The machine was taken at 1802 ) warm, clean, convenient . Washing machine in the room . Dryer works perfectly . Good cleaning . Sea view from a large veranda . Despite the winter and the rain outside the window - stunning views of sea and mountains ! Nearby is a botanical garden that can be reached quickly . Of course not in the season hotel is different . But it is in its own way . Breakfast is very home-food and drink tea and coffee from the soul . Good territory protection . Safe . Ponds , fountain bars . A good place in winter to rest from vain for a couple of three days . I will come in the summer .

Facilities: Everything you need is there. I haven’t tried it for cooking, so I can’t comment on it. The shower head is very big and very hot. It’s nice. Hygiene: There is no free housekeeper, only paid ones, the overall hygiene is okay Environment: Right on the beach, easy to walk to anywhere, in the middle of the entire coastline, facing the Black Sea Service: Self-driving is not recommended, the parking instructions are not clear, you need to go around in a circle and go back to the Hilton parking lot, 40gel a day, at your own expense! ! ! ! I don’t really recommend this place for the price of Jukeng.

We booked this apartment on the booking website a month before the trip, and they immediately indicated that we were planning a honeymoon. Before the trip, I indicated a week in advance that we would arrive at a certain time. When we arrived at the complex, the apartment was not yet ready, although I wrote in advance that we would arrive at 16:00... Manager Mikhail assured us that everything would be ready at 17:00. As a result, we only checked in at 17:30. They immediately turned on the air conditioner and saw that it was leaking, they reported this to the “operational” chat and personally to Mikhail. We were advised not to turn it on too low a temperature 🤷🏼‍♂️🤦‍♂️, ok we turned it on to 25 - it still leaks.. the next day we went to room 603, to the agency itself that rented this apartment to us, they told us that the TV and The air conditioner will be repaired today, ok, we believe it. In fact, in the evening the situation did not change, I had to go to them again and swear, in the end the TV was repaired, the air conditioner was still leaking. But our request for relocation was answered unequivocally: there are no such numbers... the most interesting thing is that the chat is open from 10 to 19 (but we had to wait more than a day for an answer), and at the reception of the complex they cannot help in any way, since the apartment belongs to a private person... 💆🏼‍♂️ They asked for cleaning for 2 days... What is the result: The air conditioner was leaking throughout the week, the TV was fixed after 2 days, the cleaning was done only after some requests. A meager set of dishes (2 forks, 2 spoons, 2 teaspoons, 1 dull kitchen knife, a board, a frying pan and a saucepan, a falling spatula) Insane indifference of the employees of the “Grand city real estate” agency towards guests, dirty rooms, some stains on the walls, bed linen in pellets, dirty shower, burnt curtains, broken toilet seat (fixed after 2 days), only full cleaning was done once a week, including changing towels and taking out the trash. On a positive note, we were given a bottle of wine and a box of Rafaelo (since we are newlyweds) but after 4 days and reminders (I followed the principle, since upon check-in Mikhail himself said that we would receive a gift)!! I strongly do not recommend booking an Apartment through this agency!! Private individuals rent out the same apartments much cheaper (~120 GEL per day), but we paid 210 GEL per day. Or book through the complex itself

We stayed at the hotel with children. I don't recommend it to anyone. The hotel recently opened as a franchise and the quality of services does not at all match that of a Best Western. The hotel owner literally yelled at the kids because they were making noise in the pool. We were prohibited from visiting the pool. This is the first time we have encountered such an attitude from hotel administration. The quality of the food is extremely low - the chicken is undercooked and contains blood. All food is rebuilt. There is little food that is suitable for children. The attitude towards visitors is disrespectful. On the day of departure, we were required to not only vacate our room at 12, but also to leave the hotel building. The hotel administration prohibits taxis from approaching the hotel, even if the guests have a lot of things.

Complex is completely new, apartment was very comfy, clean and equipped with all necessary things , including bathrobes and slippers ... Staff was very very helpful . location is near the sea and there are also grocery and pharmacy around....To reach the city center or other places is very easy ,as in 5 minutes a walk there is a bus stop.

Hotel Monarch - это роскошный отель в самом сердце старого города. С балконов верхних этажей открывается красивый вид на крыши старого Батуми и площадь Европы. Почти все номера отеля с балконами. Хорошо обустроены. Мне показалось, что отель совсем новый. Внизу в ресторане подают вкусный завтрак (шведский стол) . Много грузинских сыров, овощей, фруктов, омлеты и вкусный кофе . На ресепшен очень красивые улыбающиеся девушки. Не верьте тому, что говорят, что к русским плохо относятся. Мы были в Тбилиси и Батуми и везде в отелях и ресторанах к нам относись с улыбкой. Иногда молодежь просила говорить на английском. Батуми и отель Монарх обязательны к посещению !! Они оба прекрасны !!
