4-Star Hotels in Balearic Islands, Spain

Situated in residential area, not close to downtown but we loved it. The simply white and wooden deco just hit our taste. Very relaxing environment. Friendly staff, very good spoken English. Breakfast was good as well. We rent a bike from the hotel for a whole day to tour around the downtown in the morning and to the far beach in the afternoon. Great value of money! Highly recommended!

I arrived early, left my luggage, and was about to leave but I got an early check-in with Lucky Vicky! The staff member who checked me in (I don't know her name, but she was so lovely) was more friendly, so I felt even better~ I didn't make a parking reservation, but there was a space, so I paid 15 euros a day and used the parking lot comfortably! The parking lot is a bit of a walk, but I found a parking space nearby, so I thought I'd spend the whole day there... I don't regret it It was so good that I regretted staying for 3 nights The bathroom door didn't close and didn't open.. I just used it~ The breakfast was also 2 menus per person, so I ate my fill Recommendation, recommendation, highly recommended!!!

It has a great place for reaching anywhere including the airport. My room was really clean and well organized, plus staff was very kind. One of staff explained all of things and she let me know that walking street at night is safe and where are great places for going to bar and restaurants

The service and care of staff is excellent; they certainly maintain a high quality standard and care of their customers. The hotel has a very good and complete facilities to enjoy the stay and good food (both in variety and quality) of the buffet.

The service and location are very good, as is the value for money. The hotel staff are very friendly and very attentive to customers. The rooms are very spacious and clean. We show views from the hotel.

The NYX Hotel in San Antony is definitely recommended! The hotel is clean, has good facilities and everything is pink! 💖🥹The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is limited but good. This hotel is perfect for young people looking to party. The O Beach Club is less than 5 minutes away. The other clubs such as Eden or Ibiza Rocks are about 15 minutes away on foot. The center of Sam Antony is 20 minutes away on foot. We'll be back!

Wow, where to begin. My husband and I brought our 3 year old to Mallorca after moving half way across the world. It was our first break from craziness in a year, and we were lured by the direct flight from our city to visit Mallorca for a week after Christmas.  I found the Elba Sunset after doing a bit of research on where to stay on the island. First, and most importantly, I want to say an immeasurable thank you to the entire staff of the Elba. When I say, I could not have imagined how relaxing, joyful, kind, thoughtful, and generous the staff of this establishment could be, I mean it. They are all truly, truly amazing. (Apologies in advance if names are spelled incorrectly!).I specifically want to thank Marta, Elise, Adrian, Christiane, Henry, Paula, Pedro, the whole cleaning staff, and truly every person I encountered there, for making this vacation, one we really desperately needed, so wonderful. Our son Hugo was embraced and coddled by everyone he met, and was completely accepted and showered with love wherever we went in the hotel. Speaking of the hotel. We were there in the off season, and I cannot recommend it enough. The stunning location, the sun, the bright spacious room with a beautiful sea view, the pool (albeit freezing...not that my husband and son cared!), the spa, and the restaurant overlooking the water. 100 out of 10 for the people who make the Elba Sunset the magical place that it is. The hotel was merely OK for me. I wouldn't book a longer stay there due to the narrow layout, with the small, overlooked rooms facing each other. I had a single room, which was very small for its category. There's no counter space in the bathroom, which can be annoying for a longer stay. It was OK for a one-day stay. Due to the design, most rooms overlook other balconies and rooms. If you don't want to feel like you're being watched, you should always close the curtains. The room has a refrigerator, but no closet. It was annoying that I woke up shortly before 6 a.m.: I had been sleeping with the balcony door open (my room was on the top/fifth floor) when the ventilation systems on the roof started operating very loudly very early in the morning. Only after I closed the door was I able to go back to sleep. I only ate breakfast. This is served in the rather austere and functional-looking restaurant in the windowless basement. The breakfast is very plentiful and good, meeting the expectations of a 4-star hotel and truly fulfilling the needs of a hotel guest. I noticed that the staff didn't clear guests' plates in between meals and instead engaged in very loud conversations (at least four of them). But for what I paid for the hotel for one night, it was okay.

We had a lovely stay for our anniversary. The staff were so lovely and made us feel special from the moment we walked through. The room, reception and outside area were clean and in excellent condition. We honestly would have been happy to just stay in the hotel by the pool. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby which helped and great buses into Palma and the airport made our stay convenient. We would highly recommend.

If you are looking for a relaxing trip with your family and kind this hotel could be recommended but if you go to Ibiza to have some fun at parties, this hotel is so far from clubs and you should spend around 1.5 hours commuting by bus or spend around 40 euro for a taxi. The room was clean and the reception was hospitable but the only issue I had was location. However, I am telling the hotel is located in a very calm area near a beach but it wasn't the thing that I am looking for maybe for a family with kids would be a great place.
