travellers almost nothing is there No vegitarian options or breads etc either On top.. Compared to other hotels expensive Worst part... Service.. Not sure why such a hotel asks for a deposit in cash and with paperwork.. Imagine a international traveller.. Also they will keep pestering you with calls to checkout by 12

Near at SMB airport, recomended to you if you flight early morning, breakfast can be prepared for you at early morning

I stayed with my children. Even though it is an old hotel, everything is still very well maintained. All staff are very friendly with greetings when meeting guests. Unfortunately the bathroom toilet does not have a bidet. And the lighting in the bathroom is very minimal. But overall I was satisfied spending the night at this hotel.

never knew the restaurant for breakfast only served indonesian food. and just my preference i dont like the shower. staffs are friendly and helpful, good job! me and my family stay here for my wedding and overall is good

Hotelnya bagus di tengah kota, dkt dgn mall jadi gampang kemana mana, fasilitas lengkap, worth it to buy deh, next time bakalan staycation disini lagi🥰🥰🥰

I stayed with my wife and 2 children (2 rooms) at the hotel. The hotel service seemed unprepared to handle the large number of guests. The breakfast room was very small and unable to accommodate guests, as well as the limited food options. We had to wait 15 minutes in front of the reception with other guests to get a seat for breakfast. Towels at the swimming pool were also unavailable. The parking area was quite spacious behind the building, but there was a lot of trash and construction debris. Otherwise, it was standard for a 4-star hotel.

Recommended sambil berwisata ke Lubuklinggau. Layanannya ramah dan excellent, kamarnya bersih dan nyaman.

The AC is not cold...it's old...I asked to change rooms, but the technician only came to do the settings...it's still not cold...the room is close to the road...it's noisy...
