A newly opened hotel in the center of Santo Domingo's new town.
Quite reasonably priced for a foreign-owned hotel in the Dominican Republic!
The cleanliness, spacious rooms, service, and location were all excellent.
The lobby and rooms were modern and sophisticated.
The rooftop pool and sofa area were great.
You can see the Caribbean Sea during the day and the night view of Santo Domingo at night.
I've stayed at other foreign-owned hotels in Santo Domingo, but
this one has by far the best view from the rooftop.
There are Japanese, Western, and Lebanese restaurants on the first floor, and all of them had a nice atmosphere.
Rested in February 2025 , next to the hotel casino and left of the hotel there is a supermarket good, liked also the roof pool in general everything is cleanly beautiful and comfortable, Russian staff does not speak
Very good hotel, the restaurant is not bad, but although the breakfast is many, it is not very delicious.
Hotel location is very good, it is in the city center, it is convenient to go anywhere, but Santo Domingo is also very small, it is estimated that other locations are not much different.
I arrived before 3 PM and was told that check-in was only possible from 3 PM onwards, without them even checking if a room was ready. I arrived back at night and was helped by Manuel, the night staff, who was very friendly. He explained the unique features of the room and accompanied me to it, making sure I understood everything so I wouldn't have any questions later that night. The breakfast offers a good variety. It's a great place to spend a few days, considering its location and value for money.
The hotel is a city landmark building, and the facilities are very modern and new, which is a plus. Free underground parking, easy access, and the front desk staff is very friendly. Remember to add 20-30 US dollars to apply for a high-rise suite with a super good view; there are free snacks and fruit drinks before 7:30PM every night. Breakfast was very good. The most important thing is that the catering includes Chinese food and tea, which taste very good. This is a plus. The room is a suite, living room, bedroom, independent bathroom and large enough. The living room is equipped with a kitchenette (microwave oven, kettle) coffee and tea. In this Caribbean island country, you can find a hotel with Chinese food, which is great! If you come here for a business trip, I highly recommend it!
I was so impressed by this hotel; I didn't know about it until I was looking for a place to stay in Santo Domingo and found this marvelous place. Alexandra, the beautiful girl from the front desk, is amazing—so nice, always smiling, and prompt to help with anything. All the people that work there are friendly and kind. The breakfast at Dos Cafés restaurant was amazing and delicious. Absolutely my favorite place to stay from now on.

Opened in 2024 and cleanliness ◎
The interior in the building was modern and very nice.
The location is also downtown, and there is no problem with restaurants, shopping and supermarkets.
The location of the hotel is better, there are many halls nearby, there is a big supermarket within a ten-minute walk, and there is free parking. The room has kitchen facilities for easy cooking.

LlludolNot at all a 4-star hotel. Service is bad, they gave me a room that didn't match the photo, then moved me to the actual room, and it was not at all like in the photo. Some USB plugs are broken; it's like they didn't build the hotel the right way with a lot of construction issues. They have a restaurant on the rooftop, the food was bad and very expensive. Regarding the service it's very bad too, the only person who actually did well his job was the guy who moved my luggage. I would not recommend!

HHappy pigEven before I checked into the hotel, I already felt the hotel's friendly service. I sent the hotel an email to contact the hotel for pick-up before I checked in. I already had a good feeling when I exchanged emails. After staying for 2 nights, I don't regret my choice. Stay at this hotel.
AAFLBrand new hotel with modern, confortable rooms and stylish decoration throughout. Lovely pool and rooftop area. Nice service. Free parking. Good breakfast. Excellent value. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay her again if back in Santo Domingo!
