No complementary water bottle in the room, the staff said they doing go green so we have to fill our kettle from the water dispenser outside the room, and that time the dispenser wasn't well prepared, the Galon was not in the dispenser, i had to do it myself Request for shower cap, i had to call 3x, and arrived in more than 30mins At breakfast time, the table wasn't clean, there was coffee stain and foods crumbs, but the foods is good also has lot of varieties

first visit to this country. servis good. the location good near all facilities like mosque, shop, restaurant. but the cleanliness poor. the floor in room likely dusty. toilet pump poor. no water heater in toilet. all so far so good. The weekend holiday at the Maxone Hotel was exciting... The service from all the staff/employees was good and friendly, the food was delicious, the swimming pool was also really nice because there was indoor and outdoor. Moreover, there are games for children in the swimming pool in the morning and evening. ************* my child got a gift/voucherx.
