We were assigned an accessible junior suite though we didn't request an accessible room.. The bathroom was half finished and the wiring was not completed with the switches for the separate toilet and bath located in the doorway. There were signs pasted on the door to the toilet and the door to the shower stating that the hotel offered its apologies for the inconvenience! There was a workman's support pole found under the sinks which had to be removed by the technician when we complained. There was not a single hook, clothes stand, towel rack or rail anywhere in the bathroom, toilet or room. The hotel staff explained that they would send a technician a second time to drill hooks in the bathroom, we didn't bother since we were staying only 2 nights and didn't want the dust. The shower glass in the shower stall could not contain water within the stall and the floor became wet after we showered. Location wise the hotel is perfect and the staff were polite. Breakfast was a mix of hot cooked food and the usual cold cuts, cheeses, breads, yoghurt, fruits and juices. The breakfast room changes to a bar at night which serves affordable and nice cocktails.

Book this hotel because we had a train at 6am and it was next to the station. We had an issue because we booked for 4 persons (2 adults and 2 kids). But at the hotel, they says we only booked for 2 adults and they asked us to pay additionnal fee for extra people. The issue was between the booking platform and the hotel. I don't know how but somehow the commnication between them was incorrect. And it was to the customer to pay again because of the mistake between them. And the hotel was telling us that we were cheating, trying to go with 4 people and paying for 2 which was wrong.

The location of the hotel is very good, next to the opera house and good service. The hotel is in the city center, about a three-minute walk to the subway station, restaurants, cafes and shopping malls are very close to the hotel, very convenient!

The staff members were so nice. However, when I asked them to help keep my luggage, they just opened a room door for me and asked me to put my luggage by myself, and when I wanted to get back my luggage, they asked me to take it on my own without even looking at what I was doing. I think they should at least give out a tag or something and mark down our luggage, what if someone comes in and steal the luggage?

Convenient location, right across from the Lille-Europe station and close to the main subway station and the city center. There is a Carrefour market in the Westfield shopping mall across from the hotel, which was great. The hotel is a bit old though. There is an AC, but it is not strong, and I can only control weak to strong instead of exact temperature. I recommend this hotel for its convenient location.

Hotel is very beautiful. Great amd cozy spa area and great gym. Also there is a tea room to relax. Service at the bar at day time was poor ( I've been 2h sitting, and not even one servant came to me. Restaurant food is delicious except last meal we had ,had to ask to cook Omar 2 times as it came half raw instead of grilled.Nice place for a weekend

Very nice stay. Hotel was very stylish and smells great. Location was perfect with free parking offsite. There was a cathedral in front of the building. Late check in was swift and very pleasant. Room was very comfortable but slightly small. I would appreciated if the hotel could provide some free water and cheaper breakfast.

Okay, here’s a 200-word positive review: The location of this hotel is very convenient and the surrounding environment is beautiful. The rooms are decorated in a unique style that makes you feel comfortable and happy. The cleanliness was impeccable and every detail was taken care of. There is also a coffee machine (capsule) in the room, so you can have a cup of coffee to relax after returning from your trip. The staff's service attitude is warm and thoughtful, making people feel at home. The breakfast is also very delicious, rich in variety and nutritionally balanced. Overall, this was a very satisfying stay and highly recommended!

This is an old hotel, parking is along the public road but the spacious, clean room and comfortable beds make up for it. We booked this hotel for our ferry to Dover the next morning, location is very convenient with so many good outlets just a couple of minutes away and near the ferry dock. Will stay again.
